The power-saving switch circuit is adjusted for supplying output voltage within 1st output voltage to buffer to output. When supplying output voltage within 2nd output voltage to buffer output, it can supply 2nd bias voltage to bias node. And when the input interrupting voltage is supplying to input of buffer, and the 2nd bias voltage is supplying to bias node, the voltage difference between 2nd bias voltage and input interrupting voltage can stop the current flowing between buffer and bias node.
