The steps include using a puncher press the concave; the shape of the puncher is a semi-circular section fit with the inner pipe. Owing to the plastic deformation of the pipe and the friction force between the pipe and plastic flow material so as to from the concave on the inner surface of the extruded portion and a slot portion fit with the outer surface shape of the pipe and to form a linear or smooth curved shape on the surface inside the pipe corresponding to the extruded portion and meanwhile, the outer portion of the pipe surface inflate outward.
