Abstract
A heat pump type air-conditioning characterized in saving off-peak electric energy as heat source for air-conditioning and the outdoors coupling system with the heat pump system being the installation located in parallel with respect to outdoors device and a material for storing thermal potential with a phase change temperature in the range of from about 5 - 35 deg. C and kept unchanged during operation through all seasons.
