Abstract

A high speed signal driver comprising: a delay unit having N output terminals generating N delay signals corresponding to an input signal; N signal pull-down predrivers selectively generating N trigger signals, each signal pull-down predriver inputting a delay signal and selectively generating a corresponding trigger signal; and N output elements, each output element inputting a trigger signal and having an output terminal coupled with each other thereby forming an output terminal of the high speed signal driver; N signal increase predrivers selectively generating N trigger signals, each signal increasing a delay signal of the predriver input and selectively generating a corresponding trigger signal; the signal pull-down predrivers selectively and sequentially triggering the N output elements by a first sequence; the signal increase predrivers selectively and sequentially closing the N output elements by a second sequence.
