Abstract

A grommet arrangement for passing a cable through an opening formed in a panel member or a wall member, wherein it comprises: a substantially cylindrical outer member defining an inner axial bore is securely fitted in the opening, and an inner member adapted to securely receive the cable is securely received in the inner axial bore of the outer member; in which the cable is provided with a non-circular cross section, and the inner axial bore is provided with a cross section which is substantially complementary to the cross section of the cable.
