A7 B7 - 五、發明説明(1 ) 〔産業上之利用領域〕 ,本發明是關於裝卸自如地安裝於工作機械主軸之工具 夾持器。 〔向來的技術〕 在機械加工中心等的工作機械,傺設有自動工具交換 裝置,而由該自動工具交換裝置,使得能將安裝工具之 工具夾持器對工作機械之主軸以裝卸自如地作刀具之交 換。然後,安裝於主軸之工具夾持器,是以主軸之錐形 孔與工具夾持器柄部之錐形面的一處接觸所結合,而且 ,藉内裝於主軸之拉緊手段拉緊於軸方向内側以加強錐 形孔與錐形面之接艏,將工具夾持器牢固地固定於主軸 。該主軸與工具夾持器之結合強度(結合剛性)會影饗 到加工精度。假如該結合剛性較弱時就不能忍受重切削 或高速旋轉,而發生震顛或振動及工具傾斜或搖擺等。 欲提高前述結合強度,需要加大前述拉緊手段之拉緊 強度,但是,加大該拉緊手段之拉緊力乃有其界限。 因此,不需要加大拉緊力就能加大其結合剛性之工具 夾持器,例如,眾所週知之實開昭63-53605號公報。 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 該先前之工具夾持器,傺具有嵌合於工作機械主軸之 錐形孔的套管,和相對移動於軸方向而插穿於該套管之 柄部,與該柄部成一體所設置而接觸於前述主軸端面之 突緣部,以及設置於該突緣部與前述套管間之彈性構件 者。前述彈性構件乃使用於柄部周圍成環狀之單一張橡 膠彈性體,或將多數個之碟形彈簧交互以反方向組合之 -3 - 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) A7 B7 ' 五、發明説明(2 ) 碟形彈簧組體。 前述先前之工具夾持器,藉由以自動工具交換裝置之 換刀臂來握持凹設於其突緣部外周面之周溝部,而以裝 卸自如地安裝於工作機械主軸之錐形孔。在該安裝時, 套管外周面之錐形面就嵌合於主軸之錐形孔,並在主軸 端面與突縁端面之間形成規定之間隙。 然後,藉由内裝在主軸之拉緊手段將工具夾持器往主 軸内方拉入,使突緣端面接觸於主軸端面。此時,套管 即被彈性構件所推壓而加強與主軸錐形孔之結合,同時 套管之内徑即縮小而加強大套管與柄部之結合。 亦即,前述先前之工具夾持器傜以工作機械主軸之錐 形孔與工具夾持器柄部之錐形面,以及,主軸端面與工 具夾持器之突緣部端面等以二處緊密接觸於主軸,而且 ,藉由加強套管與柄部之結合,企圖以相同之拉力來獲 得比僅以錐形孔與錐形面之以一處結合者更牢固之結合 剛性。 〔擬解決的課題〕 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 遇到交換工具而欲從工作機械卸下工具夾持器時,俗 利用内裝於工作機械主軸之拉緊手段,在工具夾持器之 柄部後端側給予推出方向之衝擊,不過,在前述先前之 工具夾持器,是利用彈性構件所産生之推壓作用使工作 機械主軸之錐形孔與工具夾持器之柄部(套管)之錐形 面牢固地緊密接觸,故欲從工作機械卸下工具夾持器時 .與其緊密接觸之加強之份成比例,需要強大的衝擊力 -4 - 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) A7 B7 丨 五、發明説明(8 ) 向有緩和的傾斜。然後,在此狹槽部(3 a )内設有由矽, 尼龍,橡膠以及其他彈性件所形成之擴大徑施壓件(3 b ) (彈性體)。因此,在套管⑶以經常作用欲擴大直徑之 施加力。再者,在本實施例,擴大直徑施壓件(3b)傜設 置於狹槽部(3 a )之裡面,以便在套管⑶之外周面形成遍 及軸方向全長之凹溝,不過,當然也可以設置將狹槽部 (3 a )填滿。 設置於套管⑶外周面之錐形之圓錐角度傺作成與前述 主軸⑴錐形孔(2)之圓錐角度相同。仍以一般性之傾斜7 / 2 4 (約1 6度),最好是以比1 2度較緩和之傾斜。在本實 施例採用1 / 1 0 (約6度)之傾斜。 前述柄部⑷,偽形成於夾持器本體⑻之一端部,在該 柄部⑷之外周面乃成形為在軸方向可作滑動而緊密嵌合 於前述套管⑶之内周面之平直面。 ‘ , 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 該柄部⑷是形成為在其外周面周圍以螺旋狀而呈溝形 狀之潤滑劑封閉部(4 a)(參閲圖1 )。因此,在將上述 套管⑶嵌套於此柄部⑷之狀態時,即成為潤滑劑封閉部 (4 a )是朝著套管⑶之内周面開口之狀態,而將潤滑劑( 潤滑油或潤滑脂等)封入其中。只要是未從柄部⑷卸下 套管⑶,該封入於此潤滑劑封閉部(4 a )内之潤滑劑就不 會減少到會影響其作用之程度或消失,而能長期保持。 前述突緣部⑸是連接於前述柄部⑷而設,而其直徑是 大於該柄部⑷之直徑。此突緣部⑸也可以由燒嵌等方法 將與夾持器本體⑻非同一體之環體⑼與夾持器本體⑻結 -1 0 -
