好浐部中央极準而Μ工消费合作拉印來 A7 B7 五、發明説明（，） 發明 > 詳畑說明： 發明所鼷夕枋慈镅城： 本發明傺關於以包裝材料包裝被包裝物之包装方法及 包裝裝置。 習知夕持Μ : 以包裝材料包裝將濕布折叠成層之叠層體等被包裝物 的場合，使用由合成樹脂薄膜之單一體，合成樹脂薄膜與 鋁箔之複合物等構成之帶狀包裝材料，藉該包裝材料將 各被包裝物作為値別之包裝物，以密封狀加以包裝。 按這種包裝物，從前，有的將包裝材料捲繞在被包裝 物之外周，然後在被包裝物下倒之縱向壓接密封部接合 包裝材料兩端之耳部側而加以包裝者，有的是將包裝材 料在縱向接合部成形為筒狀，然後使被包裝物之角隅部 與縱向接合部能大約一致般，將被包裝物插入筒狀之包 裝材料内而包裝者。 前者之包裝物是:以日本公開公報第58-160220號之方法包 裝。首先，邊將帶狀之包裝材料連缠送至導引手段邊侧 ，邊從與該包裝材料相同方向以一定間隔供給被包裝物 至包裝材料之下倒，以導引手段將包裝材料從被包裝物 之上而側經過兩側面引導至下面側，將包裝材料捲繞於 被包裝物之外固後，將包裝材料之寬幅方向之兩端耳部 側《合在被包裝物之下钿中央，以一對壓棍從兩倒壓住 其耳部相互間而在縱向壓接密封部加以接合。然後，將 捲繞於被包裝物狀態之包裝材料送至後處理手段，在被 本紙張尺度適用中國囤家標準（CNS ) Α4規格（210X297公釐） (锖先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 、1Τ 經濟部中央標準局員工消费合作社印裝 Λ7 B7 五、發明説明（> ) 被包裝物之進給方向之後方側成形角撐部（gusset)與橫 向壓接密封部，將其横向壓接密封部之中間横向剪斷， 完成將被包裝物以密封狀包裝的包裝物。 而且，後者之包裝物是，邊送帶狀之包裝材料，邊於 縱向接合部接合其耳部側相互間，並從縱接合部去除夕卜 制耳部之剩餘部分而成形包裝材料之筒狀體，使該筒狀 體之縱向接合部與被包裝物之角隅部能大約一致般，從 與包裝材料之進給方向相同俩將被包裝物插入筒狀體内 。然後以與前者相同之方法，成形角撐板部與横向壓接 密封部，完成將被包裝物以密封狀包裝之包裝物。 發明擗解決夕課顆： 前者包裝物的場合，由於可採用邊將包裝材料與被包 裝物一起送至導引手段邊側邊予包裝之方法，可使包裝 作業高速化，有生産性良好可提高作業效率之優點。 但，按該包裝物者，一定幅度之縱向壓接密封部在下 側之中央，由於沿箸包裝物之下面祈叠該縱向壓接密封 部，故有因該縱向壓接密封部而損壞包裝物全體模樣之 缺點。 再者，按該種包裝物者，雖然將商品名，商標，使用 方法，其他之文字，或圖樣等印刷在表面，前者之包裝 物場合，在縱向壓接密封部之表面及隱藏於其背側之部 分即未能施加印刷，有整個表面不能作為印刷顯示面之 問題。 另一方面，後者之包裝物場合，由於縱向接合部會與 -4 -
