Abstract

This invention provides a fuel supply system, where a fuel intake 17 is formed in a reservoir 4b containing a fuel pump 5. The fuel intake 17 is bored in a portion opened upwards when a vehicle is tilted, e.g. when the support stand of a two-wheeler is raised or when the vehicle body is raised forward with the front of the vehicle body being higher than the rear of the vehicle body. A labyrinth 19 is formed inside the fuel intake 17. Thus, even if the vehicle is tilted, fuel in a subsidiary tank 16 will not flow out of the fuel intake 17, and fuel supply to an engine can be stably performed for a long time.
