M431971 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 [0001] 本創作係有關於一種開關閥,尤指一種共用型開關閥及 具該開關閥的輸氣裝置。 【先前技術】
[0002] 共用型開關閥通常裝設於鋼瓶上,例如餐廳廚房常用的 瓦斯桶、醫療上供給病人氧氣的氧氣瓶或工業用的氮氣 鋼瓶…等;可藉由.控制共用型開關閥的開啟或關閉,達 到開啟或停止鋼瓶内之内容物的輸出;由於共用型開關 閥的材料通常為銅金屬材料,然而因為目前社會上銅金 屬材料的價格逐漸高漲,再加上因應體積小、重量輕的 節能環保趨勢,故共用型開關閥的體積也越做越小,所 以容易導致輸氣裝置欲為鋼瓶填充或補充内容物時,使 得輸氣裝置的定位臂無法穩固的固定在共用型開關閥上 ,而令於為鋼瓶填充或補充液態内容物時,容易讓輸氣 裝置脫離共用型開關閥,而造成液態内容物或轉店為氣 態的内容物洩出,導致發生爆炸的危險;因此,本創作 係以改善上述為題為主要課題。 [0003] 習知共用型開關閥主要包括一主體、洩氣元件及一控制 組件,主體為一中空管,主體包含有一進出氣體接頭及 洩氣接頭,進出氣體接頭及洩氣接頭分別連接中空管, 洩氣元件連接洩氣接頭内,洩氣元件具有一封蓋,封蓋 嵌固在洩氣接頭内;控制組件安置在中空管的一側,控 制組件包含有一旋钮及一閥體,旋紐裸露在中空管的外 部,閥體穿設在中空管内,藉以轉動旋鈕時牽動閥體對 10120412(P 編號删1 第3頁/共18頁 1012013186-0 M431971 進出氣體接頭與中空管之間形成的閥座作開啟或關閉的 動作;鋼瓶可為瓦斯桶或氧氣瓶…等,以瓦斯桶為例, 當欲為鋼瓶填充或補充液態瓦斯時,將輸氣裝置的輸氣 管連接進出氣體接頭,定位臂勾住中空管的外壁面,以 順利達成輸氣裝置對鋼瓶進行填充或補充液態瓦斯的效 果;另外,當鋼瓶内的液態瓦斯轉變為氣態瓦斯後的壓 力過高,可藉由洩氣元件釋放些許氣態瓦斯,以達到減 壓的效果》 [0004] 然而習知共用型開關閥仍具有以下缺點,第一點,由於 銅金屬價格的飆漲及體積小的趨勢,使得中空管的外徑 過小,令輸氣裝置的定位臂於中空管上無法穩固的卡固 定位,造成輸氣裝置任意晃動,而令輸氣管與進出氣體 接頭容易發生分離,而使液態瓦斯外洩,導致工作人員 吸入轉變為氣態的瓦斯而中毒,或未注意到的火苗點燃 洩出的液態瓦斯或氣態瓦斯發生爆炸;第二點,由於輸 氣裝置於填充或補充液態瓦斯的過程中或使用鋼瓶之液 態瓦斯時,可能因液態瓦斯轉變為氣態瓦斯的壓力過大 ,而令洩氣元件在排洩氣態瓦斯的過程中,因封蓋與洩 氣接頭之間的嵌固结構強度不夠,造成封蓋飛出擊中周 圍的工作人員,導致工作人員受傷;而亟待加以改善者 【新型内容】 [0005] 本創作之一目的,在於提供一種共用型開關閥及具該開 關閥的輸氣裝置,其係利用抵接部的設置來提供穩定的 卡掣,並可達成開關閥的共用效果。 1()12。412(^單编號A0101 第4頁/共18頁 1012013186-0 M431971 [0006] 為了達成上述之目的,本創作係提供—種共用型開關間 ’包括一主體及-控制組件;該主體包含一中空管 '連 接該中空管的m體接頭及形成在該中空管和該進 出氣體接頭内料—_,在該μ管對應於該進出氣 體接腦對邊位置凸伸有—抵接部;該㈣組件安置在 該中空管的-側,該㈣組件具有對應關座作開啟或 關閉的一閥體。 _]為了達成上述之目的,本創作係另外提供—種具有共用 型開關閥輸氣裝置,包括—輸氣管、—定位臂及一共用 型開關閥;該定位臂連接在該輸氣管之__端;該共用型 開關閥包括一主體及一控制組件;該主體包含一中空管 、連接該中空管的一進出氣體接頭及形成在該中空管和 该進出氣體接頭内部的一閥座,在該中空管對應於該進 出氣體接頭的對邊位置凸伸有一抵接部,該進出氣體接 頭係與該輸氣管連接,該抵接部則供該定位臂卡固定位 ,該控制組件安置在該中空管的一側,該控制組件具有 對應該閥座作開啟或.關閉的一閥體。 [0008]本創作還具有以下功效,係利用洩氣接頭的外周圍壁面 沖設有複數凹坑,洩氣接頭的内壁面迫緊封蓋,令封蓋 更加穩固的螺固於洩氣接頭内,避免發生洩氣元件排洩 過高壓力之氣態瓦斯時,封蓋與洩氣接頭之間的嵌固結 構強度不夠’造成封蓋飛出擊中周圍的工作人員,導致 工作人員受傷。 【實施方式】 [0009] 有關本創作之詳細說明及技術内容,配合圖式說明如下 1012013186-0 10120412(^單編號A0101 第5頁/共18頁 M431971 ,然而所附圖式僅提供參考與說明用,並非用來對本創 作加以限制者。 [0010] 請參照第一、二及三圖所示,係分別為本創作之共用型 開關閥立體分解圖、共用型開關閥側視圖及共用型開關 閥剖面圖,本創作係提供一種共用型開關閥及具該開關 閥的輸氣裝置,共用型開關閥1主要包括有一主體10及一 控制組件30。 [0011] 主體10包含一令空管11、一進出氣體接頭12、一閥座13 、一抵接部14及一洩氣接頭15 ;進出氣體接頭丨2連接中 空管11 ;閥座13形成在中空管π和進出氣體接頭12内部 ;抵接部14自中空管π對應於進出氣體接頭12的對邊位 置凸伸而出,抵接部14為一矩形塊;中空管丨丨可為銅金 屬材料製成之元件;洩氣接頭丨5連接中空管n,且位於 進出氣體接頭12的對邊,並鄰近抵接部14 ,戌氣接頭15 具有一内螺紋151 ;進出氣體接頭12亦可為銅金屬材料製 成之元件。 [0012] 共用型開關閥1更包括一洩氣元件2 0,為一止逆閥,茂氣 元件20具有一封蓋21,封蓋21的側周圍壁面具有一外螺 紋211,藉由外螺紋211及内螺紋151相互螺固,封蓋21 敌入螺固於洩氣接頭15内;另外,洩氣接頭15的外周圍 壁面沖設有複數凹坑152 ’藉以使茂氣接頭15的内壁面迫 緊封蓋21 ’令封蓋21與洩氣接頭15的結合更加穩固;洩 氣接頭15及封蓋21可為銅金屬材料製成之元件。 [0013] 控制組件30安置在中空管11的一側,控制組件3〇具有一 1012013186-0 閥體31、一連接桿32及一旋紐33 ;旋紐33裸露在中空管 10120412#單编號A〇101 第6頁/共18頁 M431971 11的外部,閥體31可為一活塞,閥體31及連接桿犯穿設 於中空管11内,閥體31的_端連接連接桿32的一端,連 接桿32的另-端連接祕33,藉此轉減紐33以牵動連 接桿32 ’使閥體31對應閥座13作開啟或關閉的動作;連 接柃32及旋鈕33可為鐵、鋼或銅..·等金屬材料製成之元 件,但不在此限。 [_請參照第四及五圖所示,齡別為本創作之具有共用型 開關閥的輸氣裝置立體分解圖及具有共用型關閥的輸 氣裝置立體組合圖,其中輸氣裝置4包括有一輸氣管似 -定位臂42 ;定位臂42連接在輸氣管_—端進出氣 體接頭12與就純連接,抵糾14蚊位f 42卡固定 位。 [_請參照第六ffi所示,係為本創作之使用狀㈣在進行 將鋼瓶S灌入液態瓦斯A時,首先將共用型開嶋裝設在 鋼瓶s上,次順時針旋轉控制組件3〇的旋紐33,以牵動連 接桿32使閥體31對賴座13作_的動作,再者將輸氣 裝置4的輸氣管41連接進出氣體接頭12,而後將定位臂42 卡固定位在抵接部14上,最後逆時針旋轉控制組件⑽的 旋紐33,以牽動連接桿32制體對應閥座13作開啟的動 作,藉此’液態瓦斯A會經由輸氣裝置$的輸氣管“流入 進出氣體接頭12,再經由進出氣體接頭12流入鋼瓶S内. 當完成液態瓦斯A灌入鋼瓶S内後,順時針旋轉控制电件 3〇的旋鈕33,牽動連接桿32使間體對應_13作關閉的 動作,最後將輸氣裝置4的輸氣管41從進出氣體接頭 第7頁/共18頁 10120412(P織細1 1012013186-0 M431971 [0016] 然而由於定位臂42卡固定位在抵接部14上,使輸氣裝置4 與共用型開關閥1的中空管11作穩固的卡固定位,使灌入 液態瓦斯A於鋼瓶S内的過程中,可避免輸氣裝置4任意晃 動,防止輸氣管41與進出氣體接頭12發生分離,造成生 液態瓦斯A洩出,導致相關工作人員因吸入經由液態瓦斯 A轉變而成的氣態瓦斯A1,而使相關工作人員中毒,或因 周遭未注意到的火苗點燃洩出的液態瓦斯A或氣態瓦斯A1 ,進而發生爆炸。 [0017] 另外’鋼瓶s内之液態内瓦斯A氣化為氣態瓦斯A1後的壓 力過大時,可經由安裝於洩氣接頭15内的洩氣元件20排 洩出少量的氣態内容物A1 ’達到降低壓力的效果;且亦 可因洩氣接頭15的各凹坑152,使洩氣接頭15的内壁面迫 緊封蓋21,令封蓋21更加穩固的結合於洩氣接頭15内, 故可於液態瓦斯A灌入鋼瓶S的過程中或使用鋼瓶s内的液 態瓦斯A轉變而成的氣態瓦斯A1時,避免因鋼瓶s内的液 態瓦斯A或氣態瓦斯A1壓力過大,造成封蓋21飛出,打到 周圍的工作人員或是使用者導致受傷。 [0018] 綜上所述,當知本創作之共用型開關閥及具該開關閥的 輸氣裝置已具有產業利用性、新賴性與進步性,又本創 作之構造亦未曾見於同類產品及公開使用,完全符合新 型專利申請要件,爰依專利法提出申請》 【圖式簡單說明】 [0019] 第一圖係本創作之共用型開關閥立體分解圖。 [0020] 第二圖係本創作之共用型開關閥側視圖。 ι〇ι娜产單编號靡 .第8頁/共18頁 1012013186-0 M431971 [0021] 第三圖係本創作之共用型開關閥剖面圖。 [0022] 第四圖係本創作之具有共用型開關閥的輸氣裝置分解圖 〇 [0023] 第五圖係本創作之具有共用型開關閥的輸氣裝置組合圖 〇 [0024] 第六圖係本創作之使用狀態圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 [0025] 〈本創作〉
