M432011 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係關於一種風量調節裝置,特別是關於一種連 接於出風口的風量調節裝置。 【先前技術】 現今由於辦公大樓林立,大樓内普遍設置有中央控制 之冷氣設備或者空調機構可供使用者使用。 請參閱圖1,係為習知技術的空調機構1示意圖。當 夏天溫度較高或是天氣悶熱時,使用者便會開啟空調機構 1。空調機構1具有許多出風口 11,經由出風口 11,空調 機構1可送出冷風(如箭頭所示)至出風口 11底下或者 附近的使用者甲、乙、丙。 然而,由於空調機構1的出風風量係為固定,並無法 針對個人做風量的調整,且每個使用者曱、乙、丙離出風 口 11的距離都不盡相同,對於溫度的感受也不盡相同, 因此,往往有些人覺得溫度太低,而有些人覺得溫度太 高,造成溫度或風量設定上的困擾。 因此,能調整空調機構1出風口 11的出風量,以改 善及調節位於每個人上方或附近的出風口 11出風量,係 為目前亟待解決的課題。 【新型内容】 有鑑於上述課題,本創作之目的為提供一種風量調節 M432011 裝置,其係設置於空調機構的出風口,以調節出風口的風 量大小。 為達上述目的,依本創作之一種風量調節裝置係連接 一出風口,風量調節裝置包括一第一遮蔽機構、一第一轉 軸機構以及一第一伸縮機構。第一轉軸機構係與第一遮蔽 機構之一侧相連接。第一伸縮機構係具有至少二伸縮臂, 伸縮臂之一端連接第一轉軸機構,伸縮臂之另一端連接第 一遮蔽機構。當伸縮臂未受一外力作用時,伸縮臂呈伸長 • 狀,使第一遮蔽機構遮蔽出風口。當第一轉軸機構部分或 完全捲收第一遮蔽機構時,第一遮蔽機構係至少部份遮蔽 或完全無遮蔽出風口,且伸縮臂隨之部分或完全收起。 於本創作一較佳實施例中,風量調節裝置更包括第一 致動機構,控制第一轉軸機構轉動。 於本創作一較佳實施例中,第一致動機構包括棘輪以 及棘爪,棘爪係喻合棘輪。 Φ 於本創作一較佳實施例中,第一致動機構更包括電動 機,係電性驅動棘輪以及棘爪。 於本創作一較佳實施例中,風量調節裝置更包括第一 支撐桿,第一支撐桿之兩端係分別連接於伸縮臂之另一 端。 於本創作一較佳實施例中,風量調節裝置更包括固定 機構,其係與第一轉軸機構連接且固定第一轉軸機構於出 風口外。 於本創作一較佳實施例中,風量調節裝置更包括第二 M432011 遮蔽機構、第二轉轴機構以及第二伸縮機構。第二轉轴機 構係鄰設於第一轉軸機構並與第二遮蔽機構之一側相連 接。第二伸縮機構係具有至少二伸縮臂,伸縮臂之一端連 接第二轉軸機構,伸縮臂之另一端連接第二遮蔽機構。當 第二伸縮機構之伸縮臂未受外力作用時,第二伸縮機構之 伸縮臂呈伸長狀,且相對於第一伸縮機構之伸縮臂之伸長 方向,使第二遮蔽機構遮蔽出風口。當第二轉轴機構部分 或完全捲收第二遮蔽機構時,第二遮蔽機構係至少部份遮 蔽或完全無遮蔽出風口,且伸縮臂隨之部分或完全收起。 於本創作一較佳實施例中,風量調節裝置更包括第二 致動機構,控制第二轉軸機構轉動。 於本創作一較佳實施例中,第二致動機構包括棘輪以 及棘爪,棘爪係喷合棘輪。 於本創作一較佳實施例中,風量調節裝置更包括第二 支撐桿,第二支撐桿之兩端係分別連接於第二伸縮機構之 伸縮臂之另一端。 承上所述,因依本創作之風量調節裝置可設置於空調 機構或冷氣設備的出風口,因此,可根據個人的需求調整 位於其上方或附近的出風口風量大小,使得使用者可更佳 舒適的使用空調機構或冷氣設備。 【實施方式】 以下將參照相關圖式,說明依據本創作較佳實施例之 一種風量調節裝置,其中相同的元件將以相同的元件符號 M432011 加以說明。 6月一併參照圖2A至圖2C,其為本創作中一實施例之 風量調節展置2延展歧、部分遮蔽以及完全暴露空調機 構3之出風口 31的示意圖。 本實施例係揭露一種風量調節裝置2,其係連接於出 風口 31 ’風量調節裝置2包括一第一遮蔽機構21、一第 一轉軸機構22以及一第一伸縮機構23。其中,出風口 31 係例如設置於一頂板4。本實施例之出風口 31係例如為一 方形為例,然非限用於本發明,於其他實施例中,出風口 更可為圓形、三角形、星形或其他形狀,使用者或設計者 可依需求或美觀不同’而設計不同形狀、圖樣及大小的出 風口。 第一轉軸機構22係與第一遮蔽機構21的一側互相連 接’亦即第-遮蔽機構21的-側固定連接於第一轉轴機 構22,當第一轉軸機構22依其軸心221轉動時,第一遮 蔽機構21可沿著第一轉軸機構22捲收起來或張開:另 外,值得說明的是,第-轉軸機構22係可以卡設或 定件固定等方式固定於出風口 31的部份隙縫3ΐι中 第-轉軸機構22與出風口 31的部份隙縫3ιι對應設 其中,第-轉減構22的直徑射等於或不等於 3!的隙縫3Π的寬度,其非限制於本發明,僅要部 轉轴機構22設置或固定於出風口 31的隙縫3ιι

二風量調節裝置2於實際應用時,若使用者覺 付工調機構3的出風口 31風量太大時,則可調整並上方 或附近的風量調節裝置2,將空調機構3的出風^、完全 遮蔽如圖2A所不。或者,當使用者覺得空調機構3的 =口 3!風量稍強時’則可調整其上方或附近的風量調 即裝置2部分地遮蔽空調機構3的出風口 3ι,如圖迚所 示。亦或者,當使用者覺得空調機構3的出風口 31風量 適中時’則可调整其上方或附近的風量調節裝置2,使其 完全無遮蔽空調機構3的出風口 31,即將出口風Η完^ 曝露於外’如圖2C所示。 此外,為美觀起見,於本創作中係將第一伸縮機構幻 設置於第—遮蔽機構21以及出風口 31之間,使得使用者 於空調機構3的出風口 31下方不會直接看見第一伸縮機 構23,但實際上亦可將第一遮蔽機構21設置於第一伸縮 機構23以及出風口 31之間,以外露第一伸縮機構幻。 此外,請一併參照圖3A及圖3B,風量調節裝置2更 可包括一第一致動機構24 ,其係與第一轉軸機構22接連 9 M432011 接且控制第-轉轴機構22轉動。於此,第一致動機構24 可使用習知技術中任-種驅動機構,於本創作中並不以此 為限。 本實施例中之第-致動機構24係包括一棘輪241、一 棘爪242以及-電動機243 (請參照_ 2八所示),其中棘 爪242可與棘輪241喷合。棘輪241係設置於第一轉轴機 構22之軸〜221的一侧且依第一轉軸機構之軸心 轉動,而棘爪242具有一驅動軸2421。帛一轉轴機構22 之軸心221以及驅動軸2421係電性連接至電動機,以 藉由電動機243電性驅動軸心221 (棘輪241)以及棘爪 242,使棘輪241以及棘爪冰產生喃合或鬆開的狀態。 當使用者欲完全遮蔽出風σ 31時(如圖2A所示), 電動機243可控制棘水242 ^鬆開的狀態,則第一遮蔽機 構21將文到第一伸縮機構23之伸縮臂的彈性恢復力作用 而呈伸長狀態,並將第—遮蔽機構21完成展開至完全遮 蔽=風口 31的狀態。反之,當使用者欲部分遮蔽或完全 暴露出風口 31時,電動機243驅動第一轉軸機構22轉動, 第遮蔽機構21開始被捲收起來,當第一遮蔽機構移 動到使用者欲移動的位置時,則電動機243控制棘輪241 與棘= 242為㉝合的位置。當然’ #使用者欲再次移動第 一遮蔽機構21的位置時,則電動機243將控制棘輪241 與,爪242為鬆開的位置,直到第-遮蔽機構21位置調 整元畢再控制棘輪241與棘爪242為嚙合的位置。 相似地,當使用者欲由完全曝露出風口 31時(如圖 M432011 2C所示)的狀態恢復為完全遮蔽(如圖2A所示)或部分 遮蔽(如圖2B所示)的狀態時,亦可由電動機243控制 棘輪241與棘爪242嚙合的位置完成,相似的原理於此不 再贅述。但需值得注意的是,使用者並非必須要鬆開棘爪 242才可捲收第一遮蔽機構21,而是當棘爪242與棘輪241 為嚙合狀態時仍可捲收第一遮蔽機構21。再者,棘爪242 亦包括一彈性元件(未繪示於圖中),例如但不限定是扭 簧,用於當電動機243停止作用時,恢復與棘輪241的嚙 • 合狀態,以固定遮蔽機構21的位置。 此外,本實施例之風量調節裝置2可包括一第一支撐 桿25,其兩端係分別連接於伸縮臂之另一端232,藉以更 穩固的支撐第一遮蔽機構21。 另外,本實施例之風量調節裝置2可包括一固定機構 (未繪於圖式),其係與第一轉軸機構22連接且固定第一 轉軸機構22於出風口 31外,舉例而言,固定機構可以是 I 兩個卡扣,其實際的設計可依照實際出風口的設計而做調 整,習知技藝者應可了解其原理與結構,於此不再贅述。 請參閱圖4A至圖4C,本創作另一實施例之風量調節 裝置2a除了前述描述之元件之外,更可包括一第二遮蔽機 構26、一第二轉轴機構27以及一第二伸縮機構28。此時, 第一轉軸機構22與第二轉軸機構27係可設置於出風口 31 的下方並位於中間處。 本實施例之第二轉軸機構27係鄰設於第一轉軸機構 22並與第二遮蔽機構26的一側相連接,第一轉軸機構22 M432011 與第二遮蔽機構26可分別設置於各自的外殼内,亦可設 置於同一外殼内。第二伸縮機構28係具有至少二伸縮臂, 所述伸縮臂之一端281連接第二轉軸機構27,伸縮臂之另 一端282連接第二遮蔽機構26。於此,第二遮蔽機構26、 第二轉軸機構27以及第二伸縮機構28與其述實施例之相 同元件具有相同之特徵與功能,在此不再贅述。 相似地,當第二伸縮機構28的伸縮臂未受外力作用 時,由於第二伸縮機構28的伸縮臂本身具有彈性恢復力 而呈伸長狀,且朝第一伸縮機構23之伸縮臂的伸長方向 之相反方向伸長,使第二遮蔽機構26遮蔽出風口 31。當 第二轉軸機構27部分捲收第二遮蔽機構26時,第二遮蔽 機構26係至少部份遮蔽或完全無遮蔽出風口 31,且伸縮 臂隨之部分或完全收起。 相似地,風量調節裝置2a可包括第二致動機構(未 繪於圖式),控制第二轉軸機構27轉動,第二致動機構包 括棘輪以及棘爪,棘爪與棘輪係電性連接電動機243,用 以電性驅動棘輪以及棘爪,其結構、動作與原理係相似於 第一致動機構24,於此不再贅述。 類似地,風量調節裝置2a可包括一第二支撐桿29, 第二支撐桿29之兩端係分別連接於第二伸縮機構28之伸 縮臂之另一端282。第二轉軸機構27亦可以前述之固定機 構連接且固定於出風口 31外。 本實施例的設計可讓使用者分別調控兩側的遮蔽情 況,於使用上更為彈性,例如圖4C所示,一邊為完全收 12 M432011 起,一邊為完全展開。 另外,本實施例中,使用者可藉由一遙控器控制電動 機243,調整第一遮蔽機構21與第二遮蔽機構26的位置。 當然,風量調節裝置2a亦可設置一開關(未繪於圖式), 使用者可直接利用開關控制電動機243,控制相關機構之 作動,以達到移動第一遮蔽機構21與第二遮蔽機構26的 位置。 綜上所述,因依本創作之風量調節裝置,可設置於空 • 調機構或冷氣設備的出風口,因此,可根據個人的需求調 整位於其上方或附近的出風口風量大小,使得使用者可更 佳舒適的使用空調機構或冷氣設備。 以上所述僅為舉例性,而非為限制性者。任何未脫離 本創作之精神與範疇,而對其進行之等效修改或變更,均 應包含於後附之申請專利範圍中。 φ 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1係為習知技術的空調機構示意圖; 圖2A至圖2C係為本創作中一實施例之風量調節裝置 設置於空調機構出風口的一組示意圖; 圖3A及圖3B係為本創作中一實施例之風量調節裝置 之第一致動機構示意圖;以及 圖4A至圖4C係為本創作中另一實施例之風量調節裝 置設置於空調機構出風口的一組示意圖。 13 M432011 【主要元件符號說明】 〔習知〕 I :空調機構 II :出風口 曱、乙、丙:使用者 〔本創作〕 2、2a :風量調節裝置 21 :第一遮蔽機構 22 :第一轉軸機構 221 :軸心 23 :第一伸縮機構 231、 281 :伸縮臂之一端 232、 282 :伸縮臂之另一端 233 :關節 243 :電動機 24 :第一致動機構 241 :棘輪 242 :棘爪 2421 :驅動軸 25 第一支撐桿 26 第二遮蔽機構 27 第二轉軸機構 28 第二伸縮機構 29 :第二支撐桿 14 M432011 3:空調機構 31 :出風口 311 :隙縫 4 :頂板
