507232 A7 B7 五、發明説明(彳) 〔發明之所屬技術領域〕 本發明係有關由鍵端之按壓操作來進行接點切換之鍵 開關。 〔以往之技術〕 鍵開關係作爲行動電話及音響機材等之輸入裝置之構 成,由進行接點切換之鍵元件部與,使此鍵元件部動作之 鍵端所槪略構成。 從以往,作爲如此鍵開關,將設置固定接點之下部基 板與圓弧狀之觸動彈簧使用薄膜構件來重疊成爲一體化構 成鍵開關,而使鍵端支撐在組裝此鍵元件之外裝框等之構 成被提案著。而前述觸動彈簧係爲作爲可動接點之功能, 根據此觸動彈簧與固定接點之接離而進行開/關之切換動 作。另,於前述鍵端上印刷有表示功能內容之數字及文字 等之表示部,而於該鍵端底面中央一體形成有爲了按壓觸 動彈簧頂部之突起。 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 針對如此構成之鍵開關,當使用者按壓鍵端端面時, 因其按壓力則介由鍵端底面的突起傳達至觸動彈簧,所以 該觸動彈簧則伴隨觸碰感彈跳接觸於固定接點,成爲開關 開敔狀態,另,當除去在鍵端之上述按壓力時,觸動彈簧 則由自身的彈性恢復成周弧狀,所以鍵端係在回成初期位 置,而成爲開關關閉狀態。 〔欲解決發明之課題〕 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -4- 507232 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印聚 kl B7 五、發明説明(2 ) 但,鍵端之表示部係有印刷在端面與印刷在底面之情 況,針對光照型式之鍵開關係印刷表示部在利用透明材料 形成之鍵端底面,由在夜間等暗處使L E D等光源點亮, 再使從該光源的光照射在鍵端底面來辨視表示部之構成則 被廣範地採用著。 但在前述所述之以往的鍵開關係因一體形成爲了按壓 觸動彈簧頂部之突起於鍵端底面,所以無法確保在該鍵端 底面之平面印刷,而有著表示部印刷範圍之限制問題。此 情況,也考慮將表示部印刷在鍵端端面,但因鍵端爲使用 者直接接觸之部份,由於使常重複使用所以表示部則容易 產生剝離。另,在前述所述之鍵開關係因鍵元件部與鍵端 則介由外裝框來決定位置,所以又因各構件之尺寸誤差及 組裝誤差的原因,鍵端對於觸動彈簧頂部有偏離現象,因 此有著觸動彈簧之動作觸感惡化,接點切換動作不確實之 問題。 〔爲了解決課題之手段〕 本發明係將可動接點一體地設置於上部薄膜之下面, 再於此上部薄膜形成爲了傳達從鍵端傳來之按壓力至可動 接點之突起。 當如此形成突出於可動接點被一體化之上部薄膜時, 並不只可確保在鍵端底面平面印刷,即使在鍵端與可動接 點發生移位,從鍵端傳來的按壓力則可確實地傳達至可動 接點。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) -5- 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 507232 A7 _____________ B7 五、發明説明(3 ) 〔發明之實施形態〕 在本發明之鍵開關係備有擁有固定接點之下部基板與 ’與此下部基板成爲一體之上部薄膜與,一體設置在此上 部薄膜下面,再於前述固定接點保持規定間隔然後對向之 可動接點與,使此可動接點對於前述固定接點進行接離之 鍵端,再於因應前述上部薄膜之前述可動接點的位置形成 突起,而從前述鍵端傳來之按壓力則介由此突起傳達至前 述可動接點地構成。 前述突起係可形成在薄膜上面及下面任何一方,當突 起形成在上部薄膜上面之情況係由浮雕加工等使上部薄膜 之一部份膨出也可以,但將尿烷系樹脂及環氧系樹脂印刷 在上部薄膜上爲最好。另,將印刷在上部薄膜之下面之接 著劑突出也可以,此情況,作爲可動接點,然後利用圓弧 狀觸動彈簧,再根據突出此觸動彈簧,然後再接著於上部 薄膜之下面即可。 另,前述之薄膜材料並無特別限定任何材料,但,當 使用由光擴散性材料而成之上部薄膜時,可使從光源傳來 的光:在上部薄膜擴散,然後照射於鍵端底面,而對於光 照型鍵開關爲最適當。 〔實施例〕 有關實施例,參照圖面進行說明,圖1係有關本發明 之一實施例之鍵開關剖面圖,圖2係爲備於該鍵開關之上 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) 1T^ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 507232 B7 五、發明説明(4 ) 部薄膜之平面圖。而有關實施例之鍵開關係作爲行動電話 等之操作面板被使用之構成,而如圖1所示,根據下部基 板1與,接著在觸動彈簧2於下面之上部薄膜3與,爲了 驅動觸動彈簧之鍵端4所槪略構成。 於下部基板1之表面裝置作爲光源之L E D 5之同時 ’設置有中央固定接點6與包圍這個之周緣固定接點7。 而在圖1中只表示有一對之中央固定接點6與周緣固定接 點7,但在實施例中,中央固定接點6與周緣固定接點7 則成對複數配列成矩陣狀。 觸動彈簧係作爲可動接點之功能,加工磷青銅等之金 屬彈簧材料形成爲圓弧狀。而觸動彈簧2之周緣部係時常 地接觸在周緣固定接點7,但其頂部係與中央固定接點6 保持規定間隔離間著。而觸動彈簧2之頂部係接著在上部 薄膜3之下面,在實施例中配合中央固定接點6與周緣固 定接點7之配列,然後複數的觸動彈簧2則成矩陣狀配列 在上部薄膜3之下面。 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 上部薄膜3係由表面被梨地處理之P E T薄膜等之光 擴散性材料形成,而其上面形成有突起8·而此突起8的 形成位置係因應接著在上部薄膜3之下面的觸動彈簧2頂 部’如圖2所示,在實施例中,複數的突起8係成矩陣狀 形成在上部薄膜3之上面。而這些突起8係由將例如:尿 烷系樹脂印刷在上部薄膜3之上面所形成,再根據印刷技 術謀求各別之均一突出量。另,上部薄膜3之周緣部與下 部基板1係使用接著劑與框體9成一體化,再由這些各構 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X29*7公f ) 507232 A7 B7 五、發明説明(5 ) 件來構成鍵元件。 鍵端4係利用丙烯樹脂等之透明材料所形成’再於其 平面底面印刷形成數字及文字等表示部(不圖示)。而鍵 端4之上部係從外裝框1 0之引導孔1 〇 a突出著,而外 裝框1 0係使螺絲固定及接著劑等固定在框體9。而鍵端 4之底面係對向於上部薄膜3之突起8,隨之,在實施例 中,複數的鍵端4則成矩陣狀配列在外裝框1 0。 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 如上述之構成的鍵開關係當使用者按壓所希望之鍵端 4端面時,因其按壓力係介由突起8與上部薄膜3,然後 傳達至下方的觸動彈簧2之頂部,所以在使該鍵端4規定 鍵擊下降時,因應之觸動彈簧2伴隨著觸碰感彈跳接觸, 觸動彈簧2之頂部則接觸於中央固定接點6而成爲開關開 啓狀態。此時,即使因各構件之尺寸誤差及組裝誤差等之 原因,然後各鍵端4與鍵元件部之相對位置多少有點移位 ,因高精確地維持印刷形成於上部薄膜3之上面的突起8 與接著在上部薄膜3之下面的觸動彈簧2之相對位置,所 以不會惡化觸動彈簧2之動作觸感。並,當除去在鍵端4 之按壓力時,因觸動彈簧則由自身的彈性恢復成圓弧狀, 所以伴隨此,上部薄膜3與鍵端4押回成初期位置,而成 爲開關關閉狀態。另,在夜間等之暗處,當點亮L E D 5 之情況,因從L E D 5所射出之光則在上部薄膜3進行擴 散,然後亮度大略平均地照射在鍵端4之底面,所以印刷 在透明之鍵端4底面的表示部則被均等,且充份的亮度所 照射,再透過鍵端4可明瞭地辨視表示部。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) -8 - 經濟部中央標隼局員工消費合作社印製 507232 A7 B7 五、發明説明(6 ) 表示於圖3之實施例中,印刷接著劑於上部薄膜3之 下面,然後形成突出1 1,再接著觸動彈簧2之頂部於此 突起。此情況,突起1 1係擁有傳達鍵端4之按壓力至觸 動彈簧2之功能與,接著觸動彈簧2於上部薄膜的功能。 在表示於圖4之實施例中,根據浮雕加工形成膨出部 3 a在上部薄膜3,再於此膨出部3 a下面印刷形成作爲 可動接點1 2之導電塗料之同時,於膨出部3 a之上面頂 部形成有突起8。此情況,膨出部3 a與可動接點1 2則 得到與前述之觸動彈簧2相樣的功能,另伴隨著鍵端4的 按壓而產生膨出部3 a彈跳接觸感。 又,針對圖4所示之實施例,不需要觸踫感之情況係 如通常之薄膜開關,將沒有膨出部3 a之平面上部薄膜3 介由襯墊重量在下部基板1,再形成突起8於因應可動接 點1 2之上部薄膜3之上面即可,另,作爲下部基板1利 用薄膜材也可以。 〔發明之效果〕 本發明係如以上所說明的形態來實施,而得到以下所 記載之效果。 備有擁有固定接點之下部基板與,與此下部基板成爲 一體之上部薄膜與,一體地設置在此上部薄膜,再於前述 固定接點上保持規定間隔對向之可動接點與,對於前述固 定接點使此可動接點接離之鍵端,而於因應前述上部薄膜 之前述可動接點的位置上形成突起,然後從鍵端傳來的按 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公楚) ^ -1T^ ^ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -9- 507232 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 ΑΊ B7 五、發明説明(7 ) 壓力則介由此突起傳達至前述可動接點地構成時,並不只 可確保在鍵端底面的平面印刷面,即使在鍵端與可動接點 發生位置移位,也可以確實地傳達從鍵端傳來的按壓力至 可動接點。 另,當作爲前述上部薄膜使用光擴散性材料時,因在 上部薄膜可使從光源的光擴散,照射於鍵端底面,所以光 照型之鍵開關最爲適合。 〔圖面之簡單〕 〔圖1〕 有關本發明之一實施例的鍵開關剖面圖。 〔圖2〕 備於該鍵開關之上部薄膜的平面圖。 〔圖3〕 表示突起變形例之說明圖。 〔圖4〕 表示可動接點變形例之說明圖。 〔符號說明〕 1 下部基板,2 觸動彈簧,3 上部薄膜,3 a 膨出部,4 鍵端,5 LED,6 中央固定接點,7 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210Χ297公釐) n ϋι —ϋ —^1 ·1ϋ .mi HI I*— In mu ·ϋϋ I ϋ*ϋ I TJ n·^— ϋϋ ϋϋ —.^ϋ .Β^—i 1ι^ϋ (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -10- 507232 A7 B7五、發明説明(8 )周緣固定接點,8,11 突起,9 框體,10 外裝 框,1 0 a 導引孔,1 2 可動接點。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(2ΗΓΧ 297公釐) ^
