五、發明説明(2) 【解決課題之手段】 爲了解決前述課題,而當作是本發明的對象的,是在 具有互相垂直交叉的X方向和Y方向上,至少在前述Y方向 上可彈性伸縮的第1薄片的至少其中一面上,用朝前述Y方 向上可以非彈性伸長的纖維集合體所組成的第2薄片來接合 之彈性伸縮性複合性薄片。 針對相關的複合性薄片,作爲本發明特徵之處,係就 前述第1薄片和第2薄片朝前述Y方向上以斷斷續續形成的接 合部加以一體化,在形成前述第2薄片的纖維內,橫跨在前 述接合部和接合部之間的纖維,係比前述接合部和接合部 之間的直線距離還要長,而且,前述第1薄片和第2薄片之 中至少其中一方含有親水性素材。 【發明的實施形態】 參照附圖,將包含關於本發明的親水性素材之彈性伸 縮性複合性薄片的詳細內容說明如下。 在第1圖的立體圖中所示的含有親水性素材的彈性伸縮 性的複合性薄片1,由於適於作爲用後即棄式尿布或衛生棉 、用後即棄式醫療用長袍等的用後即棄式穿用物品上的透 液性或非透液性表面材料,所以具有上層2和下層3,用黏 接部將這兩層2和3加以溶著,而予以一體化。複合性薄片1 ,係在互相垂直交叉的X方向和Y方向之中,至少朝Y方向 上用假想線所表示的一般可以彈性伸縮。 複合性薄片1的上層2,係在X方向或Y方向中至少可朝Y (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) 548191 A7 B7 五、發明説明(3 ) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 方向上非彈性伸長的層。該上層2,係至少跨接在兩個接合 部4和4之間的纖維6的聚合體,對所用到的纖維6 ’可使用 例如短纖維、更理想的是長纖維、最理想的是使用連續纖 維。橫跨在纖維4和4之間的纖維6,係比接合部4和4之間的 直線距離更長,在這些接合部4之間劃出不規則的曲線,在 下層3的上表面整體地張開。最理想的是使用纖維6,或者 是在接合部4和4之間既未加以溶著也未加以黏接,而相互 分開獨立。複合性薄片1當朝Y方向伸長的時候,劃了曲線 的纖維6在接合部4和4之間被製作成朝Y方向延伸而改變朝 向,上層2以非彈性地伸長。 經濟部智慧財產笱員工消費合作社印製 在所使用到的纖維6上,可使用非彈性的合成樹脂也就 是像聚丙烯或聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯混合丙烯、乙烯、丁 烯的三元共聚物的混合物等等。纖維6,其中一部份在這些 樹脂上藉由將親水性素材也就是烷基磺酸鈉鹽等的親水化 處理劑加以熬製,或者是,藉由將親水化處理劑塗抹在纖 維上使之具有親水性。纖維6,直徑爲0.1〜50 // m,若直徑 爲0·1〜20 // m的話更爲理想,使用的坪量爲2〜100g/m2,若是 使用的坪量爲2〜20 g/m2的話更爲理想。圖示例的纖維6,係 已被親水化處理的連續纖維。 複合性薄片1的下層3,在Y方向上,最理想的是在Y方 向和X方向之間具有彈性伸縮性的層,朝Y方向至少可伸長 200%,更理想的狀況下是至少可以伸長400%,伸長了 100% 後可彈性收縮回不到原長度1.3倍的長度。在相關的下層3的 例子中,由熱塑性橡膠等的彈性素材所構成的短纖維、更 本紙張尺度適财關家鮮(CNS ) A4規格(21GX297公釐)Γ^= ' 548191 A7 B7 五、發明説明(4) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 理想的是長纖維、再者更理想的是連續纖唯的聚合體,像 這樣的聚合體其纖維是相互地藉由機械性的方式或溶著的 方式交織著的不織布,由熱塑性塑膠所組成的薄膜。這些 纖維或薄膜’係可以藉由將親水性素材也就是烷基磺酸鈉 鹽等的親水化處理劑加以熬製,或者是可以藉由將親水化 處理劑塗抹在纖維上使之具有親水性的狀態下來加以使用 。像這樣的下層3,以具有5〜200 g/m2的坪量最爲理想。在 圖示例的下層3中,可以使用連續纖維丨〇。 將複合性薄膜1作爲通氣性的材料來使用的情況下,作 爲下層3,依照JIS L 1096的6.27的A法所規定的通氣性要使 用至少是10cm3/cm2 · s的材料。作爲下層3,依照nS Z 020 8 的6 · 2 7的B法所規定的通氣性要使用至少是1 〇 〇 〇 g / c m 2 / d a y的 材料。相對於具有這些通氣度以及/或者是透濕度的下層3, 使用具有比這些通氣度以及/或者是透濕度爲同等級或者是 更高的値的上層2則是最理想的。複合性薄片1,藉由上層2 和下層5的材料的選擇結果,可以決定爲透液性材料或者是 非透液性材料。 經濟部智慧財產^員工消費合作社印製 將像這樣的複合性薄片1朝Y方向上拉開,下層3朝γ方 向上彈性的伸長,隨著該伸長所劃出曲線的上層2的纖維6 一邊改變朝向一邊朝Y方向上以非彈性的伸長。纖維6的曲 線在伸到底之前,拉開複合性薄片1所需要的力主要是成爲 用來拉開下層3的力。上層2,由於只改變了纖維6的朝向, 所以對複合性薄片1的拉開力幾乎沒有任何影響。若是將複 合性薄片1進一'步拉開的g舌’纖維6會完全伸展而在接合部4 本紙張尺度適财麵家縣(€叫八4規格(2淑297公釐)" 548191 A7 B7 經濟部智慧財產¾員工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(5 ) 和4之間呈直線狀。要將這種狀態的複合性薄片1進一步加 以拉開,則需要拉開下層3的力量和拉開直線狀的纖維6的 力量。顯示這種舉動的纖維6,於複合性薄片的上表面劃出 絨圈則是最理想的,此時的上層2,不但可以朝γ方向伸長 更可以朝X方向伸長。 複合性薄片1的上層2,纖維6係一邊劃著曲線一邊重合 ,又,比接合部4和4之間的直線距離還要長的纖維6由於係 朝向複合性薄片1的上方畫出呈凸狀的曲線而延伸,所以上 層2會成爲整體上輕飄飄觸感的材質。像這樣的上層2,在 纖維6和6之間的空氣流通順暢。再加上,纖維6,至少有一 部份材質是親水性的,當與肌膚接觸時可以發揮其吸汗性 。吸汗的纖維6,利用流通於纖維6之間充足的空氣而可以 很快的乾燥。藉由上述結構,使用複合性薄片1的穿用物品 ,其上層2若是抵接於肌膚來使用的話,不但有柔軟的肌膚 觸感,通氣性也佳,也可以成爲吸汗乾燥優越的物品。在 這種情況下的複合性薄片1,可以用上層2和下層3係親水性 的狀態來使用,或者是上層2爲親水性而下層3爲疏水性的 狀態來使用。可是,複合性薄片1,可視其用途而可以製作 成上層2爲疏水性、下層3爲親水性的形態來使用。 在這個發明中,在上層的纖維6,除了可以用親水化處 理後的熱塑性合成塑膠之外,也可以使用人造絲纖維或棉 、絲、麻等的親水性再生纖維或天然纖維。又,上層2的纖 維6或下層3的纖維10,也可以用親水性纖維和疏水性纖維 的混合物來做。在這樣的情況下的親水性纖維上也含有紙 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) 548191 A 7 B7 五、發明説明(6 ) 漿纖維。該發明係在第1圖的複合性薄片1上的下層3的下表 面上追加裝設有和上層2相同的可以非彈性伸長的纖維聚合 體。所追加裝設的纖維聚合體,有些情況下含有親水性纖 維的材質,也有些情況下不含親水性纖維的材質。 〔發明之效果〕 關於本發明之複合性薄片,係由可非彈性地伸長的纖 維聚合體所組成的第2薄片以段斷續續地接合在可彈性伸縮 的第1薄片3的至少其中一面上而形成彈性伸縮性的複合性 薄片1。第1薄片3和第2薄片2之中至少一種薄片含有親水性 素材,使用的這種複合性薄片的穿用物品,具有優越的肌 膚觸感、透氣性、和吸汗性。 〔圖式之簡單說明〕 第1圖是複合性薄片的立體圖。 【符號說明】 1、複合性薄片。2、第2薄片(上層)。3、第1薄片( 下層)。4、接合部。6、纖維。1 〇、纖維。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(21〇X297公釐) 衣— • * (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) ·訂 經濟部智慧財產局員X消費合作社印製
