【物品用途】;本創作之發光二極體係為一種垂直發光二極體晶片，連接直流電流源後可產生光亮。;【創作特點】;本創作係有關一種發光二極體之新式樣設計，其外觀係經由創作人深思熟慮之後所設計完成，上述之發光二極體，在外觀佈列及線條設計上乃如附圖所示之造型，其中該發光二極體包括一矩形的一基板及設置於基板之上的一矩形半導體層，該半導體層上表面設置一電極，該電極係由複數個水平粗導線所構成，且於該些粗導線中延伸有複數垂直細導線，且於該些粗導線下方埋設有一金屬線，該些金屬線可做為電性接點，且於該矩形半導體層四邊之其中一邊中心處，設置有一矩形的接觸墊，以形成該電極之所有樣貌，本創作給予人一種新穎、簡潔之視覺美感且能兼顧產品之方便性與實用性，足見創作人在整體之造型設計上倍下苦心；且該發光二極體從未被公開使用或見於任何刊物上，完全合乎「新穎性」及「創作性」之新式樣專利要件，申請人爰依法提出新式樣專利申請。;如圖所示「發光二極體」之新式樣。
