【物品用途】;本創作係一種「飲料容器」之新式樣設計，其係一種可供容納液體用之容器。;【創作特點】;本創作係一種造型細膩的飲料容器，主要由一容器本體及一瓶蓋所構成，該容器本體呈圓筒狀，且其頂部與底部的位置略朝軸心收縮，使得該容器本體於簡潔的造型中展現出線條滑順且富變化的視覺觀感，另，該瓶蓋組裝在該容器本體的頂部，且由一上蓋體與一下蓋體樞接而成，其中該上蓋體之頂部的後側低於前側，以呈一傾斜面，且其後側鄰近樞接位置尚設有一卡扣部，使得該卡扣部與樞接位置相接近，而非如同傳統樣式般，卡扣部與樞接位置相對應，營造出迥異於傳統樣式的設計氛圍，再者，該上蓋體與下蓋體間的銜接處，係為後側高於前側，使其異於上蓋體之頂部的線條起伏變化，更是呈現出細膩衝突的造型，充份表現出飲料容器的多層次設計，整體觀之，本創作之造型新穎，且;視覺設計上予人簡潔流利又不失變化之觀感，完全合乎新式樣專利要件。[Item Usage]; This creation is a new style design of "drink container", which is a container for containing liquid.; [Creation Features]; This creation is a delicately shaped beverage container, mainly composed of a container body and a bottle cap.
