Description
本發明是有關於一種充電系統及其充電方法,特別是有關於一種適用於電動車無線充電之充電系統及其充電方法。
目前,電動車的普及率相當的低,其無法令一般大眾市場接受的主要問題,就是在於其所儲存電力的電池可提供的續航性非常有限。與汽油車每月加油1~2次的頻率相比,電動車每次開車都要充電,並且每次充電需要耗費相當長的時間,通常都要花費數小時以上,造成電動車的實用性大打折扣。再者,目前的充電模式都是以接上私有電源來進行,充電地點不夠普及、不夠方便,充電的模式無法商業化,都是阻礙電動車發展的原因。
有鑑於上述習知技藝之問題,本發明之目的就是在提供一種充電系統及其充電方法,以解決電動車無法隨時及快速的充電,造成電動車續航距離不夠的問題。
根據本發明之目的,提出一種充電系統,包含一待充電單元及一充電單元,待充電單元包含一第一無線通訊裝置及一第一無線充電模組,而充電單元則包含一第二無線通訊裝置、一第二無線充電模組及一處理模組。其中,待充電單元係為一電動行動設備,其所具有之第一無線通訊裝置係以無線傳輸方式發送一認證碼及一請求充電訊號,而第一無線充電模組則以無線充電的方式接受充電。充電單元係為一固定式充電設備,其所具有之第
二無線通訊裝置係以無線傳輸方式接收認證碼及請求充電訊號,而第二無線充電模組則以無線充電的方式對第一無線充電模組充電,且處理模組係由第二無線通訊裝置接收認證碼及請求充電訊號,並對認證碼進行驗證,當認證碼通過驗證後,處理模組即根據請求充電訊號控制第二無線充電模組以無線充電的方式對第一無線充電模組進行充電。
其中,第一無線充電模組更包含一快速充電電池,第二無線充電模組係以無線充電的方式對快速充電電池充電。
其中,第二無線充電模組係以電磁感應、磁共振、微波傳播或其組合等的方式,對快速充電電池充電。
其中,快速充電電池係包含至少一超級電容及至少一蓄電池,且至少一超級電容(super-capacitor或ultra-capacitor)係為超電容、黃金電容、法拉電容或雙電層電容器(Electrical Double-Layer Capacitor),且蓄電池係為鉛酸蓄電池、鋰電池、鋰離子電池、燃料電池或空氣電池。
其中,第一無線通訊裝置及第二無線通訊裝置係為無線射頻身分識別系統(Radio Frequency Identification System,RFID)、紅外線通訊系統、無線相容認證系統(Wireless Fidelity System,Wi-Fi)、全球互通微波存取系統(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access System,WiMAX)、高速下載封包存取系統(High-Speed Data Packet Access System,HSDPA)、藍芽通訊系統(Bluetooth)、車用無線存取裝置(Wireless Access in the Vehicular Environment Apparatus,WAVE)、專用短距離通訊裝置(Dedicated Short Range Communication Apparatus,DSRC)或近距離無線通訊裝置(Near Field Communication Apparatus,NFC)。
其中,電動行動設備係為電動車、電動公車、電動腳踏車、電動船艇行動多媒體娛樂裝置或行動電話,且認證碼係作為電動行動設備的身分認證。
根據本發明之目的,提出一種充電方法,其係適用於一充電系統,充電系統包含一待充電單元及一充電單元,待充電單元係為一電動行動設備且包含一第一無線通訊裝置及一第一無線充電模組,充電單元係為一固定式充電設備且包含一第二無線通訊裝置、一第二無線充電模組及一處理模組。本發明之充電方法包含先以第一無線通訊裝置藉由無線傳輸方式發送一認證碼及一請求充電訊號至第二無線通訊裝置,再以處理模組由第二無線通訊裝置接收認證碼及請求充電訊號,並對認證碼進行驗證,而當認證碼通過驗證後,處理模組即根據請求充電訊號控制第二無線充電模組,藉由無線充電的方式對第一無線充電模組進行充電。
其中,第一無線充電模組更包含一快速充電電池,第二無線充電模組係以無線充電的方式對快速充電電池充電。

承上所述,依本發明之充電系統及其充電方法,其可具有一或多個下述優點:
(1)此充電系統及其充電方法可藉由以無線充電的方式快速蓄滿充電電池的電力,藉此可提高電動車補充電力之便利性。
(2)此充電系統及其充電方法可藉由配置快速充電電池並以無線充電方式充電,藉此可解決充電地點不便及充電時間過長的問題。
(3)此充電系統及其充電方法因採用無線充電的方式進行充電,因而無須配置電源線及接頭,可避免不同廠商的充電插頭規格不一的問題。
(4)此充電系統之充電單元可配置於地面下,即可直接裝設在現有的停車場或加油站,增加充電的便利性。
(5)此充電系統及其充電方法於充電時不需要人員操作,可大幅節省人力的成本。

請參閱第1圖,其係為本發明之充電系統之方塊圖。如圖所示,本發明之充電系統1包含一待充電單元10及一充電單元11,待充電單元10包含一第一無線通訊裝置100及一第一無線充電模組101,而充電單元11則包含一第二無線通訊裝置110、一第二無線充電模組111及一處理模組112。其中,待充電單元10係為一電動行動設備,此電動行動設備係可為電動車、電動公車、電動腳踏車、電動船艇行動多媒體娛樂裝置或行動電話等,其所具有之第一無線通訊裝置100係以無線傳輸方式發送一認證碼2及一請求充電訊號3,而第一無線充電模組101則以無線充電的方式接受充電。充電單元11係可為一固定式充電設備,其所具有之第二無線通訊裝置110係以無線傳輸方式接收認證碼2及請求充電訊號3,而第二無線充電模組111則以無線充電的方式對第一無線充電模組101充電。處理模組112係由第二無線通訊裝置110接收認證碼2及請求充電訊號3後,對認證碼2進行驗證,認證碼2係可作為電動行動設備的身分認證。當認證碼2通過驗證後,處理模組112即控制第二無線充電模組111以無線充電的方式對第一無線充電模組101進行充電。
其中,第一無線充電模組101更包含一快速充電電池1010,第二無線充電模組111係以無線充電的方式對快速充電電池1010充電。在一些較佳的實施例中,第二無線充電模組111係以電磁感應、磁共振、微波傳播或其組合等的方式,對快速充電電池1010充電。本充電系統1因採用無線充電的方式進行充電,因而無須配置電源線及接頭,可避免不同廠商的充電插頭規格不一的問題。
另外,快速充電電池1010係可為至少一超級電容及至少一蓄電池,且至少一超級電容(super-capacitor或ultra-capacitor)係為超電容、黃金電容、法拉電容或雙電層電容器(Electrical Double-Layer Capacitor),而蓄電池則可為鉛酸蓄電池、鋰電池、鋰離子電池、燃料電池或空氣電池。與傳統蓄電池相比,超級電容器具有充電速度快的優點,可以在數十秒到數分鐘內快速充電,而傳統蓄電池一般需要數小時;另外超級電容器的充放電壽命很長,可達500000次以上,或90000小時以上,優於蓄電池的充放電壽命(小於1000次)。另外,第一無線通訊裝置100及第二無線通訊裝置110可為無線射頻身分識別系統(Radio Frequency Identification System,RFID)紅外線通訊系統、無線相容認證系統(Wireless Fidelity System,Wi-Fi)、全球互通微波存取系統(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access System,WiMAX)、高速下載封包存取系統(High-Speed Data Packet Access System,HSDPA)、藍芽通訊系統(Bluetooth)、車用無線存取裝置(Wireless Access in the Vehicular Environment Apparatus,WAVE)、專用短距離通訊裝置(Dedicated Short Range Communication Apparatus,DSRC)或近距離無線通訊裝置(Near Field Communication Apparatus,NFC)。
另外,待充電單元10更可包含一控制模組102,第一無線充電模組101係於充滿電之後對控制模組102發出一充滿訊號4,而控制模組102隨即控制第一無線通訊裝置100對第二無線裝置110發出一停止充電訊號5。而處理模組112自第二無線裝置110接收停止充電訊號5後,便隨即控制第二無線充電模組111停止對第一無線充電模組101的無線充電,並藉由根據該認證碼2進行扣款的動作。在本實施例中,待充電單元10的處理模組112可與相關金融機構或預付卡機構進行連接,當進行認證該認證碼2時,即可連線該些
相關金融機構或預付卡機構進行驗證是否該認證碼2所代表的帳號有權限進行充電;而當充電完成時,處理模組112則連線該些相關金融機構或預付卡機構對該認證碼2所代表的帳戶進行相對應扣款的動作。
請同時參閱第2圖,其係為本發明之充電系統之實施例示意圖。如圖所示,充電系統1包含一待充電單元10及一充電單元11,而在本實施例中,待充電單元10係為電動車,而充電單元10則為一充電站。當待充電單元10進入到充電單元11之第二無線裝置110可接收到第一無線通訊裝置100所發出的認證碼請求充電訊號的範圍時(在圖中以虛線示之),處理模組112隨即開始連線相關金融機構或預付卡機構進行身份認證及可用餘額查詢,當確認該認證碼所代表的電動車具有充電的權限時,處理模組112即根據請求充電訊號控制第二無線充電模組111對第一無線充電模組101的快速充電電池1010進行充電。然而,當認證碼未通過驗證時,充電單元11隨即對待充電單元10發出認證未通過訊號6(如第1圖所示)。由於本發明之充電系統1的充電單元11可配置於地面下,其係可直接裝設在現有的停車場或加油站,進而增加充電的便利性;且本發明之充電系統1於充電時不需要人員操作,更可大幅節省人力的成本。
此時,若電動車在快速充電電池1010還未充滿電即離開該第二無線裝置110及第一無線通訊裝置100之通訊範圍時,處理模組112及連線該些相關金融機構或預付卡機構對該認證碼所代表的帳戶進行相對應扣款的動作。而若快速充電電池1010充滿電之後,第一無線充電模組101隨即對控制模組102發出一充滿訊號,而控制模組102隨即控制第一無線通訊裝置100對第二無線裝置110發出一停止充電訊號。如此處理模組112便控制第二無線充電模組111停止對第一無線充電模組101的無線充電,再根據該認證碼2進行扣款的動作。
雖然上述的說明已經完整解說本發明之發明概念及實施方式,然為了更加清楚的說明,接下來便繪示流程圖來進一步闡釋本發明。
請參閱第3圖,其係為本發明之充電方法之流程圖。如圖所示,本發明之充電方法係適用於一充電系統,充電系統包含一待充電單元及一充電單元,待充電單元係為一電動行動設備且包含一第一無線通訊裝置及一第一無線充電模組,充電單元係為一固定式充電設備且包含一第二無線通訊裝置、一第二無線充電模組及一處理模組。本發明之充電方法包含了下列步驟:(S1)以第一無線通訊裝置藉由無線傳輸方式發送一認證碼及一請求充電訊號至第二無線通訊裝置;(S2)以處理模組由第二無線通訊裝置接收認證碼及請求充電訊號,並對認證碼進行驗證;以及(S3)而當認證碼通過驗證後,處理模組即根據請求充電訊號控制第二無線充電模組藉由無線充電的方式對第一無線充電模組進行充電。
而當於步驟(S2)中,認證碼未通過驗證時,即進行步驟(S4)充電單元發出認證未通過訊號至待充電單元。
其中,上述流程的詳細說明係同於前述充電系統的解說,在此便不再贅述。
本發明之充電系統及其充電方法,係能夠提供隨時可以充電的充電預設位置,並且搭配可以快速充電的充電電池,對於用戶來說,電動汽車每次充電的時間及充電後的續航距離便不再是問題。另外,電動車也不再需要配置數個充電電池,或昂貴的高能量密度電池,不但可降低電動車的重量,進一步提高續航力,並且可以大幅降低電動車的成本。
以上所述僅為舉例性,而非為限制性者。任何未脫離本發明之精神與範疇,而對其進行之等效修改或變更,均應包含於後附之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (13)
- 一種充電系統,其包含:一待充電單元,該待充電單元係為一電動行動設備,包含:一第一無線通訊裝置,係以無線傳輸方式發送一認證碼及一請求充電訊號;及一第一無線充電模組,係以無線充電的方式接受充電;以及一充電單元,該充電單元係為一固定式充電設備,包含:一第二無線通訊裝置,係以無線傳輸方式接收該認證碼及該請求充電訊號;一第二無線充電模組,係以無線充電的方式對該第一無線充電模組充電;及一處理模組,係由該第二無線通訊裝置接收該認證碼及該請求充電訊號,並對該認證碼進行驗證,當該認證碼通過驗證後,該處理模組即控制該第二無線充電模組以無線充電的方式對該第一無線充電模組進行充電,其中,該處理模組係與一金融機構或一預付卡機構進行連接,當進行認證該認證碼時,即可連線該金融機構或該預付卡機構進行驗證是否該認證碼所代表的一帳戶有權限進行充電;而當充電完成時,該處理模組則連線該金融機構或該預付卡機構對該認證碼所代表的該帳戶進行相對應扣款的動作。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之充電系統,其中該第一無線充電模組更包含一快速充電電池,該第二無線充電模組係以無線充電的方式對該快速充電電池充電。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之充電系統,其中該第二無線充電模組係以電磁感應、磁共振、微波傳播或其組合等的方式,對該快速充電電池充電。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之充電系統,其中該快速充電電池係包含至少一超級電容及至少一蓄電池,且該至少一超級電容(super-capacitor或ultra-capacitor)係為超電容、黃金電容、法拉電容或雙電層電容器(Electrical Double-Layer Capacitor),且該至少一蓄電池係為鉛酸蓄電池、鋰電池、鋰離子電池、燃料電池或空氣電池。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之充電系統,其中該第一無線通訊裝置及該第二無線通訊裝置係為無線射頻身分識別系統(Radio Frequency Identification System,RFID)、紅外線通訊系統、無線相容認證系統(Wireless Fidelity System,Wi-Fi)、全球互通微波存取系統(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access System,WiMAX)、高速下載封包存取系統(High-Speed Data Packet Access System,HSDPA)、藍芽通訊系統(Bluetooth)、車用無線存取裝置(Wireless Access in the Vehicular Environment Apparatus,WAVE)、專用短距離通訊裝置(Dedicated Short Range Communication Apparatus,DSRC)或近距離無線通訊裝置(Near Field Communication Apparatus,NFC)。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之充電系統,其中該電動行動設備係為電動車、電動公車、電動腳踏車、電動船艇、行動多媒體娛樂裝置或行動電話,且該認證碼係作為該電動行動設備的身分認證。
- 一種充電方法,其係適用於一充電系統,該充電系統包含一待充電單元及一充電單元,該待充電單元係為一電動行動設備且包含一第一無線通訊裝置及一第一無線充電模組,該充電單元係為一固定式充電設備且包 含一第二無線通訊裝置、一第二無線充電模組及一處理模組,該充電方法包含下列步驟:以該第一無線通訊裝置藉由無線傳輸方式發送一認證碼及一請求充電訊號至該第二無線通訊裝置;以該處理模組由該第二無線通訊裝置接收該認證碼及該請求充電訊號,並對該認證碼進行驗證;以及當該認證碼通過驗證後,即以該處理模組根據該請求充電訊號控制該第二無線充電模組藉由無線充電的方式對該第一無線充電模組進行充電;其中,該處理模組係與一金融機構或一預付卡機構進行連接,當進行認證該認證碼時,即可連線該金融機構或該預付卡機構進行驗證是否該認證碼所代表的一帳戶有權限進行充電;而當充電完成時,該處理模組則連線該金融機構或該預付卡機構對該認證碼所代表的該帳戶進行相對應扣款的動作。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之充電方法,其中該第一無線充電模組更包含一快速充電電池,該第二無線充電模組係以無線充電的方式對該快速充電電池充電。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之充電方法,其中該第二無線充電模組係以電磁感應、磁共振、微波傳播或其組合等的方式,對該快速充電電池充電。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之充電方法,其中該快速充電電池係包含至少一超級電容及至少一蓄電池,且該至少一超級電容(super-capacitor或ultra-capacitor)係為超電容、黃金電容、法拉電容或雙電層電容器(Electrical Double-Layer Capacitor),且該至少一蓄電池係為鉛酸蓄電池、鋰電池、鋰離子電池、燃料電池或空氣電池。
