The shank includes a base having a front-end; a damping part having a front-end and a rear-end, wherein the front-end is recessed with a screwing groove, a stud is screwed into the screwing groove to alternately collide the relative wall surfaces of the screwing groove by inertial, and the rear-end of the damping part is combined with the base front-end as an entity; and a cover part, of which one side blocks the opening of the screwing groove to form a confined space, and the other side locks the head to make the head unable to rotate with respect to the shank.
