Description
本發明涉及一種膠體,尤其涉及一種紫外光固化膠及其點膠方法。
點膠係諸多成品或半成品組裝工段裡的最後製程,例如光學鏡頭點膠主要將鏡頭之部件,例如將組裝之最後一片鏡片或間隔環與鏡筒之間點上膠粘劑,接著將膠固化而不會讓內部鏡片產生偏移或掉出,確保光學表現品質。
紫外光固化膠係目前廣泛使用之膠體,然而目前的紫外光固化膠在針頭定位點膠時不小心或沒有控制好出膠量,或是自動點膠機參數異常時,常常會有多餘的膠向各方向溢流,而使得整個產品報廢,無法挽救。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種可以克服上述缺點之紫外光固化膠及使用上述紫外光固化膠之點膠方法。
一種紫外光固化膠,其包括一具有黏性的可用紫外光固化的膠體及分散於該膠體中的奈米磁性粒子,該磁性粒子使該紫外光固化膠具有磁性。
一種使用上述紫外光固化膠之點膠方法,其包括:提供一磁性治具,該磁性治具開設有複數個容置孔;容置待點膠產品於該容置孔中;將該紫外光固化膠點入該待點膠產品中,該磁性治具對該紫外光固化膠產生磁吸力使該紫外光固化膠流向該待點膠產品內壁面;以及用紫外光照射該待點膠產品從而固化該紫外光固化膠於該待點膠產品內壁面。
相對於先前技術,本發明提供之紫外光固化膠具有磁性,其在點膠時配合一磁性治具,該磁性治具對該紫外光固化膠產生磁吸力使該紫外光固化膠流向該待點膠產品內壁面,而不會向其它方向溢出,使得該待點膠產品不會被污染。

下面將結合附圖對本發明作進一步之詳細說明。
請參閱圖1,本發明實施方式提供之紫外光固化膠包括一具有黏性的可用紫外光固化的膠體及分散於該膠體中的奈米磁性粒子。
該膠體為聚合物,其含有一種光敏劑可在紫外光的照射下產生活性自由基或陽離子,引發單體聚合、交聯和接支化學反應,使膠體在數秒鐘內由液態轉化為固態。
該磁性粒子選自磁性金屬或其氧化物。該磁性金屬包括鐵、鈷、
鎳或其合金。該磁性粒子粒徑在1~100奈米之間。該磁性粒子之磁性可使整個紫外光固化膠具有磁性。
上述紫外光固化膠在點膠時可以配合一磁性治具及一點膠針頭。如圖1,紫外光固化膠標記為130,磁性治具標記為110,點膠針頭標記為120,待點膠產品標記為200。本實施方式中,該待點膠產品200為一鏡頭,其包括鏡筒及待點膠固定於該鏡筒內之鏡頭部件。在其他實施方式中,該待點膠產品200可為其他需要用膠固定的成品或半成品,該等成品或半成品具有一待膠結合的內壁面。
該磁性治具110由磁石或其他磁鐵材料製成,其具有陣列排布的複數容置孔112。優選地,該等容置孔112為通孔,以直接蓋於待點膠產品200上便可容置該待點膠產品200於容置孔112中。
該點膠針頭120可為自動點膠機提供之針頭或為人工獨立使用之點膠針頭。該紫外光固化膠130容置於該點膠針頭120內,此時其為液態。在其它實施方式中,該點膠針頭120可為一類似管體的器具代替,僅需其可滴出紫外光固化膠130即可。
上述紫外光固化膠130之點膠方法,其可以按如下步驟進行。
首先,容置待點膠產品200於該磁性治具110的容置孔112中。
其次,將該紫外光固化膠130點入該待點膠產品200中,該磁性治具110對該紫外光固化膠130產生磁吸力使該紫外光固化膠130流向該待點膠產品200內壁面。
最後,用紫外光照射該待點膠產品200從而固化該紫外光固化膠130於該待點膠產品200內壁面。由於磁性治具110與紫外光固化
膠130之間之磁吸力,固化後之紫外光固化膠130基本僅附著於該待點膠產品200內壁面一圈。
本發明提供之紫外光固化膠具有磁性,其在點膠時配合一磁性治具,該磁性治具對該紫外光固化膠產生磁吸力使該紫外光固化膠流向該待點膠產品內壁面,而不會向其它方向溢出,使得點膠產品不會被污染。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (3)
- 一種點膠方法,其包括:提供一磁性治具,該磁性治具開設有複數個容置孔;容置待點膠產品於該容置孔中;提供一紫外光固化膠,該紫外光固化膠包括一具有黏性的可用紫外光固化的膠體及分散於該膠體中的奈米磁性粒子,該磁性粒子使該紫外光固化膠具有磁性;將該紫外光固化膠點入該待點膠產品中,該磁性治具對該紫外光固化膠產生磁吸力使該紫外光固化膠流向該待點膠產品內壁面;以及用紫外光照射該待點膠產品從而固化該紫外光固化膠於該待點膠產品內壁面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之點膠方法,其中該磁性治具由磁石製成,且該容置孔為通孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之點膠方法,其中該紫外光固化膠在點膠時容置於一點膠針頭或一管體中。
