Description
本發明涉及一種鏡頭組裝裝置及其組裝方法。
目前,現有之手機鏡頭之組裝過程是通過人工將鏡片放置在鏡筒內,然後用壓棒將鏡片下壓至定位。在批量生產鏡頭時,每個鏡頭都需要經過單獨通過壓棒壓入之過程,效率很低。而且在壓棒將鏡片壓入之過程中,往往會存在鏡片組裝受力不均及鏡片歪斜,產品良率低之問題。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種能夠提高組裝效率和產品良率之鏡頭組裝裝置及方法。
一種鏡頭組裝裝置,其用於將複數個待組裝之鏡片分別組裝至複數個鏡筒內。其包括一個鏡筒盤、一個定位板及一個壓板。所述鏡筒盤包括一第一表面,所述第一表面開設複數個收容孔,用於放置鏡筒。所述定位板設置於所述鏡筒盤上。所述定位板開設有複數個通孔,用於對所述鏡筒定位。所述壓板設置於所述定位板上。所述壓板包括一靠近所述定位板之第二表面,所述第二表面設置複數個壓柱。所述收容孔、通孔及壓柱之位置相對應。
一種鏡頭組裝方法,其用於將複數個待組裝之鏡片分別組裝至複數個鏡筒內,其包括以下步驟:
提供如上所述之鏡頭組裝裝置;
在所述鏡筒盤之每個收容孔內放入一個鏡筒;
在每個鏡筒內放入一個鏡片;
將所述定位板設置於所述鏡筒盤上,使所述鏡筒分別從所述通孔伸出,進一步對所述鏡筒定位;
將所述壓板設置於所述定位板上,所述第二表面正對所述鏡筒,所述壓板沿著靠近所述定位板之方向運動,以將複數個鏡片分別壓入對應之所述鏡筒中。
相對於先前技術,所述鏡頭組裝裝置通過將鏡筒放置在開設有收容孔之鏡筒盤內,再將鏡片放置在所述鏡筒內,通過定位板固定所述鏡筒之位置,通過壓板上之壓柱一次將複數個鏡片壓入鏡筒內。通過壓板之作用,鏡片受力均勻,避免了靠人工單個組裝鏡片之誤差,且一次可以組裝複數個鏡片,提高了生產效率。
以下將結合附圖對本發明作進一步之詳細說明。
請一併參閱圖1至圖3,為本發明實施方式之鏡頭組裝裝置100,其用於將複數個待組裝之鏡片50分別同時組裝至複數個鏡筒40內。該鏡頭組裝裝置100包括一個鏡筒盤10、一個定位板20及一個壓板30。所述鏡筒盤10、定位板20及壓板30均為方形板。
所述鏡筒盤10包括一第一表面11。所述第一表面11開設複數個收容孔12。每個所述收容孔12均為盲孔。所述收容孔12之直徑大於所述鏡筒40之直徑。每個所述收容孔12用於收容一鏡筒40。
所述定位板20設置於所述鏡筒盤10上。所述定位板20開設有複數個通孔21。所述通孔21之直徑與所述鏡筒40之直徑相等,用於進一步對所述鏡筒40定位。所述定位板20之每個側邊還延伸有一平行於所述通孔21之徑向方向上之導向板22,所述導向板22為方形。
所述壓板30設置於所述定位板20上。所述壓板30包括一靠近所述定位板20之第二表面31。所述第二表面31沿垂直所述第二表面31方向延伸有複數個壓柱32。在本實施方式中,所述壓柱32、收容孔12、通孔21均為100個,以10×10呈正方形分佈。所述壓柱32在垂直於所述第二表面31方向上之長度大於所述第二表面31至所述第一表面11之間之距離,而小於所述第二表面31至所述收容孔12之底部120之間之距離。所述收容孔12、通孔21及壓柱32之位置和數量均相對應。所述第二表面31之四個側邊,垂直第二表面31之方向還設置有導向槽33,所述導向槽33之形狀與所述導向板22之形狀相匹配。所述導向板22收容在所述導向槽33內,且可在所述導向槽33滑動。所述第二表面31之四個側邊,靠近所述導向槽33之位置,設置有刻度34,所述刻度34用於顯示所述導向板22在所述導向槽33內之相對位置,由此,通過將所述導向板22裝至所述導向槽33在刻度34對應之不同位置,所述壓柱32進入所述鏡筒40之深度不同,能夠適應不同鏡片之組裝。
本實施方式中,為了避免壓柱32壓壞鏡片,採用彈性材料製成,如橡膠、塑膠等。
可以理解的是,本實施方式中,所述鏡筒盤10與定位板20也可為一體成型結構。
請一併參閱圖4,組裝及使用時,先將所述鏡筒40裝入所述之鏡筒盤10之收容孔12中,隨後,將所述鏡片50所述鏡筒40中。接著將定位板20放置在所述鏡筒盤10上,使鏡筒40從所述通孔21中伸出,所述通孔21對所述鏡筒40進一步進行定位。最後將所述壓板30放置在所述定位板20上。所述壓板30之第二表面31正對所述定位板20。所述導向板22組入所述導向槽33中,所述壓柱32正對所述鏡筒40。所述壓板30沿著靠近所述定位板20之方向運動,以將複數個鏡片50分別壓入對應之所述鏡筒40中。
請一併參閱圖5,本發明第一實施方式提供之鏡頭組裝方法,其包括如下步驟:
S1:提供如上所述之鏡頭組裝裝置100;
S2:所述鏡筒盤10之每個收容孔12內均放入一個鏡筒40;
S3:每個鏡筒40內放入一個鏡片50;
S4:將所述定位板20設置於所述鏡筒盤10上,使所述鏡筒40分別從所述通孔21伸出;
S5:將所述壓板30設置於所述定位板20上,所述第二表面31正對所述鏡筒40,所述壓板30沿著靠近所述定位板20之方向運動,以將複數個鏡片50分別壓入對應之所述鏡筒40中。
上述發明,所述鏡頭組裝裝置及其組裝方法,通過所述鏡頭組裝裝置,可將鏡筒放置在開設有收容孔之鏡筒盤內,再將鏡片放置在所述鏡筒內,通過定位板固定所述鏡筒之位置,通過壓板上之壓柱一次將複數個鏡片壓入鏡筒內提高了生產效率。通過壓板之作用,鏡片受力均勻,避免了靠人工單個組裝鏡片之誤差。
另外,本領域技術人員還可在本發明精神內做其他變化,當然,這些依據本發明精神所做之變化,都應包括在本發明所要求保護之範圍之內。

Claims (10)
- 一種鏡頭組裝裝置,用於將複數個待組裝之鏡片分別同時組裝至複數個鏡筒內,其改進在於:所述鏡頭組裝裝置包括一個鏡筒盤、一個定位板及一個壓板,所述鏡筒盤包括一第一表面,所述第一表面開設複數個收容孔,用於放置鏡筒,所述定位板設置於所述鏡筒盤上,所述定位板開設有複數個通孔,用於對所述鏡筒定位,所述壓板設置於所述定位板上,所述壓板包括一靠近所述定位板之第二表面,所述第二表面設置複數個壓柱,所述收容孔、通孔及壓柱之位置相對應。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置,其中:鏡筒盤、定位板及壓板均為方形板。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置,其中:所述收容孔為盲孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置,其中:所述收容孔之直徑大於所述鏡筒之直徑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置,其中:所述壓柱沿垂直所述第二表面之長度大於所述第二表面至所述第一表面之距離,而小於所述第二表面至所述收容孔底部之距離。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置,其中:所述定位板之每個側邊還延伸有一平行於所述通孔之徑向方向上之導向板,所述導向板為方形,所述第二表面之每個邊緣,垂直第二表面之方向還設置有導向槽,所述導向槽之形狀與所述導向板之形狀相匹配,所述導向槽用於收容所述導向板。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置,其中:所述第二表面之四個側邊,靠近所述導向槽之位置,設置有刻度,所述刻度用於顯示所述導向板在所述導向槽內之相對位置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置,其中:所述通孔之直徑與所述鏡筒之直徑相等。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置,其中:所述鏡筒盤與定位板一體成型。
- 一種鏡頭組裝方法,其包括以下步驟:
提供如權利要求1-8任一項所述之鏡頭組裝裝置;
所述鏡筒盤之每個收容孔內均放入一個鏡筒;
在每個鏡筒內放入一個鏡片;
將所述定位板設置於所述鏡筒盤上,使所述鏡筒分別從所述通孔伸出;
將所述壓板設置於所述定位板上,所述第二表面正對所述鏡筒,所述壓板沿著靠近所述定位板之方向運動,以將複數個鏡片分別壓入對應之所述鏡筒中。
