Description
本申請案屬於醫療器材
以往曾由申請人取得發明第53684號”診斷及改進血液循環之儀器”,及095113936專利申請案”一種數量化具即時校正功能之生命指標監視儀器”。
一般之脈診必須將感應器,一個小面積之固定形狀,多為圓形之壓力感應器,與動脈對齊,而感應器與血管皆為不足1cm之結構,當對齊後,仍需加壓由正上方與動脈密接後才能正確量得壓力,並進而測得波型,以供分析之用,本案揭示一種即綁即用之脈診裝置,以一小型充滿流体之不定型軟質袋子(如圖1)作為壓力傳送裝置,將動脈中之脈動傳送至傳感器,視使用人之不同身體部分而決定此軟袋之形狀。如選擇使用手腕之動脈為偵測對象,則可視手腕大小等而決定。此軟袋可為長方形,並可由長2cm寬1cm變大或變小。其中之流体,可為氣體,或液體,亦可填充部分為小顆粒之固體,但需任其自由流動。如此則傳感器可以不必直接放置於動脈之上就可以感應動脈中之脈波。因為不定型袋子可為多種形狀,所以可以在各種位置與動脈接觸,因其有長度且為軟質,將可保證與動脈密接,並由上方包覆動脈,以正確傳送動脈壓力至傳感器。
此即綁即用之脈診裝置將感應器之類比信號,經過A/D之轉換器,變成數位信號,再由分析裝置依每次心跳為一週期,分析其心跳速率之諧波,再與依男女,年齡,身體不同部分動脈等分別建立之標準諧波之振幅與相位做比較,以作為循環狀態之分析。
使用時以硬質彈性結構(3)先圈住手腕之動脈(6)之一端,再將軟質彈性帶(2)拉緊以促使充滿流体之不定型軟質袋子(7)與腕間之動脈密接,當軟質彈性帶子(2)由魔鬼粘與硬質彈性結構(3)連結後,動脈(6)中之脈波就可經由充滿流体之軟袋(7)傳送至壓力傳感器(4),而傳感器之電信號可送往信號分析裝置(5)分析,並依男女,年齡等分別與建立之標準諧波比較,以作為循環狀態之分析。
此綁帶內側與皮膚接觸部位,可加裝(1)溫度計,用來偵測體溫變化,(2)導電計用來偵測出汗之狀況,皮膚如果汗多時導電度變大,亦可以(3)光源及偵測器之組合,作為血氧之偵測,並將偵測之各種信號送到信號分析裝置,分析心跳,體溫,出汗,含氧量,等等參數。此組合性生理監視裝置,可由心跳之強弱,規則性,體溫之變化,出汗之狀況,血氧變化等,以作為低血糖症候群,或生命指標之監視系統。此裝置在做為監視低血糖症狀群,或生命之指標時,可僅在沒有移動訊號時,才能啟動。此移動之訊號,可由手部加速度之偵測器為之,人如可移動手掌,表示並未進入立即之危險狀態,但如不動時,則不
知是否為熟睡或昏迷,故必須定時(例如每十分鐘啟動偵測十秒),以策安全。
此移動之雜訊,亦可直接由各偵測器其經由移動而產生之特異性雜訊來作為判斷。
上述各種感應器做為生命指標監視之用時,可於開始使用時之各項參數作為標準值,以後於每次測量並經判定為無生命危險之後,將此時之參數作為新的標準值,以提高此系統之個體化之特色,以及即時校正之功能。
各次偵測所得之參數,不論為有生命危險,或無生命危險,皆儲存於記憶體中,用以分析其個人化特徵,以提高以後監視之精準度,此系統如發現有生命危險時,立即與警報系統連結,向別人求救。此求救系統,可由有線,或無線系統通報,並發佈警訊。

Claims (10)
- 一種即綁即用之生理偵測裝置,包含一軟袋內充流體,以小口徑導管連結壓力傳感器將動脈中之脈動傳送至壓力傳感器,此軟袋以環形之可伸縮帶將之固定於待測部位,壓力傳感器將所測得之脈波信號透過A/D轉換器轉換為數位信號,送往信號分析裝置以每次心跳為一週期,分析其心跳速率之諧波,以分析血液循環之健康狀況。
- 如第1項所述之裝置,其中環形之可伸縮帶,部分為適形之硬質彈性結構。
- 如第1項所述之裝置,其中之軟袋之長度約為2公分,寬約為1公分。
- 如第1項所述之裝置,其中信號分析裝置有內建標準值,以與測得之個人信號比較。
- 如第1項所述之裝置,其中之環形可伸縮帶之內側與皮膚接觸面,生理偵測裝置可加裝其他生理信號偵測器,此偵測器之信號送往信號分析裝置分析。
- 如第1項至第5項中任一項所述之生理偵測裝置,係用來監視低血糖之症狀。
- 如第1項至第5項中任一項所述之生理偵測裝置,係用來監視生命之指標,並於發現危險時發出求救信號。
- 如第5項所述之生理信號偵測裝置,於使用人開始使用時之各項參數,作為個人化之標準值。
- 如第8項所述之生理信號偵測裝置,於每次偵測並判定為無生命危險後,將此時參數作為新的標準值。
- 如第5項所述之生理信號偵測裝置,加裝使用者手部移動偵測裝置,並於沒有移動雜訊時啟動。
