Description
本發明係關於甑膜用丙烯系樹脂組成物。詳言之,係關於密封性、耐橘皮(orange peel)性、潤濕性優異、魚眼之發生或萃取成分量少,適於甑膜用密封劑原料之丙烯系樹脂組成物。
便宜且剛性、耐濕性及耐熱性優異之聚丙烯已廣泛使用於各種產業領域中。尤其丙烯系樹脂組成物由於外觀、機械性質、包裝適性等優異,故已用於製造成形品,尤其是食品包裝或纖維包裝等包裝用途中之薄片狀成形品。
專利文獻1中揭示使用齊格勒-納塔(Ziegler-Natta)型觸媒聚合之乙烯-丙烯共聚物,亦揭示將其熔融擠出並製膜而成之薄膜。
專利文獻2中揭示含有聚丙烯與丙烯與乙烯及/或碳數4~12之α-烯烴之共聚物彈性體之組成物,且描述使用其之薄膜在低溫下之耐衝擊性與剛性之均衡良好、透明性優異、熱封強度亦優異。
專利文獻3中揭示具有丙烯與乙烯及/或碳數4~12之
α-烯烴共聚物嵌段且具有利用廣角X射線繞射法之b軸配向之丙烯樹脂成形物。
上述引用之文獻中,使共聚物聚合時,係使用含有鄰苯二甲酸二異丁酯作為內部電子給予體化合物之齊格勒-納塔型固體觸媒系(鄰苯二甲酸酯系觸媒)。使用鄰苯二甲酸酯系觸媒聚合之共聚物會有分子量分佈稍狹窄,且共聚物中之橡膠成分之分散性差之問題。因此,上述引用文獻之共聚物均無法完全解決魚眼發生之問題。
專利文獻4中揭示使用環狀酯化合物作為內部電子給予體化合物之烯烴聚合用固體狀鈦觸媒成分。
專利文獻5中揭示使用具有酯構造或二酯構造之化合物作為內部電子給予體化合物之烯烴聚合用固體狀鈦觸媒成分。
專利文獻6中揭示使用具有選自15族之雜原子之二酯化合物作為內部電子給予體化合物之α-烯烴聚合用觸媒成分。
專利文獻7中揭示使用具有選自16族之雜原子之二酯化合物作為內部電子給予體化合物之α-烯烴聚合用觸媒成分。
專利文獻8中揭示使用琥珀酸酯(succinate)作為內部電子給予體化合物之烯烴聚合用之成分。
上述引用文獻中雖揭示含各種琥珀酸系化合物(具有琥珀酸酯構造之化合物)之固體觸媒系,但並未提及有關使用其製造具有適於甑用之密封膜之特定性質之聚合物組
成物。

本發明係提供一種丙烯樹脂組成物,其含有在琥珀酸酯系之電子給予體化合物、含Mg、Ti及鹵素之固體觸媒成分、烷基鋁共觸媒、及含矽化合物之觸媒系存在下聚合而得之聚丙烯,且具有特定之熔融流動值及乙烯含量、及優異之密封成形性及2次加工性。使用特定觸媒所製造之丙烯樹脂組成物適於製造包裝用途,尤其是甑製品中之較佳密封膜。
本發明之樣態如下:
1.一種丙烯樹脂組成物,其係使用包含下述(A)~(C)之觸媒,使丙烯與乙烯聚合而得之於丙烯均聚物中
分散有丙烯-乙烯共聚物之形態之丙烯樹脂組成物:(A)含有由鎂、鈦、鹵素及琥珀酸酯系化合物選出之電子給予體化合物作為必要成分之固體觸媒;(B)有機鋁化合物;及(C)由矽化合物選出之外部電子給予體化合物,且滿足以下之值:該丙烯樹脂組成物中之乙烯-丙烯共聚物之量為25~35重量%;該共聚物中之丙烯含量為60重量%以上;該丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯可溶分之極限黏度[η]為1.8~3.2dl/g;該丙烯樹脂組成物之熔融流動速率為2.0~5.0g/10分鐘。
2.一種甑(retort)用密封膜,其係由如上述1所記載之丙烯樹脂組成物所製造。
以下詳細說明本發明。
首先,說明本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物。本發明係關於一種丙烯樹脂組成物,其係使用包含下述(A)~(C)之觸媒,使丙烯與乙烯聚合而得之於丙烯均聚物中分散有丙烯-乙烯共聚物之形態之丙烯樹脂組成物:(A)含有由鎂、鈦、鹵素及琥珀酸酯系化合物選出之電子給予體化合物作為必要成分之固體觸媒;
(B)有機鋁化合物;及(C)由矽化合物選出之外部電子給予體化合物,且滿足以下之值:該丙烯樹脂組成物中之乙烯-丙烯共聚物之量為25~35重量%;該共聚物中之丙烯含量為60重量%以上;該丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯可溶分之極限黏度[η]為1.8~3.2dl/g;該丙烯樹脂組成物之熔融流動速率為2.0~5.0g/10分鐘。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之製造中所用之觸媒包含(A)含有由鎂、鈦、鹵素及琥珀酸酯系化合物選出之電子給予體化合物作為必要成分之固體觸媒;(B)有機鋁化合物;及(C)由矽化合物選出之外部電子給予體化合物。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之製造中所用之(A)成分的固體觸媒成分含有由鎂、鈦、鹵素及電子給予體化合物作為必要成分。關於該固體觸媒成分在許多先前技術文獻中已提示其製造方法。具體而言,該固體觸媒成分係藉由使鎂化合物與鈦化合物以及電子給予體化合物相互接觸而獲得。例如,可藉以下(1)~(7)之各種方法,獲得本發明所用之(A)成分的固體觸媒成分:(1)在電子給予體化合物、粉碎助劑等之存在下或不存在下,使鎂化合物或鎂化合物與電子給予體化合物之錯化合物予以粉碎、或
未經粉碎,以如電子給予體化合物及/或有機鋁化合物或含鹵素之矽化合物之反應助劑進行預處理,或未經預處理所得之固體,與在反應條件下為液相之鈦化合物反應之方法;(2)在電子給予體化合物之存在下或不存在下,使鎂化合物之液狀物與液狀之鈦化合物反應,而析出固體狀之鈦複合體之方法;(3)使固體狀之鎂化合物與液狀之鈦化合物及電子給予體化合物反應之方法;(4)使上述(2)或(3)所得者再與鈦化合物反應之方法;(5)使上述(1)或(2)或(3)所得者再與電子給予體化合物及鈦化合物反應之方法;(6)在電子給予體化合物、粉碎助劑等之存在下或不存在下,及在鈦化合物之存在下,將鎂化合物或鎂化合物與電子給予體化合物之錯化合物粉碎,且以如電子給予體化合物及/或有機鋁化合物或含鹵素之矽化合物之反應助劑進行預處理,或未經預處理而得之固體,以鹵素或鹵素化合物或芳香族烴進行處理之方法;及(7)以鹵素或鹵素化合物或芳香族烴處理前述(1)~(5)所得之化合物之方法等。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之製造中使用之固體觸媒成分(A)之調製中所用之鈦化合物較好為以下述通式表示之4價鈦化合物:Ti(OR)gX4-g
(R為烴基,X為鹵素,0≦g≦4)。更具體列舉為TiCl4、TiBr4、TiI4等四鹵化鈦;Ti(OCH3)Cl3、Ti(OC2H5)Cl3、Ti(On-C4H9)Cl3、Ti(OC2H5)Br3、
Ti(O-異C4H9)Br3等三鹵化烷氧基鈦;Ti(OCH3)2Cl2、Ti(OC2H5)2Cl2、Ti(On-C4H9)2Cl2、Ti(OC2H5)2Br2等之二鹵化烷氧基鈦;Ti(OCH3)3Cl、Ti(OC2H5)3Cl、Ti(On-C4H9)3Cl、Ti(OC2H5)3Br等之單鹵化烷氧基鈦;Ti(OCH3)4、Ti(OC2H5)4、Ti(On-C4H9)4等之四烷氧基鈦等,該等中較佳者為含鹵素之鈦化合物,尤其為四鹵化鈦,更好者為四氯化鈦。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之製造中使用之固體觸媒成分(A)之調製所用之鎂化合物列舉為具有鎂.碳鍵或鎂.氫鍵之鎂化合物,例如二甲基鎂、二乙基鎂、二丙基鎂、二丁基鎂、二戊基鎂、二己基鎂、二癸基鎂、乙基氯化鎂、丙基氯化鎂、丁基氯化鎂、己基氯化鎂、戊基氯化鎂、丁基乙氧基鎂、乙基丁基鎂、氫氧化丁基鎂等。該等鎂化合物亦可以例如與有機鋁等之錯化合物之形式使用,且,可為液狀狀態,亦可為固體狀態。進而較佳之鎂化合物可列舉為如氯化鎂、溴化鎂、碘化鎂、氟化鎂之鹵化鎂;如甲氧基氯化鎂、乙氧基氯化鎂、異丙氧基氯化鎂、丁氧基氯化鎂、辛氧基氯化鎂之烷氧基鹵化鎂;如苯氧基氯化鎂、甲基苯氧基氯化鎂之芳氧基鎂鹵化物;如乙氧基鎂、異丙氧基鎂、丁氧基鎂、正辛氧基鎂、2-乙基己氧基鎂之烷氧基鎂;如苯氧基鎂;二甲基苯氧基鎂之芳氧基鎂;如月桂酸鎂、硬脂酸鎂之鎂之羧酸鹽等。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之製造中使用之固體觸媒成分(A)之調製所用之電子給予體化合物一般稱為「內部
電子給予體」。此種電子給予體化合物已知有如醇、酚類、酮、醛、羧酸、有機酸或無機酸之酯、醚、酸醯胺、酸酐之含氧電子給予體,氨、胺、腈、異氰酸酯之含氮電子給予體等,但本發明中使用琥珀酸酯系之電子給予體化合物。
較佳之琥珀酸酸酯系化合物係選自具有下式I之琥珀酸酯(succinate)構造之化合物:
(式中,基R1及R2係彼此相同或不同,為視情況含鹵原子之C1~C20之線狀或分支狀之烷基、烯基、環烷基、芳基、芳烷基、或烷芳基;基R3~R6係彼此相同或不同,為氫、或為視情況含鹵原子之C1~C20之線狀或分支狀之烷基、烯基、環烷基、芳基、芳烷基、或烷芳基,鍵結於相同碳原子或不同碳原子之基R3~R6亦可一起鍵結形成環)。
R1及R2較好為C1~C8之烷基、環烷基、芳基、芳烷基、及烷芳基。最好為R1及R2係一級烷基,尤其係選自分支一級烷基之化合物。較佳之R1及R2基之例為甲基、乙基、正丙基、正丁基、異丁基、新戊基、2-乙基己基。最好為乙基、異丁基及新戊基。

其他環狀琥珀酸酯系化合物之例亦較好為專利文獻5中揭示之化合物。
式I之化合物中,基R3~R6含有雜原子時,雜原子較好為含有氮及磷原子之第15族原子或含有氧及硫原子之第16族原子。基R3~R6含有第15族原子之化合物列舉為專利文獻6中揭示之化合物。另一方面,基R3~R6含有第16族原子之化合物列舉為專利文獻7揭示之化合物。
構成本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之製造中使用之固體觸媒成分之鹵原子可列舉為氟、氯、溴、碘或該等之混合物,更好為氯。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之製造中使用之(B)成分的有機鋁化合物可選自例如三乙基鋁、三丁基鋁等之三烷基鋁,如三異戊二烯鋁之三烯基鋁、乙氧化二乙基鋁、丁氧化二丁基鋁等之烷氧化二烷基鋁,倍半乙氧化乙基鋁、

本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物中之乙烯-丙烯共聚物之量[BIPO]為25~35重量%。而且該共聚物中之丙烯含量以共聚物之重量為基準為60重量%以上。共聚物中之丙烯含
量小於60重量%時,形成之密封膜中產生之魚眼增加,且衝擊強度亦下降。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之在230℃之熔融流動速率[MFR]為2.0~5.0g/10分鐘,較好為2.0~4.5g/10分鐘,更好為2.0~4.0g/10分鐘。熔融流動速率未達2.0,形成密封膜時,T模嘴成形機中之樹脂壓力會上升,而有使所形成之膜表面之平滑度降低等之對生產性及薄膜品質造成不良影響之可能性。熔融流動速率超過5.0時,所形成之薄膜的強度,尤其是衝擊強度之降低變得顯著。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯不溶成分之分子量分佈[Mw/Mn]為6.5~10,較好為7~9之寬廣者。丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯不溶成分之分子量分佈較廣預測不僅是聚丙烯均聚物部分,而且共聚物部分之分子量分佈亦變廣,認為提高了聚丙烯均聚物與共聚物之分散性。分子量分佈未達6.5時,丙烯均聚物部分與共聚物部分之分散性降低,故形成密封膜時之魚眼發生數增加,由於熔融黏度增加,故形成薄膜時之以成形機之擠出中,變得容易在圓筒中之引起剪斷發熱。因此,有成形加工時之樹脂劣化、或成形不安定之顧慮。分子量分佈超過10時,低分子量增加,成為包裝用途之製品時會有樹脂朝內容物之萃取量增加之可能性,故衛生上成問題。本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物由於具有廣的分子量分佈,故以相同之熔融流動速度[MFR]、丙烯樹脂組成物中之丙烯-乙烯共聚物之量[BIPO]、丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯可溶分之極限黏度
[XSIV]比較時,加工成密封膜時源自共聚物成分所發生之魚眼變少。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物由於提高了丙烯均聚物部分與共聚物部分之分散性,故將其加工成密封膜時可降低魚眼發生數,因而可提高共聚物部分之極限黏度(亦即二甲苯可溶分之極限黏度[XSIV])。丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯可溶分之極限黏度,與使用該丙烯樹脂組成物之薄膜的熱密封強度之間已知有密切關聯性,XSIV之值愈大則薄膜之熱密封強度愈提高。本發明中之XSIV之值為1.8~3.2dL/g,較好為1.9~3.0dL/g。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之分子量分佈廣泛意味著丙烯均聚物部分及共聚物部分中分子量大之聚合物分子均相對較多。對使用本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物所製作之膜施以電暈放電處理時,依據本發明人等之實驗確認前述共聚物部分之極限黏度高的丙烯樹脂組成物其薄膜之潤濕張力亦變大。由於若可提高薄膜之潤濕張力則進行乾式層合時之層合強度亦提高,故薄膜之密封強度安定,且亦可防止薄膜之橘皮。亦即使用分子量分佈廣,且前述共聚物部分之極限黏度高的本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物時,可獲得高附加價值之甑用密封膜。
此外,本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物亦可添加油展及其他烯烴系聚合物中常用之慣用添加劑(造核劑、抗氧化劑、鹽酸吸收劑、耐熱安定劑、光安定劑、紫外線吸收劑、內部滑劑、外部滑劑、耐電防止劑、難燃劑、分散劑、銅害
防止劑、中和劑、可塑劑、發泡劑、氣泡防止劑、交聯劑、過氧化物)及顏料(有機或無機)。
依據本發明,可獲得具有高成形加工性之可安定加工成薄膜之丙烯樹脂組成物,且可獲得由該丙烯樹脂組成物成形而成之密封強度高的甑用密封膜。
接著,具體說明本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物之製造方法。
成為本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物的原料之聚丙烯聚合物可藉既有之漿液製程(液體單體中之聚合)或氣相聚合等獲得。且,較好使用具備在各後續之正要聚合前之聚合反應中形成之聚合性物質存在下進行至少2次逐次聚合階段之逐次聚合方法。乙烯-丙烯共聚物係在前階段中形成之丙烯均聚物之存在下,將丙烯單體、乙烯單體、氫、視需要之觸媒供給於聚合器中,使丙烯單體與乙烯單體共聚合而得。
另外,獲得聚丙烯聚合物之方法列舉為使用具有單體濃度或聚合條件梯度之聚合器進行之方法。該種聚合器可使用例如連接至少2個聚合區域者,且可藉氣相聚合使單體聚合。具體而言,係在觸媒存在下,對由上昇管所構成之聚合區域中供給單體並聚合,且將單體供給至連接於上
昇管之下降管中並聚合,邊在上昇管與下降管中循環,邊回收聚合物產物。該方法具備有全面或部分防止上昇管中存在之氣體混合物進入到下降管中之機構。此外,將具有與上昇管中存在之氣體混合物不同之組成的氣體及/或液體混合物導入到下降管中。
上述聚合方法可使用例如特表2002-520426號公報中記載之方法。
聚合階段係在立體特異之齊格勒-納塔(Ziegler-Natta)型觸媒存在下進行。依據較佳之實施形態,全部聚合階段均在包含(A)含有由鎂、鈦、鹵素及琥珀酸酯系化合物選出之電子給予體化合物作為必要成分之固體觸媒;(B)有機鋁化合物;及(C)含有由矽化合物選出之外部電子給予體化合物之觸媒成分存在下進行。具有上述特徵之觸媒可由專利文獻而周知。聚合階段可在液相中、氣相中或液-氣相中發生。聚丙烯聚合物之調製用之聚合階段中之反應溫度可相同亦可不同,較好為40~100℃;更好為50~80℃之範圍,又更好為70~80℃之範圍。用於調製聚丙烯聚合物之聚合階段之壓力於以液體單體進行時,係與所用之運轉溫度中之液體丙烯之蒸氣壓競合之壓力,亦可藉由用於供給觸媒混合物所用之少量惰性稀釋劑之蒸氣壓、藉由任意單體之過壓及藉由作為分子量調節劑使用之氫而調節。
聚合壓力在液相中進行時較好為33~43巴之範圍,在氣相中進行時為5~30巴之範圍。亦可使用鏈轉移劑(例
如,氫或ZnEt2)等之該領域習知慣用之分子量調節劑。
以下揭示實施例針對本發明進一步加以說明。又,實施例中之各分析係藉以下方法進行。
依據JIS K 7210,在溫度230℃、荷重21.18N之條件下測定。
針對溶解於1,2,4-三氯苯/氘化苯之混合溶劑中之試料,使用日本電子公司製之JNM LA-400(13C共振頻率100MHz),以13C-NMR法進行測定。
將丙烯樹脂組成物2.5g饋入加入有250mL鄰-二甲苯(溶劑)之燒瓶中,使用加熱板及回流裝置,在135℃邊進行氮氣吹拂邊攪拌30分鐘,使樹脂組成物完全溶解後,在25℃進行冷卻1小時。使用濾紙過濾所得溶液。將丙酮添加於此時殘留於濾紙上之殘留物(二甲苯不溶成分與溶劑之混合物)中予以過濾後,以設定在80℃之真空乾燥烘箱使經過濾之成分蒸發乾燥,獲得二甲苯不溶分。
取樣100mL之獲得上述二甲苯不溶分時之過濾後之濾液,移至鋁杯中,邊進行氮氣吹拂,邊在140℃進行蒸發乾燥,在室溫靜置30分鐘,獲得二甲苯可溶分。
以上述二甲苯可溶分作為試料,使用Ubbelohde型黏度計在135℃四氫萘中進行極限黏度之測定。
以上述二甲苯不溶分作為試料,如下述進行分子量分佈(Mw/Mn)之測定。
使用Polymer Laboratory公司製之PL GPC220作為裝置,以含抗氧化劑之1,2,4-三氯苯作為移動相,使用將昭和電工公司製造之UT-G(1根)、UT-807(1根)、UT-806M(2根)串聯連接而成者作為管柱,使用示差折射率計作為檢測器。且,二甲苯不溶分之試料溶液之溶劑係使用與移動相相同者,以1mg/mL之試料濃度,邊在150℃之溫度振動邊溶解2小時而調製測定試料。將藉此所得之試料溶液500μL注入管柱中,以流速1.0mL/分鐘、溫度145℃、擷取數據之間隔為1秒進行測定。管柱之校正係使用分子量580~745萬之聚苯乙烯標準試料(Shodex STANDARD,昭和電工股份有限公司製),以三次式近似進行。Mark-Houkins之係數與聚苯乙烯標準試料有關時,
係使用K=1.21×10-4,α=0.707,與聚丙烯系聚合有關時係使用K=1.37×10-4,α=0.75。
T模嘴成形法:吉井鐵工廠製之 25mm T模嘴成形機,以圓筒溫度230℃,模嘴250℃,成形速度5.6m/分鐘,冷卻滾筒溫度30℃調整成膜厚60微米進行薄膜成形。
吹塑成形法:以PLACO 55mm吹塑成形機,以圓筒溫度230℃,模嘴溫度250℃,吹塑比2.2、薄膜寬度350mm、成形速度30m/分鐘,調整成膜厚60微米,進行薄膜成形。
評價係藉以下基準以目視判定:
○:可沒問題地成形
△:見到膜、氣泡搖動、寬度變動、擠出不均
×:無法成形
以TESTER產業製之熱密封機,使襯裡材(由60微米厚之聚丙烯澆鑄膜、8微米厚之接著劑層、12微米厚之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯膜所成之總厚度80微米之乾層合膜)與薄膜試料一起以0.2MPa熱熔融1秒,快速的放入冰水中冷卻,獲得熱密封試料。密封強度之測定係依據塑膠-拉伸特性之試驗方法-JIS K 7127第3部:薄膜及薄片
之試驗條件進行試驗。
耐衝擊性之測定係藉以下方法進行:使用東洋機機製之附恆溫槽之薄膜衝擊試驗機,將恆溫槽內部設定成-5℃。以恆溫槽中之氣壓式夾具夾住試料,以振動子施加n=10以上之撞擊,以數位裝置讀取能量衰減,以其平均值作為衝擊強度。
使用春日電機製之電暈處理機對薄膜試料施以電暈放電處理,將試料初期之潤濕張力調整成50mN/m。將其放入40℃之烘箱中24小時,取出後於常溫下放置,3天後進行濕潤張力測定。又,潤濕張力之測定係根據JIS K6768之方法。
使用有刻度之放大鏡,以目視計算在30cm見方之薄膜試料中之0.1m2面積中發生之0.1mm以下之魚眼個數。
使用日阪製作所製造之甑試驗機,在熱水溫度121℃加熱殺菌處理薄膜試料30分鐘。
(1)固體觸媒成分之調製
根據特開2011-500907號之實施例中所記載之調製法,調製固體觸媒成分。具體如下。
在0℃下將250mL之TiCl4導入於已以氮氣進行吹拂之500mL之4頸圓底燒瓶中。邊攪拌邊添加10.0g之微細球狀MgCl2.1.8C2H5OH(根據USP-4,399,054之實施例2中所記載之方法,但以3000rpm運轉代替10000rpm而製造)、以及9.1毫莫耳之2,3-(二異丙基)琥珀酸二乙酯。使溫度上升至100℃,保持120分鐘。接著,停止攪拌,使固體產物沉降,且吸出上澄液。接著,重複以下操作2次:添加250mL新的TiCl4,使混合物在120℃反應60分鐘,吸出上澄液。在60℃下以無水己烷(6×100mL)洗淨固體6次。
(2)聚合及組成物之製造
藉以下方法製造本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物:將上述固體觸媒、與三乙基鋁(TEAL)及二環戊基二甲氧基矽烷(DCPMS)以使TEAL相對於固體觸媒之質量比成為18,TEAL/DCPMS之質量比成為10之量,在室溫下接觸5分鐘。使所得觸媒系在液體丙烯中以懸浮狀態在20℃保持5分鐘而進行預聚合。
將所得預聚物導入第一段之聚合反應器中,獲得丙烯均聚物後,將所得聚合物導入第2段之聚合反應器中使共聚物(丙烯-乙烯共聚物)聚合。此時,以使第2段之聚
合反應器中之乙烯濃度及第1段中及第2段之氫濃度(以調整XSIV、MFR為目的所使用)成為表1所示之值,並且藉由調整聚合溫度、聚合壓力,而獲得聚丙烯聚合物。於所得聚丙烯聚合物中調配0.2重量%之BASF公司製之B255作為抗氧化劑、0.05重量%之淡南化學公司製之硬脂酸鈣作為中和劑,以亨歇爾混練機攪拌1分鐘,混合後,以NAKATANI NVC 50mm單軸擠出機,以圓筒溫度230℃進行擠出,使擠出條在水中冷卻後,以造粒機切斷,獲得顆粒狀之丙烯樹脂組成物。
藉由改變第2段之聚合反應器中之氫濃度,調整丙烯樹脂組成物之XSIV與MFR(聚合例2)。又,決定第2段之氫濃度時,考慮聚合反應器之乙烯濃度。
藉由改變第1段之聚合反應器中之氫濃度,調整丙烯樹脂組成物之MFR,製造未落入本發明範圍之丙烯樹脂組成物。
製造未落入本發明範圍之丙烯樹脂組成物。比較聚合例2係使用二醚系之固體觸媒作為聚合觸媒,以表1所示之第1段之氫濃度、第2段之乙烯濃度,與聚合例1同樣
進行聚合。比較聚合例2中使用之固體觸媒係依據歐洲專利申請公開公報第728769號之實施例1所記載之方法獲得者。具體係如下述般製造。
在0℃下於具備過濾柵之500mL圓筒型玻璃製反應器中加入TiCl4 225mL、且邊攪拌邊於15分鐘內加入如下述所得之微小長球形MgCl2.2.1C2H5OH 10.1g(54mmol)。加入後,使溫度上升至70℃,加入9,9-雙(甲氧基甲基)茀9mmol。使溫度增加至100℃,2小時後,藉過濾去除TiCl4。添加TiCl4 200mL及9,9-雙(甲氧基甲基)茀9mmol,於120℃歷時1小時後,再度過濾內容物,再添加200mL之TiCl4,且再於120℃繼續進行處理1小時,最後,過濾內容物,以60℃之正庚烷洗淨直到氯離子自濾液中完全消失為止。如此獲得之觸媒成分含Ti=3.5重量%,9,9-雙(甲氧機甲基)茀=16.2重量%。另一方面,如下述般製造微小長球形MgCl2.2.1C2H5OH。
在具備渦輪攪拌機及抽氣管之2升高壓釜中,於惰性氣體中,常溫下加入無水MgCl2 48g、無水C2H5OH 77g、及燈油830mL。邊攪拌邊將內容物加熱至120℃,藉此產生MgCl2與醇之間之加成物,但該加成物熔解且與分散劑混合。高壓釜內之氮氣壓維持在15大氣壓。以加熱套筒自外部將高壓釜之抽氣管加熱至120℃。抽氣管之內徑為1mm,加熱套筒之自一端至另一端之長度為3米。以7m/秒之速度使混合物流過該管。在管之出口,邊攪拌邊將分散液採取至含燈油2.5升、以自套筒外部將初期溫度維持
在-40℃之5升燒瓶中。分散液之最終溫度為0℃。使構成乳液之分散相之球狀固體產物沉降,經過濾且分離,以庚烷洗淨並乾燥。該等操作均在惰性氣體氛圍中進行。獲得130g之最大直徑為50微米以下之固體球狀粒子形之MgCl2.3C2H5OH。在氮氣流中,使溫度自50℃緩慢增加至100℃,自如此獲得之產物去除醇直至每1莫耳MgCl2之醇含量減少至2.1莫耳為止。
比較聚合例3中,除了變更第2段之聚合反應器中之氫濃度,且改變丙烯樹脂組成物之XSIV之值以外,餘與比較聚合例2同樣進行。
以T模嘴法使聚合例1及2以及比較聚合例1~3所得之丙烯樹脂組成物成形,製備厚60微米之密封膜。
由各聚合例及比較聚合例所得之丙烯樹脂組成物之特性(熔融流動速度[MFR]、丙烯樹脂組成物中之共聚物之量[BIPO]、共聚物中之丙烯含量[PC]、丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯可溶分之極限黏度[XSIV]、二甲苯不溶分之分子量分佈[Mw/Mn]、以及成形安定性)及所得薄膜之特定(密封強度、耐衝擊性、潤濕張力及魚眼發生數)作為實施例1及2以及比較例1~3彙整示於下表1。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物,相較於比較例之丙烯樹脂組成物,其成形安定性良好。比較例2及3之丙烯樹脂組成物擠出成形時,見到寬度方向之尺寸變動。耐衝擊性以
及潤濕張力於本發明之實施例及比較例之密封膜雖未見到太大差異,但MFR值較大之比較例1之耐衝擊性稍差。使用本發明之實施例之丙烯樹脂組成物之密封膜之魚眼發生數均較除比較例1以外之比較例明顯較少。
以吹塑法使聚合例1及2以及比較聚合例1~3所得之丙烯樹脂組成物成形,製備厚60微米之密封膜。
由各聚合例及比較聚合例所得之丙烯樹脂組成物之特性與所得薄膜之特性,作為實施例3及4以及比較例4~6彙整示於下表2。
本發明之丙烯樹脂組成物,相較於比較例之丙烯樹脂組成物,具有高的成形安定性。使比較聚合例2及3之丙烯樹脂組成物成形時見到少許氣泡動搖。又,使比較聚合例1之丙烯樹脂組成物成形時之氣泡動搖大,無法獲得薄
膜試料。關於耐衝擊性及潤濕性均觀察到與T模嘴法所見相同之傾向。使用本發明之實施例之丙烯樹脂組成物之密封膜之魚眼發生數均比比較例顯著較少。
使用比較聚合例2及3中使用之固體觸媒,藉由改變第1階段之聚合反應器中之氫濃度,製造丙烯樹脂組成物之MFR未落入本發明範圍內之丙烯樹脂組成物。使用該等丙烯樹脂組成物,利用T模嘴法及吹塑法製備厚60微米之密封膜。
製作未落入本發明範圍內之丙烯樹脂組成物。比較聚合例6係使用鄰苯二甲酸酯系之固體觸媒作為聚合觸媒進行聚合。比較聚合例6中使用之固體觸媒係依據歐洲專利第674991號公報所記載之方法調製。具體係如下述般製造:在惰性氣體及室溫下,將無水氯化鎂48g、無水乙醇77g及燈油830mL導入於具備渦輪攪拌機及抽氣管之2升高壓釜中。在攪拌下將高壓釜之內容物加熱至120℃,如此生成MgCl2與醇之間之加成物,該加成物呈熔融且分散於燈油中之狀態。高壓釜內維持15大氣壓之氮氣壓力。藉由加熱套筒於外部加熱高壓釜抽氣管至120℃,加熱套筒具有內徑1mm且加熱套筒之自一端至另一端為3m。接
著,使分散液以約7m/秒之速度流到管中。於管之出口,在攪拌下將分散液收集在5升燒瓶中(前述燒瓶中含燈油2.5升,且以套筒自外部冷卻維持在-40℃之初溫)。分散液之最終溫度為0℃。使構成分散液之分散相的球狀固體產物沉降,接著,進行過濾、且以一部份己烷洗淨固體,接著,藉乾燥進行分離。該等全部步驟均在氮氣氛圍中進行。獲得最大直徑未達50μm之固形球狀粒子形之MgCl2.3C2H5OH加成物130g。在真空下乾燥固體加成物2小時,乾燥完成後為105g。在氮氣流中將固體產物加熱至約60℃之溫度,自加成物部分地去除醇,藉此獲得MgCl2.2.1C2H5OH。接著,使用該加成物,調製如下之固體觸媒成分。在攪拌下,於0℃及無水氮氣氛圍中,於具備冷卻器、機械攪拌機及溫度計之1升玻璃燒瓶中導入TiCl4 625mL,接著導入MgCl2.2.1C2H5OH加成物25g。
以1小時使燒瓶內容物升溫至100℃,溫度到達40℃時,將鄰苯二甲酸二異丁酯9毫莫耳導入於燒瓶中。使溫度在100℃維持2小時後,使內容物沉降,接著,將液體移到虹吸管(siphon)中。添加TiCl4 550mL,於120℃加熱1小時。接著,使內容物沉降,將液體移到虹吸管中。接著,以60℃之無水己烷200cc洗淨固體殘留物6次,在室溫洗淨3次,獲得固體觸媒成分。
使上述固體觸媒、與TEAL及DCPMS以TEAL相對於固體觸媒之質量比成為18,TEAL/DCPMS之質量比成為10之量,在室溫接觸5分鐘。使所得觸媒系在液體丙
烯中,以懸浮狀態在20℃保持5分鐘藉此進行預聚合。將所得預聚物導入聚合反應器中,與實施例1同樣,使聚丙烯聚合物聚合。與實施例1同樣自所得聚合物獲得聚丙烯樹脂組成物。
比較聚合例7中,除了變更第一段及第2段之聚合反應器中之氫濃度,且改變丙烯樹脂組成物之XSIV與MFR之值以外,餘與比較聚合例6同樣進行。
由各比較聚合例所得之丙烯樹脂組成物之特性與所得薄膜之特性作為比較例7~11彙整示於下表3。
比較聚合例4之丙烯樹脂組成物以T模嘴雖可沒問題地進行,但所得薄膜(比較例7)之耐衝擊性低,魚眼發生數亦較多。
比較聚合例4之丙烯樹脂組成物之氣泡動搖大,無法
吹塑成形(比較例8)。
比較聚合例5之丙烯樹脂組成物擠出時之馬達負荷大,見到擠出相之變動。所得薄膜(比較例9)之密封強度以及潤濕強度均低者。
比較聚合例6之丙烯樹脂組成物雖可沒問題地進行T模嘴成形,但所得薄膜(比較例10)之密封強度及潤濕強度相較於實施例1或2均較差,且魚眼發生數亦稍多。
比較聚合例7之丙烯樹脂組成物雖可沒問題地進行吹塑成形,但所得薄膜(比較例11)之密封強度及潤濕強度相較於實施例3及4均較差,且魚眼發生數亦稍多。
Claims (2)
- 一種丙烯樹脂組成物,其係使用包含下述(A)~(C)之觸媒,使丙烯與乙烯聚合而得之於丙烯均聚物中分散有丙烯-乙烯共聚物之形態之丙烯樹脂組成物:(A)含有由鎂、鈦、鹵素及琥珀酸酯系化合物選出之電子給予體化合物作為必要成分之固體觸媒;(B)有機鋁化合物;及(C)由矽化合物選出之外部電子給予體化合物,且滿足以下之值:該丙烯樹脂組成物中之乙烯-丙烯共聚物之量為25~35重量%;該共聚物中之丙烯含量為60重量%以上;該丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯可溶分之極限黏度[η]為1.8~3.2dl/g;該丙烯樹脂組成物之熔融流動速率為2.0~5.0g/10分鐘;丙烯樹脂組成物之二甲苯不溶成分之分子量分佈[Mw/Mn]為6.5~10。
- 一種甑(retort)用密封膜,其係由如請求項1之丙烯樹脂組成物所製造。
