Abstract
本發明係一種具外接式過濾裝置之口罩結構,包括一口罩主體、一單向氣密閥、至少一連接管及一過濾裝置,其中,該口罩主體係由不透氣材質所構成,其上會設置該單向氣密閥,該口罩主體會透過該連接管與該過濾裝置連接,如此,該口罩結構能透過該過濾裝置,將外界空氣進行過濾淨化,並將過濾後的空氣以該連接管運輸至該口罩主體內,供使用者吸氣,使用者呼出的空氣則會從該單向氣密閥排出至該口罩主體外。
Description
本發明係關於口罩結構,尤指一種能透過連接管與過濾裝置連接,使過濾淨化之空氣能運送至口罩主體內側的口罩結構。
按,所謂「PM2.5」是指懸浮微粒(particulate matter)的氣動粒徑(aerodynamic diameter)會小於或等於2.5微米(μm),故又稱為細懸浮微粒。又,細懸浮微粒(後稱PM2.5)除了由人類行為所產生(如:汽機車的廢氣、菸、燃煤發電…等)之外,如沙塵暴、火山爆發…等自然情況亦會產生PM2.5,又,目前的PM2.5大致可分為原生性及衍生性兩種,其中,原生性PM2.5是指被排放到大氣時,即為PM2.5的粒狀物,例如,海鹽懸浮粒子、汽機車所排放的碳粒、道路揚塵、煤灰碳粒…等;衍生性PM2.5(或稱二次氣膠(secondary aerosol))則是由更小的排放物經過物理反應(如,凝結)或化學反應(如,光化學反應)後所形成之粒狀物,例如,硫酸鹽、硝酸鹽、銨鹽、有機氣膠…等。
由於PM2.5的表面可能會吸附大量有毒物質,如,戴奧辛、多環芳香碳氫化合物、汞、鉛和苯…等,且其粒徑小而容易穿過人體呼吸系統的屏障,到達肺部深層,使得PM2.5對人體健康的威脅頗大。如世界衛生組織(WHO)研究指出,全球每年約有3%及5%的心肺疾病與肺癌可歸因於PM2.5,並導致全球每年約有310萬人死亡,尤其是,成分中含有硫酸鹽…等酸性氣膠的PM2.5更是具危害性,依美國國家空氣污染控制署(National Air Pollution Control Administration)指出,酸性氣膠粒徑大都小於2.5微米,可經由呼吸而沉積在下呼吸道及肺泡中,直接減低或破壞肺臟及呼吸道的功能,影響人體健康,前述酸性氣膠可能對高敏感族群,如,老人、小孩及呼吸道疾病患者構成威脅,甚至誘發慢性病的發病率。
因此,人們通常會選擇配戴個人防護用具(如,口罩),來降低暴露於PM2.5中的風險,此外,隨著近期新冠肺炎(COVID-19)的肆虐,戴口罩更是基本的自我保護行為,因而導致口罩需求量大幅提高,但受到業界生產量不足與原物料欠缺等因素影響,重覆使用口罩明顯成為趨勢及當前所需,為了解決前述問題,市面上相繼出現許多換氣式口罩,這種換氣式口罩係將抽風器設置在口罩主體上,以達到過濾外界空氣的效果,然而抽風器卻會造成該換氣式口罩的整體重量增加,在使用者配戴該換氣式口罩的狀態下,其施力在使用者耳朵上的力道也會增加,導致使用者長期配戴該換氣式口罩的不適感加劇,反而降低使用者配戴的意願,因此,如何針對習知口罩之結構進行改良,以供使用者更佳的使用經驗,即為本發明在此探討的一大課題。
由於習知口罩結構於使用上仍具有缺失,因此,發明人憑藉著多年來的豐富實務經驗,且秉持著精益求精的研究精神,在經過長久的努力研究與實驗後,終於研發出本發明之一種具外接式過濾裝置之口罩結構,期藉由本發明之問世,提供使用者更佳的使用經驗。
本發明之一目的,係提供一種具外接式過濾裝置之口罩結構,包括一口罩主體、一單向氣密閥、一過濾裝置及至少一連接管,其中,該口罩主體係由不透氣材質所構成;該單向氣密閥係設置於該口罩主體上,使空氣僅能從該口罩主體之內側流通至外側;在該過濾裝置被開啟的狀態下,外界空氣會進入該過濾裝置以進行過濾淨化;該連接管之一端會與該過濾裝置連接,其另一端則會與該口罩主體連接,如此,該口罩結構能透過該過濾裝置,將外界空氣進行過濾淨化,並將過濾後的空氣以該連接管運輸至該口罩主體內,供使用者吸氣,使用者呼出的空氣則會從該單向氣密閥排出至該口罩主體外。
為便 貴審查委員能對本發明目的、技術特徵及其功效,做更進一步之認識與瞭解,茲舉實施例配合圖式,詳細說明如下:
本發明係一種具外接式過濾裝置之口罩結構,在此特別一提者,本發明實施例所提及之「第一、第二、第三」等詞,僅為表示不同元件,無關於實際使用上的組裝或設置順序,請參閱第1及2圖所示,在本發明之實施例中,該口罩結構1包括一口罩主體11、一單向氣密閥15、至少一連接管12及一過濾裝置13,其中,該口罩主體11係由不透氣材質(如:塑性材料)所構成,其上會設置該單向氣密閥15,該單向氣密閥15使空氣僅能從該口罩主體11之內側流通至外側,外界空氣則不能由該單向氣密閥15進入該口罩主體11之內側,該口罩主體11會透過該連接管12與該過濾裝置13連接,在該過濾裝置13被開啟的狀態下,外界空氣會進入該過濾裝置13,以進行過濾淨化,接著,過濾淨化後的空氣能由該連接管12輸送至該口罩主體11之內側,供使用者吸氣,使用者呼出的空氣則會從該單向氣密閥15排出至該口罩主體11之外側。
請參閱第1至3圖所示,該過濾裝置13包括一殼體138、一過濾片131及一光觸媒模組132,在該實施例中,該殼體138能由一第一殼元件1381、一第二殼元件1382及一第三殼元件1383所組成,且該等殼元件1381、1382、1383彼此間能以嵌卡、黏合或其它固定方式,組裝成一體,惟,在本發明之其它實施例中,該殼體138還能由單一個殼元件、二個殼體元件或是四個以上殼元件所構成,合先陳明。又,該第一殼元件1381上設有至少一第一進氣孔13811,該第二殼元件1382上設有至少一第二進氣孔13821,該第一殼元件1381會包覆於該第二殼元件1382之外側,且該第一進氣孔13811會與該第二進氣孔13821相對應(如第3圖所示),該過濾片131會位於該第二殼元件1382內,且會對應該第二進氣孔13821的位置,在空氣通過該過濾片131的狀態下,該過濾片131能藉由靜電吸附功能,吸附空氣中的顆粒,濾除百分之九十以上的5微米顆粒(約為細胞和細菌的大小),但不以此為限,根據產品的實際需求,該過濾片131還能夠為含有活性碳的網層,以能吸附空氣中的揮發性氣體(Volatile Organic Compounds,簡稱VOC)與異味,且該過濾片131能由使用者自行剪裁,定期更換,例如,使用者能夠裁剪口罩或其它具有過濾效果的片體,以作為該過濾片131使用。
承上,該光觸媒模組132亦位於該第二殼元件1382內,且其包含光觸媒材料1321(如:二氧化鈦、氧化鋅、二氧化錫、硫化鎘等)及一光能裝置1322(如:UVC LED),該光能裝置1322能使該等光觸媒材料1321產生氧化或還原反應,當該等光觸媒材料1321受到該光能裝置1322產生之光能照射後,其電子(e-)會從價帶躍遷至導電帶,留下一個正電孔洞(h+),接著,電子會和氧分子結合,形成還原性強的超氧根離子(O2-),電洞則會和該等光觸媒材料1321表面的水氣反應,生成氧化性高的氫氧自由基(‧OH),活潑的超氧根離子及氫氧自由基可與物體表面物進行氧化或還原反應,將有機物分解,進而達到殺菌或抑菌的效果,但不以此為限,在本發明之實施例中,該光能裝置1322產生之波長能介於100奈米至280奈米,其產生之波長足以破壞微生物的去氧核糖核酸(DNA)或核糖核酸(RNA)分子結構,一般言,對於空氣消毒非常重要之紫外線光譜(即,被DNA吸收之波長)約為200奈米至300奈米,故該光能裝置1322能造成細菌死亡或不能繁殖,以達到抑菌或殺菌之目的,當外界空氣由該第一進氣孔13811及第二進氣孔13821進入該殼體138中,經過該過濾片131,外界空氣能先被過濾掉大量的懸浮微粒及微生物,剩餘的懸浮微粒及微生物則能藉由該光觸媒模組132而被分解破壞,以此達到過濾淨化的效果。惟,在本發明之其它實施例中,根據產品的實際過濾需求,亦可不設有該光觸媒模組132。
復請參閱第2圖所示,在本發明之實施例中,該過濾裝置13還包括一電力單元133(如:電池)、一該控制單元134(如:IC控制板)、一風扇135及一馬達136,其中,該電力單元133及該控制單元134會位於該第二殼元件1382內,且該電力單元133能提供該過濾裝置13上之元件(如:光能裝置1322、風扇135及馬達136)運作時所需的電力,該控制單元134則能分別控制該過濾裝置13上之元件(如:光能裝置1322、風扇135及馬達136)之啟閉,在該控制單元134被開啟的情況下,其能使該電力單元133供電至該光能裝置1322、該風扇135及該馬達136,反之,當該控制單元134被關閉的情況下,其能使該電力單元133停止供電至該光能裝置1322、該風扇135及該馬達136,但不以此為限,該控制單元134還能分別控制調整該光能裝置1322、該風扇135及該馬達136的條件,舉例來說,該控制單元134能調整該光能裝置1322產生之光能的強弱,使其產生不同之光功率,當光功率越大,照射之距離則越遠;該控制單元134能調整該風扇135之風速大小,當風速越大,送風量則越大;該控制單元134能調整該馬達136之驅動能力大小…等。
請參閱第2至4圖所示,在本發明之實施例中,該風扇135包括一中心軸1351與複數葉片1352,該等葉片1352係環設於該中心軸1351上,且彼此相隔一間距,每一片葉片1352係由該中心軸1351之一端朝另一端方向彎曲延伸,該風扇135之葉片1352數量能為4葉至10葉,該風扇135之葉片1352彼此相交一角度θ1,該角度θ1能為30度至80度,各該葉片1352相交之角度θ1設計是為了將空氣往前吹(即,出氣孔13831的方向),以符合流體力學,達到讓風力更集中更強之目的,當該等葉片1352轉動時,其會與空氣產生磨擦,使空氣被推走。
承上,請參閱第2、3及5圖所示,該風扇135能固設於一風扇罩137內,該風扇罩137之一端會與該第二殼元件1382連接,該風扇罩137之另一端則會與該第三殼元件1383連接,由該風扇罩137之縱剖面觀之,該風扇罩137之內側壁能朝該風扇罩137的一中心軸線L收攏(如第5圖所示),且與該中心軸線L相交一夾角θ2,該夾角θ2能為30度至50度,該風扇罩137之內側壁能再朝遠離該中心軸線L之方向分散,使該風扇罩137的縱剖面呈現由寬變窄再變寬,當空氣在該風扇罩137裡面流動的狀態下,空氣的速度會因為橫截面積變化的關係,在該風扇罩137的最窄處,速度達到最大值,靜態壓力達到最小值,進而產生壓力差,該壓力差能提供一個外在吸力,以提高該風扇135送風的能力,將過濾淨化之空氣運送至該連接管12,增加送往該口罩主體11內側的空氣體積,滿足使用者吸氣需求。
再者,復請參閱第2及4圖所示,當該風扇135之葉片1352數量越多,單葉葉片1352的面積則越小,使各該葉片1352與空氣作用的範圍變小,因此,各該葉片1352的振動力較小,產生的噪音與風切聲就會比較小聲,吹出來的風壓也比較小,讓使用者感覺比較舒服。此外,在本發明之實施例中,該馬達136能透過該電力單元133提供之電力,將該電力轉換成機械能,再使用該機械能產生動能,以用來驅動該風扇135,如此,該口罩結構1能透過該過濾裝置13,將外界空氣進行過濾,並將過濾後的空氣利用該馬達136驅動該風扇135運送至該連接管12,再由該連接管12運輸至該口罩主體11內。
復請參閱第2及3圖所示,在本發明之實施例中,該第三殼元件1383設有至少一出氣孔13831,且該出氣孔13831會與該連接管12之一端連接,該連接管12之另一端則會與該口罩主體11連接,該連接管12之內徑為4公釐至13公釐,使該連接管12能流通較大量之空氣,以能滿足一般正常人之吸氣需求,如此,當外界空氣由該第一進氣孔13811及第二進氣孔13821進入該殼體138中,會先通過該過濾片131,被大量濾除懸浮微粒及微生物,再經過該光觸媒模組132,使有機物被分解,達到抑菌或殺菌之過濾淨化效果,接著,該馬達136驅動該風扇135,使該風扇135之葉片1352轉動,將過濾淨化之空氣朝該出氣孔13831的方向吹,並由該連接管12輸送至該口罩主體11內,讓使用者配在戴該該口罩結構1的狀態下,能由該口罩主體11之內側吸入過濾淨化之空氣,使用者呼出之空氣則由該單向氣密閥15排至該口罩主體11之外側,由於該過濾裝置13係由該連接管12與該口罩主體11連接,而非直接設置於該口罩主體11上,因此,該口罩主體11的重量不會增加,不會造成使用者配戴之負擔。
復請參閱第1圖所示,在本發明之實施例中,該口罩主體11之左右兩側能分別設有穿孔14,使一固定帶17之兩端能分別穿過各該穿孔14,讓使用者能將該固定帶17固定至後腦杓,令使用者能確實且方便地配戴該口罩結構1;或者,該口罩主體11之左右兩側穿孔14能直接套設至使用者的左耳與右耳上,以配戴該口罩結構1;或者,業者還能根據產品需求,在該口罩主體11之左右兩側分別設有耳帶,各該耳帶能分別掛持至使用者的左耳與右耳,並使該口罩主體11的內側面能貼近使用者的臉部,包覆於使用者的臉頰及下巴處,另外,該口罩結構1還設有一掛帶16,該掛帶16能連接固定於第一殼元件1381上,令使用者能將該掛帶16佩掛至頸部,但不以此為限,只要該掛帶16能連接固定至該殼體138上,讓該口罩結構1能更加穩固的配戴在使用者身上即可。
在本發明之實施例中,該掛帶16之局部區域能與該連接管12之局部區域相結合(如第1圖所示),意即,該掛帶16的局部內側面會與該連接管12之一端(即,與該出氣孔13831連接端)的局部外側面相結合,使該連接管12不容易受到外力拉扯,而脫離該過濾裝置13,且讓該口罩結構1整體較為美觀,但不以此為限,該掛帶16與該連接管12亦能分離,只要該連接管12能達成連通空氣,且該掛帶16能供使用者佩掛至頸部即可。
在此特別一提者,本發明之過濾裝置13並不只侷限於與口罩主體11連接,在本發明之其它實施例中,使用者能夠根據實際需求,將該過濾裝置13拆除,單獨做為空氣循環設備使用,以應用於一般日常生活中,故只要具有前述說明的結構,即為本發明欲保護之範圍。
按,以上所述,僅為本發明的最佳具體實施例,惟本發明的特徵並不侷限於此,任何熟悉該項技藝者在本發明領域內,可輕易思及的變化或修飾,皆應涵蓋在本發明的申請專利範圍中。

Claims (8)
- 一種具外接式過濾裝置之口罩結構,包括:一口罩主體,係由不透氣材質所構成;一單向氣密閥,係設置於該口罩主體上,使空氣僅能從該口罩主體之內側流通至外側;一過濾裝置,在該過濾裝置被開啟的狀態下,外界空氣會進入該過濾裝置以進行過濾淨化,其中,該過濾裝置係包含一殼體、一過濾片、一電力單元、一控制單元、一風扇及一馬達,其中,該殼體上設有至少一進氣孔及至少一出氣孔,外界空氣能由該進氣孔進入該殼體中,該出氣孔則會與該連接管之一端連接;該過濾片係位於該殼體內,且對應該進氣孔的位置,在空氣通過該過濾片的狀態下,其能藉由靜電吸附功能,吸附空氣中的顆粒;該電力單元係位於該殼體內,且能提供該過濾裝置上之元件運作時所需的電力;該控制單元係位於該殼體內,且能分別控制該過濾裝置上之元件之啟閉;該風扇係位於該殼體內,其能將通過該過濾片之空氣輸送至該出氣孔,且該風扇能固設於一風扇罩內,該風扇罩會組裝至該殼體上,其內側壁能朝該風扇罩的一中心軸線收攏,且與該中心軸線相交之夾角為30度至50度;該馬達係位於該殼體內,其能驅動該風扇運轉;及至少一連接管,其一端會與該過濾裝置連接,其另一端則會與該口罩主體連接,以將過濾淨化後的空氣輸送至該口罩主體內。
- 如請求項1所述之口罩結構,其中,該過濾裝置還包括一光觸媒模組,係位於該殼體內,且該光觸媒模組包含光觸媒材料及一光能裝置,該光能裝置能使該等光觸媒材料產生氧化或還原反應,以對經過該過濾片後的空氣進行淨化。
- 如請求項1所述之口罩結構,其中,該風扇包括一中心軸與複數葉片,該等葉片係環設於該中心軸上,且彼此相隔一間距,每一片葉片係由該中心軸之一端朝另一端方向彎曲延伸,且該等葉片之數量為4葉至10葉。
- 如請求項3所述之口罩結構,其中,該風扇之葉片彼此相交之角度為30度至80度。
- 如請求項1所述之口罩結構,其中,該連接管之內徑為4公釐至13公釐。
- 如請求項2所述之口罩結構,其中,該等光觸媒材料能為二氧化鈦、氧化鋅、二氧化錫或硫化鎘的至少其中之一。
- 如請求項2所述之口罩結構,其中,該光能裝置產生之波長介於100奈米至280奈米。
- 如請求項1所述之口罩結構,其中,該口罩結構還設有一掛帶,該掛帶能與該殼體相連接。
