Abstract

Description
本發明係關於一種用於液體容器,尤其用於連接至用於液體之一輸送及儲存容器之出口孔口或出口開口的龍頭轉子(tapping armature),該龍頭轉子包含一轉子外殼,該轉子外殼中安置有可藉助於一閥門軸樞轉且用於打開及關閉一出口管之一流動橫截面的一閥體,用於連接至該閥體之該閥門軸的一連接末端安置於該轉子外殼之該出口管中且該閥門軸之一操作末端自該轉子外殼穿過形成於該轉子外殼上之一外殼圓頂而突出。
DE 10 2018 102 062 A1揭示上文所提及之種類的龍頭轉子,其中閥門軸藉由容納於外殼圓頂中之閥門軸部分與外殼圓頂之間的力配合連接而軸向地緊固於轉子外殼中處於外殼圓頂與閥門軸部分之間,該力配合連接藉由閥門軸部分之直徑與外殼圓頂之內徑之間的合適配合來達成。
因此,為了將閥門軸安裝於轉子外殼之外殼圓頂中,必須將閥門軸之閥門軸部分按壓至外殼圓頂之孔中,以便藉由閥門軸部分與外殼圓頂之間的充分摩擦鎖緊來確保閥門軸在轉子外殼中之軸向固定。安裝所需之按壓力(其斷定用於移除閥軸之對應拉力)必須足夠大,以防止在龍頭轉子之操作期間自轉子外殼無意移除閥門軸。因此,按壓力大於實際安裝閥門軸將需要之力。
因此,本發明之目標為提議一種龍頭轉子,其包含閥門軸,該閥門軸之安裝僅需要極小安裝力而不會不利地影響閥門軸在轉子外殼中之牢固軸向固定。
為實現該目標,根據本發明之龍頭轉子具有如技術方案1之特徵。
根據本發明,形狀配合嚙合建立於外殼圓頂與容納於外殼圓頂中之閥門軸部分之間,以便將閥門軸軸向地緊固於轉子外殼中。
藉由經由閥門軸與外殼圓頂之間的形狀配合軸向地緊固閥門軸,安裝閥門軸所需之安裝力僅必須足夠大以用於建立形狀配合,該閥門軸係經由所建立之形狀配合軸向地緊固而與安裝力無關。
尤其較佳地,實現嚙合部件以用於建立形狀配合嚙合,該嚙合部件具有形成於外殼圓頂之通道開口中的徑向圓頂突出部,該通道開口用於供閥門軸部分穿過,該徑向圓頂突出部連同閥門軸部分之徑向閥門軸突出部一起形成軸向鎖緊結構。由於此較佳具體實例,可製造典型地由射出模製製造之轉子外殼而不必改變用於射出模製製程之模具。實情為,可藉由僅稍微修改迄今使用之模芯來製造轉子外殼而不必改變模具本身或甚至不需要新模具,該轉子外殼具有形成於其上之外殼圓頂且其製造有必要使用界定用於收納閥門軸之收納孔的模芯。
若圓頂突出部形成於外殼圓頂中之通道開口的軸向下端處,則在出口管與外殼圓頂之間的過渡區域中且因此在轉子外殼之特別剛性的點處實現軸向固定。
較佳地,圓頂突出部為斜坡形的且具有在閥門軸之安裝方向上陡升的相對較短之鎖緊斜坡及在閥門軸之安裝方向上降低的相對較長且平坦之卡鎖斜坡,此意謂鎖緊斜坡及卡鎖斜坡易於在用於使用強制脫模之芯製造轉子外殼的射出模製製程中製造。另外,鎖緊斜坡形成在閥門軸之安裝期間相對容易
克服之障礙,且卡鎖斜坡形成在移除方向上升高且除非施加相對較大的拉力,否則阻礙閥門軸移除的斜坡。
尤其有利地,若結合上文所描述之圓頂突出部的有利組態,則閥門軸突出部亦為斜坡形的且具有在安裝方向上降低之鎖緊斜坡及形成於斜坡之末端處的鎖緊肩台,此係因為圓頂突出部及閥門軸突出部之鎖緊斜坡的反設計允許鎖緊斜坡在安裝期間在彼此上滑動且因此使得可能用極小安裝力進行安裝。
然而,在移除方向上,閥門軸突出部之鎖緊肩台及在移除方向上升高之卡鎖斜坡一起形成軸向移動之障礙,必須施加顯著大於安裝力之移除力以便將閥門軸突出部之鎖緊肩台移過圓頂突出部。
較佳地,閥門軸部分實現為用於收納密封部件之徑向密封元件的密封部分,該密封部件用於抵靠外殼圓頂密封閥門軸,除形成有圓頂突出部之區域之外,該外殼圓頂因此跨越圓頂突出部之高度具有恆定內徑,此進一步簡化在射出模製製程中製造轉子外殼。
若閥門軸突出部之外徑對應於閥門軸部分之外徑,則閥門軸突出部可同時充當安置於密封部件上游之浪湧套環,使得就流出轉子外殼之液體作用於密封部分中之密封件上的體積力對密封部件之影響而言,該等力被減弱。
鄰近於圓頂突出部,閥門軸部分尤其有利地具有以支撐方式擱置於圓頂突出部之鎖緊斜坡上的支撐套環,圓頂突出部之鎖緊斜坡因此同時充當閥門軸之軸向鄰接件。
若支撐套環及鎖緊突起另外具有對應的橫截面輪廓,則圓頂突出部及支撐套環一起形成軸向滑動軸承以實現龍頭轉子之舒適操作。

圖1展示具有轉子外殼11之龍頭轉子10,轉子外殼11之入口末端12藉助於蓋形螺母13連接至出口孔口14,出口孔口14安置於液體容器15上,該液體容器之僅轉子連接部分說明於圖1中。圖1中所說明之種類的液體容器15係藉由例如吹塑模製製造,且形成中間散裝容器(intermediate bulk container;IBC)之一部分,在該中間散裝容器中,該等液體容器安置於罩籠中,該罩籠安置於托板上。
圖1展示在關閉位置中之龍頭轉子10,其中安置於閥門軸16上之閥體17阻擋由轉子外殼11形成之出口管19的流動橫截面。在此處所說明之具體實例實例中,閥體17經由軸轂連接件18連接至閥門軸16之連接末端22。閥門軸16之操作末端20自轉子外殼11穿過形成於轉子外殼11上之外殼圓頂21而突出,且閥門軸16之閥門軸部分23容納於外殼圓頂21中。
特定而言,如圖2中可見,嚙合部件24形成於外殼圓頂21與閥門軸部分23之間,該閥門軸部分形成於連接末端22與操作末端20之間的過渡區域中,嚙合部件24具有徑向圓頂突出部26,該徑向圓頂突出部形成於外殼圓頂21之通道開口25中且在即將到來的具體實例實例中實現為環形腹板。徑向閥門軸
突出部27形成於閥門軸部分23上。如自圖2可知,當閥門軸16安裝於轉子外殼11中時,閥門軸突出部27及圓頂突出部26一起形成軸向地起作用之鎖緊機構,為此目的,在安裝方向32上將閥門軸16自上方引入至外殼圓頂21中。
圓頂突出部26及閥門軸突出部27兩者均為斜坡形的;當在安裝方向32上觀察時,圓頂突出部26首先具有相對較短之陡升的鎖緊斜坡28,閥門軸突出部27在安裝期間被導引過該斜坡,使得一旦形成於閥門軸突出部27上且在安裝方向上降低之鎖緊斜坡29已滑過圓頂突出部26,閥門軸突出部27便鎖緊於圓頂突出部26後方。
相比於在達到圖2中所說明之閥門軸突出部27鎖緊於圓頂突出部26後方的組態之安裝期間所必需的相對較低按壓力,由於圓頂突出部26之卡鎖斜坡30在移除方向33上升高且鎖緊肩台31形成於閥門軸突出部27上,因此顯著大於按壓力之拉力為切斷閥門軸16與轉子外殼11之外殼圓頂21之間的鎖緊連接所必需的。
此確保閥門軸16與轉子外殼11之分離僅可為有意移除程序之結果,且無法在閥門之正常打開程序期間發生。相比之下,由於圓頂突出部26之鎖緊斜坡28與閥門軸突出部27之鎖緊斜坡29的相反升高方向,僅需要相對較低的按壓或接合力,此允許在建立閥門軸16與圓頂突出部26之間的連接時鎖緊斜坡28、29在彼此上滑動。
如圖2中進一步所展示,鄰近於圓頂突出部26,閥門軸部分23具有以支撐方式擱置於圓頂突出部26之鎖緊斜坡28上的支撐套環34,鎖緊斜坡28及支撐套環34具有對應的橫截面輪廓35、36。
在另一具體實例中,圖3展示閥門軸部分37,其與閥門軸部分23的不同之處在於其不具有支撐套環,該支撐套環形成於經設計以收納徑向密封元件43之收納溝槽39的溝槽側面38上且具有匹配圓頂突出部26之橫截面輪廓35
的橫截面輪廓36,但斜面40安置於溝槽側面38上與圓頂突出部26相對。此確保如圖4中所說明,閥門軸16由手柄41軸向地支撐,該手柄連接至閥門軸16,僅與外殼圓頂21之上邊緣42接觸,且溝槽側面38與圓頂突出部26之間的實體接觸被排除。此確保若在安裝期間將閥門軸16過遠地按壓至外殼圓頂21中(此可導致無法達成所要的大拉力),則溝槽側面38不會不當地損壞圓頂突出部26。

Claims (9)
