Abstract
本發明係關於一種閥上部,特別係用於衛生配件者,具有一可固定在一配件之閥殼體內之套筒狀之頭件(1),該頭件被一具一連接把手之心軸(2)中間穿過,心軸在頭件(1)中安裝成可對其縱軸轉動,且可觸發一閥體,而在該心軸(2)中開設一槽(25),容納一至少局部徑向包圍該心軸(2)之彈性滑套(6),該滑套至少局部接著在該頭件(1)之內套面上。
Description
本發明係關於一種閥上部,特別係用於衛生配件(Sanitärarmaturen)者,其具有一可固定在一配件之閥殼體內之套筒狀之頭件(1),該頭件被一具一連接把手(Griffanschluss)之心軸(2)中間穿過,該心軸在該頭件(1)中安裝成可對其縱軸轉動,且可觸發一閥體。
前述類型之閥上部例如見於DE 32 07 895以及DE 33 23 008。習知之閥上部有以下問題。在心軸與頭件間存在一微小之徑向間隙,其經由連接把手(Griffanschluss)傳遞至組裝在連接把手上之操作把手(Bediengriff),而由於把手(Handgriff)之柄(Hebel)之故,較大間隙之影響被轉交。此外在水平安裝於一壁上之配件上,其係在閥上部組裝一較重、非對稱實施之操作把手,經由操作把手施加在閥上部心軸上之扭矩,可能導致在打開之閥之狀況下,把手(Handgriff)自行由一徑向較上方位置樞轉至一徑向較下方位置。
在DE 36 38 180 C2中,閥上部之頭件在面向連接把手(Griffanschluss)之內緣設一環狀凹空,一基本上呈之套筒狀、被施加預力且彈性受限之軸承(Lager)被壓入其中,與閥上部之心軸之環狀面之一接觸,且與開設於心軸中之槽之一卡合。此解決方案幾十年來皆證明有效,且被沿用至今。最後,在閥上部不斷小型化之趨勢中,此解決方案變得非常昂 貴。此外,在頻繁使用時可能導致壓入之塑膠軸承塑性變形,在操作閥上部時觸感變差。
本發明對此提出改進。本發明之目的在於提出一種閥上部,避免心軸與頭件間之間隙,及避免心軸與頭件間多餘之樞轉運動,在閥上部縮小尺寸時亦易於製造,並保障長期相同之觸感。根據本發明,此目的經由一種具有申請專利範圍第1項所述特徵之閥上部達成。
本發明提出一種閥上部,既能避免心軸與頭件間在徑向之間隙,亦能避免心軸在頭件中多餘之樞轉運動,在閥上部縮小尺寸時亦易於製造,此外亦在長時間內保證相同觸感。經由在心軸中開設一槽,容納一至少局部徑向包圍心軸之彈性滑套,其至少局部接著在頭件之內套面上,使得在先前技術中必須之、繁複之在頭件中設置軸向凹空,用以容納彈性塑膠軸承之事,不再需要。在心軸中僅需另一槽,容納滑套。設於槽中之彈性滑套在心軸與頭件間完全彈性設置,避免不可逆之、塑性變形,如在先前技術中壓入之塑膠軸承所可能發生者。滑套以由塑膠製成為佳,尤以彈性體(Elastomer)最佳。
在本發明之進一步實施例中,滑套被開設槽口。此設計使滑套組裝簡單。
在本發明之實施例中滑套可扣合在槽之槽底上。經由此,達到一種簡單且自動化之滑套組裝。此外,針對不同使用目的對滑套使用不同材料,在生產製程中非常容易轉換。
在本發明之進一步實施例中,滑套之槽設計成V-字形。經由此,使滑套容易扣合在心軸之槽底,進一步簡化組裝。
在本發明之進一步實施例中,滑套設計成拱凸形,其僅局部 改善,更加避免塑性變形。如此亦確保即使在極長時間內,閥上部亦具有不變之觸感。
在本發明之另一實施例中,滑套以一徑向環繞之第一接觸面接著在槽底上,及以至少一,尤以二為佳,外部徑向圍繞之第二接觸面接著在頭件之內套面上,其對至少一第一接觸面軸向錯開設置。經由此,滑套之彈性行為進一步改善。另外之作法可為,滑套亦以一外徑向圍繞之第二接觸面接著在頭件之內套面上,而以二圍繞之第一接觸面接著在槽底上,其對第二接觸面軸向錯開設置。一種多個接著在心軸之槽底及接著在頭件之內套面上之接觸面之巢狀組合亦屬可行。
在本發明又一實施例中,心軸具有另外二槽,各容納一密封環,容納滑套之槽位於兩者之間。經由此,滑套一方面對飲水密封,這是為何滑套材料可自由選擇。另一方面,滑套阻絕外界影響,如汙染或清潔劑。

作為教示例之閥上部具有一頭件1,被一心軸2由中間穿過,心軸被徑向導引在頭件中。一控制盤3以形狀崁合之方式與心軸2連接,且被徑向導引於頭件1中。在控制盤3之遠離心軸1之端部在頭件1中設有一進流盤4,一唇形密封5接著於其上,並與一未圖示之配件之閥座接觸。
頭件1由一對稱之空心體構成,其兩前端面開放。在其未圖示之、面向配件之側,此頭件1具有一套筒部14。在套筒部14中設有穿越窗11,被縱柱(Längsstege)12限制。在本實施例中,設有兩個由縱柱12所限制之穿越窗11,頭件1被置入一配件後,頭件1之一軸環(Bund)13著落於配件殼體上。軸環13在面向穿越窗11之側具有一環槽15,容納O-形環151。在套筒部14內部在面向閥座之端部設有一後車段(Hinterdrehung)16。在穿越窗11之另一側之端部在頭件1上形成外螺紋17,一外六角緣18接續之,供一螺絲工具接觸。
心軸2基本實施成實心。在其遠離水流入之前端側設有一連接把手21,外側實施成外多緣部211,且具有盲孔212,盲孔有內螺紋,供未圖示之旋轉把手齧合固定。在連接把手21上接著一圓柱段22,以此將心軸2徑向導引在頭件1內,且在其中開設二環槽24,用以容納O-形環241,將心軸2對頭件1密封。在各容納一O-形環241之環槽24之間設有另一環槽25,用以容納一滑套6。在連接把手21與圓柱段22之間另外設有一壁凹(Einstich)23,其中彈性置入一軸扣件231,其形式為一保持環 (Sprengring)。
在圓柱段26上軸向形成一懸臂27,其基本具有一T-形截面,且在其一側突出於圓柱段25之直徑。經由懸臂27之T-形截面,在其側壁各構成一突起271。懸臂27之設計為,其在二確定之樞轉位置以一側面各接著在一擋止19之擋止面191上,該擋止19係形成於頭件1內壁上,而位於此側面之突起271以稍許軸向距離突出擋止19。在懸臂27上形成一盤28,在其面向未圖示之配件之側具有一提動器281。盤28以其相對於提動器281另一面之上側接著在頭件1之圓弧形緣徑之擋止19面向盤28之底側。
控制盤3基本設計成圓盤,挖出一圓形部分。圓形挖出部分在實施例中具有一大約180°之角度。控制盤3在面向心軸之上側進一步設有一容納心軸2之提動器281之容納部。
在頭件1上鄰接於進流盤4開設一唇形密封5,外部以一突緣51環繞,齧入後車段16,後車段係單側設於頭件1之套筒部14,專為此而設。脣形密封5被一開設之支撐環52保持在其位置上,而唇形密封5的唇部密封抵緊進流盤4,及接著在未圖示之配件座上。
滑套6設計成環狀塑膠體,在一側被一V形槽口61分開。滑套6之內套面基本設計成凸形(konvex),且具有一設於中間之、環繞之第一接觸面62。第一接觸面62對面之滑套6之外套面具有一內凹隆起63,經由此,二相互平行設置之、環繞之第二接觸面64被限制。在組裝狀態,滑套6以第一接觸面62接著在心軸2之環槽25之槽底,而其以對第一接觸面錯開設置之第二接觸面64接著在頭件1之內套面上。(替代做法為,滑套6亦可在其外套面上具有一中間第二接觸面,且在其內套面上具有二互相平行之、對內部第二接觸面錯開之第一接觸面。)以此方式,在心軸2與頭件1之間達到一種具有彈性且可完全反轉之滑套6。經由V形槽口61,滑套6可簡單扣在心軸2之環槽25上。
在第7圖及第8圖中顯示一閥上部之頭件與心軸之另一實施例,其中控制盤具有一大約90°之圓形挖出部分,且設置一90°之心軸之最大轉角。懸臂27’仍為T-形截面,經由此,其兩側面各構成一突起271’,構成方式為,在二直徑對角線上對立之側突出於心軸2’圓柱段25之直徑。在此實施例中,在頭件1內部對立設置二擋止19’,設計成弧形緣徑,在心軸2’之一擋止位置上,其擋止面191’上各抵接懸臂27’之一側面末端。此時設於各側面之突起271’末端稍許突出於側面抵接之擋止19’。在此實施例中,懸臂27’可因而在任何心軸2’之擋止位置以二突起271’各支拄在一擋止19’上。

Claims (8)
- 一種用於衛生配件者之閥上部,其具有一可固定在一配件之閥殼體內之套筒狀之頭件(1),該頭件被一具一連接把手之心軸(2)中間穿過,該心軸在該頭件(1)中安裝成可對其縱軸轉動,且可觸發一閥體,其特徵為,在該心軸(2)中開設一槽(25),容納一至少局部徑向包圍該心軸(2)之彈性之滑套(6),該滑套至少局部置放在該頭件(1)之內套面上,其中該滑套(6)設計成拱凸,使其僅局部既置放在該槽(25)之槽底上,亦置放在該頭件(1)之該內套面上。
- 根據請求項1所述之閥上部,其中該滑套(6)由塑膠製成。
- 根據請求項1或2所述之閥上部,其中該滑套(6)由彈性體製成。
- 根據請求項1所述之閥上部,其中該滑套(6)開設槽口。
- 根據請求項4所述之閥上部,其中該滑套(6)之該槽口(61)設計成V-字形。
- 根據請求項1或2所述之閥上部,其中該滑套(6)以至少一徑向環繞之第一接觸面置放在該槽(25)之該槽底上,且以至少一外部徑向環繞之第二接觸面置放在該頭件(1)之該內套面上,該至少一第二接觸面對該至少一第一接觸面軸向錯開設置。
- 根據請求項1或2所述之閥上部,其中該滑套(6)可扣合在該槽(25)之該槽底。
- 根據請求項1或2所述之閥上部,其中該心軸(2)具有另外各容納一密封環(241)之二容納槽(24),滑套(6)設於兩者之間。
