Description

Glue-free cushioning packaging material

The present invention relates to a cushioning packaging material, in particular to a non-glue cushioning packaging material containing natural fiber and used for packaging articles in a non-glue manner.

The packaging materials of commodities not only have the function of transportation protection, but also help to promote marketing and increase sales. Currently, the product bags, protective films or buffer materials used to package commodities on the market are mostly made of plastic materials, among which polyethylene (PE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), expandable polyethylene (EPE) and other materials are the most widely used. However, after consumers purchase and obtain the commodities, most of the packaging materials are disposed of as waste, and the packaging materials made of the above plastic materials are mostly disposable consumables, and the recycling rate is not as expected. This not only causes a waste of resources, but also harms the environment.

In order to solve the above problems, some businesses use paper-based cushioning materials to package products to reduce the impact of discarded plastic packaging materials on the environment. However, paper materials come from wood, and in order to obtain wood, a large number of trees must be cut down, and the damage to the environment caused by cutting down trees is no less than the harm caused by discarding plastic packaging materials. Furthermore, in order for paper packaging materials to effectively cover products, adhesives such as natural resins and glues are used in the gluing process. However, the use of adhesives will greatly increase the cost of packaging materials and will also affect the convenience of assembly.

In view of this, how to develop a reusable packaging material that meets the current social demands for environmental protection and plastic reduction, while also improving the ease of assembly of the packaging material, has become a research goal for the relevant industry.

The present invention provides a non-adhesive cushioning packaging material, which is provided with a substrate, a foldable area and a first connecting structure. Furthermore, by configuring the connection length of the first connecting structure to be more than 50% of the length of the first side end portion or the length of the opposite side of the connection, the connection strength of the first connecting structure can be greatly increased, thereby improving the overall packaging efficiency of the non-adhesive cushioning packaging material of the present invention, and having application potential in related markets.

Specifically, in the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 100 of FIG. 1, the number of the foldable areas 130 may be four, and the four foldable areas 130 are respectively located between the body 121 and the first side panel 122, between the body 121 and the second side panel 123, between the body 121 and the third side panel 124, and between the body 121 and the fourth side panel 125. When the first side panel 122, the second side panel 123, the third side panel 124 and the fourth side panel 125 are respectively bent along the four foldable areas 130 toward the main body 121, the first side panel 122, the second side panel 123, the third side panel 124 and the fourth side panel 125 will be close to each other, so that the glue-free cushioning packaging material 100 of the present invention is folded to form a containing space (not shown), and the containing space can be used to contain articles, making it more convenient to use.

Furthermore, the fold line 131 is any line defining a hinge line in the substrate 110, which is used to promote the folding of the portion or body 121, the first side panel 122, the second side panel 123, the third side panel 124, and the fourth side panel 125 of the substrate 110 relative to each other, or otherwise indicate the optimal folding position on the substrate 110. In addition, the fold line 131 can be formed by a single embossing, a single half-cut line, a perforation line, a cut line, a short slit cut line, a half-cut line, an embossing line, etc., and any combination thereof, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

The first connection structure 140 is disposed on the substrate 110, wherein the first connection structure 140 includes a first connection member 141 and a second connection member 142, and the first connection member 141 and the second connection member 142 are respectively disposed at the first side end portion 111 and the second side end portion 112. Specifically, the first connection member 141 can be a slot, and the second connection member 142 can be a plug-in, and the second connection member 142 can be correspondingly inserted into the first connection member 141 to improve the assembly convenience of the glue-free cushioning packaging material 100 of the present invention. Furthermore, the slot shape of the first connector 141 and the plug-in shape of the second connector 142 can be configured in different shapes according to needs, but the shapes of the first connector 141 and the second connector 142 must match each other to constrain each other through the snap-fit method, so that the first connection structure 140 of the present invention has the excellent effect of not being easy to loosen and being stably fixed, and the present invention is not limited to the shape disclosed in the figure. In this way, the cost of bonding the conventional packaging material with an adhesive can be avoided under the premise of having a high fixing effect, and the pollution of the adhesive to the environment can be effectively reduced.

Furthermore, the connection length LC1 (marked in FIG. 2B ) of the first connection structure 140 is more than 50% of the length LS1 (marked in FIG. 2B ) of the first side portion 111, and the connection length LC1 of the first connection structure 140 may be more than 50% of the length LS2 (marked in FIG. 2B ) of the second side portion 112, so as to reduce the connection strength of the first connection structure 140 that is affected by the warping of the portion not constrained by the first connection structure 140 when the first connection structure 140 is used to fix the first side portion 111 and the second side portion 112 of the substrate 110. Specifically, the connection length LC1 of the first connection structure 140 is the total length of the mutually constrained parts of the first connector 141 and the second connector 142 after the two are correspondingly assembled, wherein the length of the first connector 141 may be more than 50% of the length LS1 of the first side end portion 111 or the length LS2 of the second side end portion 112, or the length of the second connector 142 may be more than 50% of the length LS1 of the first side end portion 111 or the length LS2 of the second side end portion 112, or the length of the first connector 141 and the length of the second connector 142 are both more than 50% of the length LS1 of the first side end portion 111 or the length LS2 of the second side end portion 112, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the connection length LC1 of the first connection structure 140 may be greater than 80% of the length LS1 of the first side portion 111 or the length LS2 of the second side portion 112 , so as to further enhance the strength of the mutual restraint between the first connection member 141 and the second connection member 142 .

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B simultaneously, wherein FIG. 2A is a schematic diagram showing a folding of the non-adhesive cushioning packaging material 100 of FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is a schematic diagram showing another folding of the non-adhesive cushioning packaging material 100 of FIG. 1. The following will use FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B in conjunction with FIG. 1 to illustrate the usage and details of the non-adhesive cushioning packaging material 100 of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2A , when the non-glue cushioning packaging material 100 is intended to wrap an article, the third side panel 124 and the fourth side panel 125 will first be bent along the folding line 131 of the two foldable areas 130, and the third side panel 124 and the fourth side panel 125 will be close to each other so that the third side panel 124 and the fourth side panel 125 are stacked on each other. Then, the first side panel 122 and the second side panel 123 will be bent along the folding line 131 of the two foldable areas 130 so that the first side end portion 111 and the second side end portion 112 are close to each other, and then the first connecting member 141 and the second connecting member 142 are assembled correspondingly.

As shown in FIG. 2B , after the first connector 141 and the second connector 142 are correspondingly assembled, the second connector 142 presenting the plug-in is correspondingly inserted into the first connector 141 presenting the slot to stably connect the first side end 111 and the second side end 112. Therefore, the non-glue cushioning packaging material 100 of the present invention is folded in the above manner to form a containing space (not shown) to contain the articles therein, thereby achieving the effect of stably packaging the articles.

Thus, the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 100 of the present invention can achieve the purpose of fixing the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 100 without using an adhesive by correspondingly assembling the first connecting member 141 and the second connecting member 142 of the first connecting structure 140, and can effectively improve the assembly convenience of the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 100. Furthermore, by configuring the connection length LC1 of the first connecting structure 140 to be more than 50% of the length LS1 of the first side end 111 or the length LS2 of the second side end 112, the connection strength of the first connecting structure 140 can be greatly increased, thereby improving the overall packaging efficiency of the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 100 of the present invention. Furthermore, since the material of the substrate 110 includes a natural fiber and the material of the substrate 110 is a non-plastic material, the glue-free cushioning packaging material 100 of the present invention can effectively reduce the amount of plastic used, and is more in line with the requirements of environmental protection and plastic reduction compared to existing products, and has application potential in related fields.

Specifically, the shape of the main body 220 can be rectangular, and the first extension portion 222 and the second extension portion 223 are areas of the main body 220 extending toward two opposite ends, and the first side end portion 224 and the second side end portion 225 are respectively arranged on a side of the first extension portion 222 and the second extension portion 223 that is different from the main body 220 to facilitate subsequent assembly, but the present invention is not limited to this.

In addition, the material of the substrate 210 is the same as the material of the substrate 110 of the adhesive-free buffer packaging material 100 in FIG. 1 , which is a non-plastic material and may include a natural fiber. The thickness of the substrate 210 may also be the same as the thickness of the substrate 110 in FIG. 1 , so please refer to the previous paragraph for the relevant details, which will not be repeated here.

Two foldable areas 240 are disposed on the substrate 210, each foldable area 240 includes at least one fold line 241, and the two foldable areas 240 are respectively located between the side panels 230a and 230b and the body 220. In the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 200 of FIG. 3, each foldable area 240 may include at least two fold lines 241 (FIG. 3 only shows one fold line 241 of each foldable area 240). Taking the body 220 and the side panel 230a as an example, one fold line 241 of the foldable area 240 is located between the body 220 and the side panel 230a, and the other fold line 241 may be configured to overlap with the side edge 221 of the body. In other words, another fold line 241 is formed on the body side 221 to facilitate the folding of the side panel 230a relative to the body 220. Furthermore, the fold line 241 can be formed by a single embossing, a single half-cut line, a perforation line, a cutting line, a short slit cut line, a half-cut line, an embossing line, etc. and any combination thereof to indicate the best folding position on the substrate 210, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

233b。The first connection structure 250 is disposed on the substrate 210 and includes a first connection member 251 and a second connection member 252, wherein the first connection member 251 is connected to the connection opposite side 233a of the side plate 230a, and the second connection member 252 is connected to the connection opposite side 233b of the side plate 230b.

232a。Two second connection structures 260 are disposed on the substrate 210, and each second connection structure 260 includes at least one third connection component 261 and at least one fourth connection component 262, wherein the third connection component 261 of one second connection structure 260 is disposed on the first side end portion 224, and the fourth connection component 262 of the second connection structure 260 is connected to the first connection side edge 231a of the side plate 230a, and the third connection component 261 of another second connection structure 260 is disposed on the second side end portion 225, and the fourth connection component 262 of the other second connection structure 260 is connected to the second connection side edge 232a of the side plate 230a.

When the side panels 230a and 230b are bent along the two foldable areas 240, the connecting opposite sides 233a of the side panels 230a will be close to the connecting opposite sides 233b of the side panels 230b, so that the first connecting member 251 and the second connecting member 252 are assembled correspondingly. Similarly, the first connecting side side 231a of the side panel 230a and the first side end 224 are close to each other, and the second connecting side side 232a of the side panel 230a and the second side end 225 are close to each other, so that the two third connecting members 261 and the two fourth connecting members 262 are assembled correspondingly. Thereby, the purpose of fixing the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 200 can be achieved without using an adhesive, and the assembly convenience of the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 200 can be effectively improved.

Specifically, in the glue-free cushioning packaging material 200 of FIG. 3 , each second connecting structure 260 may include at least two fourth connecting members 262, wherein another fourth connecting member 262 of one second connecting structure 260 is connected to the first connecting side edge 231b of the side plate 230b, and another fourth connecting member 262 of another second connecting structure 260 is connected to the second connecting side edge 232b of the side plate 230b. When the side panels 230a and 230b are bent along the two foldable areas 240, the first connecting side edge 231b of the side panel 230b will be close to the first side end 224, and the second connecting side edge 232b of the side panel 230b will be close to the second side end 225, so that the two third connecting members 261 are respectively assembled with the two fourth connecting members 262 of each second connecting structure 260. In this way, the structural strength of the non-glue cushioning packaging material 200 after assembly can be enhanced, and the margin of the non-glue cushioning packaging material 200 in response to the packaging requirements of different items can be improved. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3 , each fourth connecting member 262 may include two fourth connecting sub-members 263 to enhance the overall structural density of the assembled non-glue cushioning packaging material 200, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Furthermore, the first connecting member 251 can be a slot, the second connecting member 252 can be a plug-in, and the second connecting member 252 can be correspondingly inserted into the first connecting member 251. Furthermore, each third connecting member 261 can be a slot, each fourth connecting member 262 can be a plug-in, and each fourth connecting member 262 can be correspondingly inserted into a third connecting member 261. In this way, the overall structural strength of the glue-free cushioning packaging material 200 of the present invention after assembly can be improved, and the convenience of assembly can be effectively improved. Furthermore, the slot shapes of the first connector 251 and the third connector 261 and the plug-in shapes of the second connector 252 and the fourth connector 262 can be configured into different shapes as needed, but the shapes of the first connector 251 and the second connector 252 must match each other, and the shapes of the third connector 261 and the fourth connector 262 must match each other, so as to restrain each other through a snap-fit method, and the present invention is not limited to the shapes disclosed in the drawings.

Please refer to FIG. 3, FIG. 4A, FIG. 4B and FIG. 4C simultaneously, wherein FIG. 4A is a schematic diagram showing a folding of the non-adhesive cushioning packaging material 200 of FIG. 3, FIG. 4B is a schematic diagram showing a folding of a portion of the non-adhesive cushioning packaging material 200 of FIG. 3, and FIG. 4C is a schematic diagram showing another folding of the non-adhesive cushioning packaging material 200 of FIG. 3. The following will use FIG. 4A to FIG. 4C in conjunction with FIG. 3 to illustrate the usage and details of the non-adhesive cushioning packaging material 200 of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4A , the connection length LC1 of the first connection structure 250 is more than 50% of the length L1a of the connecting opposite side 233a and the length L1b of the connecting opposite side 233b, wherein the connection length LC1 of the first connection structure 250 is the total length of the mutually constrained portion of the first connection member 251 and the second connection member 252 after the two are correspondingly assembled, so as to reduce the first connection structure 250 when the side plate 230a and the side plate 230b are connected. The portion not constrained by the first connection structure 250 is warped, thereby affecting the connection strength of the first connection structure 250. In addition, in FIG. 4A , after the first connecting member 251 and the second connecting member 252 are correspondingly assembled, the first connecting structure 250 can present a configuration in which three arc-shaped sheets overlap and clamp each other. At this time, the connection length LC1 of the first connecting structure 250 is 100% of the length L1a of the connecting opposite side 233a and the length L1b of the connecting opposite side 233b, so as to greatly improve the connection strength of the first connecting structure 250.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4C , the connection length LC2 of each second connection structure 260 is more than 50% of the length LS1 of the first side end portion 224, the connection length LC2 of each second connection structure 260 is more than 50% of the length LS2 of the second side end portion 225, and the connection length LC2 of each second connection structure 260 is the length L2a of the first connection side 231a and the length L2a of the first connection side The connection length LC2 of each second connection structure 260 is more than 50% of the length L2b of the second connection side 231b, and the connection length LC2 of each second connection structure 260 is more than 50% of the length L3a of the second connection side 232a and the length L3b of the second connection side 232b, wherein the connection length LC2 of the second connection structure 260 is the total length of the mutually constrained portion of the third connection member 261 and the fourth connection member 262 after the corresponding assembly. In this way, the connection strength of the second connection structure 260 can be further improved.

230b。As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4A, when the non-glue cushioning packaging material 200 is intended to wrap an article, the side panel 230a and the side panel 230b will be first bent along the two foldable areas 240 respectively, and the connecting opposite side 233a of the side panel 230a will be close to the connecting opposite side 233b of the side panel 230b, so that the second connector 252 presenting the plug-in is correspondingly assembled in the first connector 251 presenting the slot, so as to stably connect the side panel 230a and the side panel 230b.

Referring to Figures 3, 4A, 4B and 4C simultaneously, when the side panel 230a is connected to the side panel 230b, the first connecting side 231a of the side panel 230a will be close to the first side end 224, and the first connecting side 231b of the side panel 230b will be close to the first side end 224, so that the third connecting member 261 located at the first side end 224 is respectively assembled with the fourth connecting member 262 located at the first connecting side 231a and the fourth connecting member 262 at the first connecting side 231b. At the same time, the second connecting side 232a of the side plate 230a will be close to the second side end 225, and the second connecting side 232b of the side plate 230b will be close to the second side end 225, so that the third connecting member 261 located at the second side end 225 is respectively assembled with the fourth connecting sub-member 263 of the fourth connecting member 262 located at the second connecting side 232a and the fourth connecting sub-member 263 of the fourth connecting member 262 at the second connecting side 232b, so that the glue-free cushioning packaging material 200 completely forms a accommodating space (not shown), which is conducive to accommodating the items therein, thereby achieving the effect of stably packaging the items.

Thus, the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 200 of the present invention can connect the side plate 230a and the side plate 230b through the first connecting member 251 and the second connecting member 252, and the two third connecting members 261 and at least two fourth connecting members 262 respectively, and the two second connecting structures 260 can further connect the body 220 and the side plates 230a and 230b, so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the adhesive-free cushioning packaging material 200 without using adhesive. Furthermore, by configuring the connection length LC1 of the first connecting structure 250 to be more than 50% of the length L1a of the connecting opposite side 233a and the length L1b of the connecting opposite side 233b, the connection strength of the first connecting structure 250 can be greatly increased. In addition, by configuring the connection length LC2 of the second connection structure 260 to be more than 50% of the length LS1 of the first side end 224, the length LS2 of the second side end 225, the length L2a of the first connection side 231a, the length L2b of the first connection side 231b, the length L3a of the second connection side 232a, and the length L3b of the second connection side 232b, the overall packaging efficiency of the glue-free buffer packaging material 200 of the present invention can be further improved.
