Abstract

A bicycle accessory mounting device includes a body and a pair of mounting bases. The body has an attachment hole and a pair of pivot lugs. The attachment hole is suitable for attaching to a bicycle, and the pivot lugs are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the body. The pair of mounting bases are pivotally connected to the pivot lugs. Each mounting base is suitable for securing bicycle accessories and is configured to pivot relative to the body, allowing for the adjustment of the relative positions of the mounting bases.

Description

Bicycle Accessory Fixing Device

The present invention relates to a bicycle accessory fixing device for attaching a bicycle accessory to a bicycle.

Existing bicycle accessory fixing devices are mainly used to attach various accessories, such as pumps or tire repair tools, to bicycles. However, since the curvature of the down tube of each bicycle is different, it is difficult for a single accessory fixing device to fit the down tube of all bicycles. This makes it impossible for the fixing device to fit tightly against the down tube after installation, resulting in poor fixing effect.

The invention provides a bicycle accessory fixing device, which has a pair of fixing seats for users to adjust relative positions to adapt to the down tube of the bicycle.

To achieve one or part or all of the above purposes or other purposes, an embodiment of the present invention provides a bicycle accessory fixing device, including a body and a pair of fixing seats. The body has an attachment hole and a pair of hinges, the attachment hole is suitable for being attached to a bicycle, and the pair of hinges are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the body. The pair of fixing seats are respectively hinged to the pair of hinges, the pair of fixing seats are suitable for buckling bicycle accessories and are configured to be able to selectively pivot relative to the body to adjust the relative positions of the pair of fixing seats.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the pair of hinges are respectively provided with a first hinge hole. The pair of fixing seats are respectively provided with a clipping portion and a hinge portion, the clipping portion is suitable for clipping a bicycle accessory, and the hinge portion is connected to the clipping portion and provided with a second hinge hole corresponding to the first hinge hole. The bicycle accessory fixing device further includes a pair of hinge members, and the pair of hinge members are respectively penetrated through the first hinge holes of the pair of hinges and the second hinge holes of the hinge portions of the pair of fixing seats.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the clipping parts of the pair of fixing seats extend along an axis respectively, and a distance is formed between the axes of the clipping parts of the pair of fixing seats, and the distance is configured to change as the pair of fixing seats pivot relative to the main body.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the pair of pivot members are respectively provided with an external threaded portion, the pivot portion is provided with an internal threaded portion located in the second pivot hole, and the internal threaded portion is detachably connected to the external threaded portion.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the clipping parts of the pair of fixing seats have an opening and a flange. The pair of fixing seats are respectively provided with a perforation and a strap, the perforation is located between the clipping part and the hinge part, the strap is passed through the perforation and has a button hole, and the button hole can be detachably buckled to the flange, so that the strap selectively closes the opening.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the strap is made of a flexible material.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a first limiting portion is disposed on the inner wall surface of the through hole, a second limiting portion is disposed at the end of the strap, and the second limiting portion abuts against the first limiting portion.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the main body has a pair of positioning members, which are respectively located between the pair of hinges and the hinged parts of the pair of fixing seats. The pair of positioning members are respectively provided with third hinges corresponding to the first hinges and the second hinges and first teeth facing the hinged parts. The pair of hinges are respectively penetrated through the first hinges of the pair of hinges, the second hinges of the hinged parts of the pair of fixing seats and the third hinges of the pair of positioning members, and the hinged parts of the pair of fixing seats are provided with second teeth that can detachably engage with the first teeth.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the main body further has a pair of clamping arms suitable for clamping a water bottle.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the main body is provided with first teeth facing the pivoting portion at the pair of hinges, and the pivoting portion of the pair of fixing seats is provided with second teeth that can detachably engage with the first teeth.

Based on the above, in the bicycle accessory fixing device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the pair of fixing seats are suitable for buckling the bicycle accessories and are configured to be able to selectively pivot relative to the main body to adjust the relative positions of the pair of fixing seats to adapt to the down tube of the bicycle.

In order to make the above features and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, embodiments are specifically cited below and described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 5 in sequence, which are respectively the appearance schematic diagram, the exploded schematic diagram and the cross-sectional schematic diagram of the first embodiment of the bicycle accessory fixing device of the present invention. The bicycle accessory fixing device of this embodiment includes a main body 10 and a pair of fixing seats 20. The main body 10 has an attachment hole 11 and a pair of hinges 12. The number of the attachment holes 11 of this embodiment is two, and they are located on the upper and lower sides of the main body 10. The attachment holes 11 are suitable for attaching to a bicycle, especially the down tube of a bicycle. The pair of hinges 12 are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the main body 10 and are symmetrically arranged. The pair of fixing seats 20 are respectively hinged to the pair of hinges 12, and the pair of fixing seats 20 are suitable for buckling bicycle accessories such as an air pump and an inflatable cylinder. The pair of fixing seats 20 are configured to be able to selectively pivot relative to the body 10 respectively so as to adjust their relative positions to fit the down tube of the bicycle.

Furthermore, in order to make the pair of fixing seats 20 pivotally connected to the pair of hinges 12, the pair of hinges 12 are respectively provided with first hinge holes 121, and the pair of fixing seats 20 are respectively provided with clipping parts 21 and hinge parts 22, the clipping parts 21 are suitable for clipping the bicycle accessories exemplified above, and the hinge parts 22 are connected to the clipping parts 21 and are provided with second hinge holes 221 corresponding to the first hinge holes 121. The bicycle accessory fixing device further includes a pair of hinge members 30, and the pair of hinge members 30 are respectively penetrated through the first hinge holes 121 of the pair of hinges 12 and the second hinge holes 221 of the hinge parts 22 of the pair of fixing seats 20.

The clipping portions 21 of the pair of fixing bases 20 extend along a virtual axis L21 respectively, so that a distance D21 can be formed between the axes L21 of the clipping portions 21 of the pair of fixing bases 20, and the distance D21 is configured to change as the pair of fixing bases 20 pivot relative to the main body 10.

In order to prevent the hinge 30 from being detached from the first hinge 121 and the second hinge 221, the pair of hinges 30 are respectively provided with an external threaded portion 31, and the hinge 22 is provided with an internal threaded portion 222 located in the second hinge 221, and the internal threaded portion 222 is detachably connected to the external threaded portion 31.

In order to enhance the fixing effect of the clip part 21 clipping the bicycle accessory, the clip part 21 of the pair of fixing seats 20 has an opening 211 and a flange 212, and the bicycle accessory can enter the clip part 21 through the opening 211. The pair of fixing seats 20 are respectively provided with a through hole 23 and a strap 24, the through hole 23 is located between the clip part 21 and the hinge part 22, the strap 24 is passed through the through hole 23 and has a buckle hole 241, and the buckle hole 241 can be detachably buckled to the flange 212, so that the strap 24 selectively closes the opening 211 to prevent the bicycle accessory from detaching from the clip part 21 through the opening 211.

The strap 24 of this embodiment can be made of a flexible material, in particular, silicone.

To prevent the strap 24 from being separated from the through hole 23 , a first limiting portion 231 is disposed on the inner wall of the through hole 23 , and a second limiting portion 242 is disposed at the end of the strap 24 , and the second limiting portion 242 abuts against the first limiting portion 231 .

In order to provide a positioning effect between the main body 10 and the pair of fixing bases 20 , the main body 10 of this embodiment has a pair of positioning members 13 , and the pair of positioning members 13 are respectively located between the pair of hinges 12 and the hinge portions 22 of the pair of fixing bases 20 . The pair of positioning members 13 are respectively provided with a third pivot hole 131 corresponding to the first pivot hole 121 and the second pivot hole 221 and a first tooth portion 132 facing the pivot portion 22. The pair of pivot members 30 are respectively penetrated through the first pivot hole 121 of the pair of hinges 12, the second pivot hole 221 of the pivot portion 22 of the pair of fixing seats 20 and the third pivot hole 131 of the pair of positioning members 13, and the pivot portion 22 of the pair of fixing seats 20 is provided with a second tooth portion 223 that can detachably engage with the first tooth portion 132.

In addition, the main body 10 has a pair of clamping arms 14 suitable for clamping a water bottle, that is, the main body 10 can be used as a water bottle rack, so that the bicycle accessory fixing device can provide multiple functions.

4 and 5 , the pair of pivot members 30 can be adjusted relative to the first pivot hole 121, the second pivot hole 221 and the third pivot hole 131, so that the pair of fixing seats 20 can pivot relative to the body 10 to adjust the distance D21 between the axes L21, thereby adapting to the down tube of the bicycle.

Please refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, which are respectively the external view and the exploded view of the second embodiment of the bicycle accessory fixing device of the present invention. The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the body 10a is provided with a first tooth portion 122a facing the hinge portion 22 on the pair of hinge ears 12a, and the hinge portion 22 of the pair of fixing seats 20 is provided with a second tooth portion 223 that can detachably engage with the first tooth portion 122a.

In summary, the above embodiment of the present invention is adapted to a bicycle by configuring the pair of fixing seats 20 to be able to selectively pivot relative to the main body 10, 10a, so as to adjust the relative positions of the pair of fixing seats 20.

Although the present invention has been disclosed as above by the embodiments, they are not intended to limit the present invention. Any person with ordinary knowledge in the relevant technical field can make some changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be defined by the scope of the attached patent application.

A bicycle accessory fixing device comprises: A body having at least one attachment hole and a pair of hinges, wherein the at least one attachment hole is suitable for being attached to a bicycle, and the pair of hinges are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the body, and the pair of hinges are respectively provided with a first hinge hole; A pair of fixing seats are respectively pivoted to the pair of hinges and are configured to be able to selectively pivot relative to the body to adjust the relative positions of the pair of fixing seats, and the pair of fixing seats are respectively provided with a clip portion and a hinge portion, wherein the clip portion is suitable for clipping bicycle accessories, and the hinge portion is connected to the clip portion and provided with a second hinge hole corresponding to the first hinge hole; and A pair of pivoting members, respectively penetrated through the first pivot holes of the pair of pivoting ears and the second pivot holes of the pivoting parts of the pair of fixing seats; Wherein, the body has a pair of positioning members, the pair of positioning members are respectively located between the pair of pivoting ears and the pivoting parts of the pair of fixing seats, the pair of positioning members are respectively provided with a third pivot hole corresponding to the first pivot hole and the second pivot hole and a first tooth facing the pivoting part, the pair of pivoting members are respectively penetrated through the first pivot holes of the pair of pivoting ears, the second pivot holes of the pivoting parts of the pair of fixing seats and the third pivot holes of the pair of positioning members, and the pivoting parts of the pair of fixing seats are provided with a second tooth that can detachably engage with the first tooth. A bicycle accessory fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the pair of pivot members are respectively provided with an external threaded portion, the pivot portion is provided with an internal threaded portion located in the second pivot hole, and the internal threaded portion is detachably connected to the external threaded portion. A bicycle accessory fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the clip portion of the pair of fixing seats has an opening and a flange, and the pair of fixing seats are respectively provided with a through hole and a strap, the through hole is located between the clip portion and the hinge portion, the strap is passed through the through hole and has a buckle hole, and the buckle hole can be detachably buckled to the flange so that the strap can selectively close the opening. A bicycle accessory fixing device as described in claim 4, wherein the strap is made of a flexible material.
