A cooling fabric comprises a plurality of cooling yarns and a plurality of non-cooling yarns. Each cooling yarn comprises a plurality of hydrophilic polyester fibers. the cooling yarns and the non-cooling yarns interlace with each other to form a plurality of interlacing points, and the cooling fabric. The interlacing points comprises at least one cooling floating point and at least one non-cooling floating point. Each cooling floating point is interlaced with the cooling yarn and the non-cooling yarn, and the cooling yarn in the cooling floating point at a wearing side, or interlaced with the cooling yarn and the cooling yarn. The cooling floating-points is in the range of 20 to 80 % of the interlacing point at the wearing side.
