The main shaft (10) is an elongated rod body with a number of first screw holes (11) spaced from bottom to top on its outer circumference. The angle of the first screw hole (11) at each position is not the same when the first screw hole (11) is spaced apart, and the number can be more than one. However, the number of the first screw holes (11) at the bottom closest to the ground is four, which are set at equal angles. A secondary shaft (12) is protruding from the upper end of the main shaft (10), and a nut (13) is provided at the upper end of the secondary shaft (12).

The bearing (20) is disc-shaped with a through structure in the center, allowing it to be mounted on the secondary shaft (12).
