Изобретение относится к устройству для термической обработки обрабатываемых деталей, прежде всего укомплектованных электрическими и электронными деталями печатных плат или тому подобного, с технологической камерой (1), в которой образована или же расположена нагревательная или охлаждающая зона, которая имеет, по крайней мере, одно нагревательное или охлаждающее устройство, сквозь которую вдоль участка сквозного прохода с нагреванием или охлаждением транспортируются обрабатываемые детали, при этом отличается тем, что в нагревательную или охлаждающую зону через входные отверстия вводится газообразная текучая среда, которая находится под давлением.
