Abstract
Изобретение относится к устройству для подачи первичного воздуха для сжигания газа в печь для коксования каменного угля, причем указанное устройство обеспечено соплообразными отверстиями, выпускные патрубки которых изготовлены из огнеупорного материала, и где эти отверстия размещены выше дверной зоны или в верхней части двери коксовой печи, и не имеет никаких регулирующих устройств для регулирования потока воздуха или газа, и причем часть первичного воздуха или газа пропускается через эти отверстия, и в верхней зоне печи предусмотрены дополнительные отверстия в печь, через которые пропускается еще одна часть первичного воздуха или газа, и которые обеспечены блоками управления, состоящими из отгибающего механизма или винтового шпинделя или конусного шлюза, и соединены с механическим исполнительным элементом, и при этом указанные отверстия в верхней зоне печи спроектированы в виде труб, которые проходят через верхнюю стенку, причем указанные трубы спроектированы, например, в виде U-образных труд или в виде сифона для обеспечения защиты от внешних воздействий. Изобретение также относится к способу коксования каменного угля, в котором используют устройства для подачи первичного воздуха или газа, выполненные с возможностью закрывания соплообразных отверстий выше дверной зоны после выходной фазы процесса получения кокса.
