Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения расплавов для получения светло-желтых волокон минеральной ваты в вагранке, в котором: а) вагранку загружают, по меньшей мере, двумя разными типами брикетов, в которых их химические компоненты согласуются с ожидаемым содержанием железа, причем один тип брикетов содержит AlO, и брикеты служат как поддерживающая структура для процесса плавления, b) в котором вагранку нагревают с помощью ряда высокотемпературных газовых горелок, причем газовые горелки расположены так, что факелы пламени горелок усиливают друг друга, с) причем сборный поддон конически расширяют вниз от кожуха шахты до пода печи.
