Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу изготовления стержней и форм для литейной промышленности, где обеспечивают текущий огнестойкий основной формовочный материал. Кислоту наносят на текущий огнестойкий основной формовочный материал, таким образом получая покрытый кислотой огнестойкий основной формовочный материал. Затвердевающее в кислоте связующее вещество наносят на покрытый кислотой огнестойкий основной формовочный материал, таким образом получая огнестойкий основной формовочный материал, покрытый связующим веществом. Огнестойкий основной формовочный материал, покрытый связующим веществом, формуют для получения сформованного тела и сформованное тело подвергают твердению, причем кислота представляет собой смесь метансульфоновой кислоты и, по крайней мере, одной дополнительной кислоты, которая не содержит серу, при этом дополнительная кислота, которая не содержит серу, является органической. Изобретение дополнительно относится к смеси формовочных материалов, применяемых в указанном способе. С помощью способа или смеси формовочных материалов можно изготовить шаблоны, имеющие уменьшенное выделение вредных соединений при литье.
