Abstract
В заявке описан способ оптического анализа образца, в котором одну или больше частот электромагнитного излучения (ЭМИ) направляют через образец и на частично преломляющую поверхность (9), которая пропускает и одновременно отражает направленное на нее ЭМИ (6), отраженное ЭМИ (12) направляется назад через образец таким образом, что длина пути через образец разная для прошедшего ЭМИ (10) и отраженного ЭМИ (12), и как пройденное ЭМИ, так и отраженное ЭМИ детектируется одним или больше детекторами (11, 15), Способ характеризуется тем, что оптическое поглощение образца на одной или больше длинах волн ЭМИ вычисляют по разности между прошедшим ЭМИ (10) и отраженным ЭМИ (12).
