Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения липида или смеси липидов из исходного органического материала, содержащего полисахарид, выбранного из группы, которая включает целлюлозу, гемицеллюлозу, крахмал, все вещества вместе, любую смесь этих веществ или углеводородных продуктов их расщепления, или некрохмальный полисахарид и предусматривает: а) во-первых, обрабатывают исходный материал веществом, выбранным из группы, которая включает: i) воду, ii) кислоту и iii) щелочь, b) после чего разделяют осадок и фильтрат, а осадок, полученный от такой обработки, подвергают механическому или термомеханическому измельчению как таковому или в присутствии воды, кислоты или щелочи, разделяют полученный таким образом осадок и фильтрат, или же подвергают полученный таким образом осадок еще одному или нескольким обработкам согласно любому из этапов i), ii) або iii) и/или измельчению и с) вводят микроорганизм, продуцирующий липид, в контакт с полученный таким образом фильтратом или с несколькими полученными фильтратами, или осадками, или любой полученной из них комбинацией и, при желании, и с исходным материалом, в культуральной среде, благодаря чему клетки микроорганизма начинают вырабатывать липид, и d) выделяют липиды.
