Изобретение относится к белковому комплексу, который содержит физиологически активный полипептид, димерный белок и непептидильный полимер, который имеет три функциональных конца, где два функциональных конца указанного непептидильного полимера ковалентно связаны с двумя N-концевыми аминогруппами указанного димерного белка, а третий конец ковалентно связан с указанным физиологически-активным полипептидом. Белковый комплекс обеспечивает продолжительно действующую активность и биостабильность физиологически активного полипептида, значительно улучшает время полужизни в сыворотке полипептидов или пептидов, может применяться для разработки составов с замедленным высвобождением разных физиологически-активных полипептидных лекарственных средств.
