Abstract

The invention relates to mining and processing industry. A device comprises a control sensor connected to a signal converter and a control system that interacts with an actuator of a shutter of a deslimer unloading unit. The control sensor is made in the form of a pressure sensor placed in the lower part of deslimer in the unloading unit, wherein the sensor is made with possibility of conversion of a pressure signal into a standardized analog signal, whose value is 4.0-20.0 mA. The pressure sensor is connected to a conversion unit of the pressure analog signal in the unloading unit into an estimated value of the density of sands of unloading using a software package that provides acquisition, processing, display and archiving information on forming sands of unloading and control of their density. The analog signal converting unit is connected to a unit of comparison of actual value of sand density with their predetermined value, which is connected to a reference unit of sand density respectively. The comparison unit is connected toa proportional-integral-differential controller made with possibility of conversion of the difference between actual and set sand density in an actuation signal for the control system connected thereto. The control system is connected to the actuator of shutter of unloading unit, which by means of a feedback unit is connected to the proportional-integral-differential controller. Technical result: increased precision of density control of sand of unloading in the deslimer.
