Abstract
Винахід стосується паяльних матеріалів, зокрема складу порошкового дроту з флюсом-наповнювачем для флюсового паяння алюмінію та його сплавів. Дріт складається з трубчастої оболонки, виготовленої з алюмінієво-кремнієвого припою з вмістом кремнію 7-13 мас. %, і реактивного флюсу-наповнювача наступного складу, мас. %: гексафторсилікат калію 5,0-30, фторид алюмінію 0,5-10, легкоплавка суміш з фторалюмінатів калію - решта. Співвідношення реактивного флюсу-наповнювача і металу оболонки може складати 1:10-1:1,7. Технічний результат: покращенні капілярні властивості припою.The invention relates to soldering materials, in particular the composition of a flux cored wire for flux brazing of aluminum and its alloys. The wire consists of a tubular shell made of aluminum-silicon solder with a silicon content of 7-13 wt. %, and reactive flux-filler of the following composition, wt. %: potassium hexafluorosilicate 5.0-30, aluminum fluoride 0.5-10, fusible mixture of potassium fluoroaluminates - the rest. The ratio of the reactive flux-filler and the metal of the shell can be 1: 10-1: 1,7. EFFECT: improved capillary properties of solder.
