Abstract

Зажимный патрон, агрегат земляного бура и способ производства зажимного патрона. В агрегате первая часть канала зажимного патрона имеет минимальный внутренний диаметр больше максимального внутреннего диаметра шлицев зажимного патрона. Выточка опорного кольца выполнена в канале осесимметрично между шлицами зажимного патрона и первым концом. Опорное кольцо установлено в виточке опорного кольца и опорное кольцо, при установке в виточке опорного кольца, имеет внутренний диаметр опорного кольца меньше минимального внутреннего диаметра первой части канала. Ведущий штырь установлен по окружности между шлицами зажимного патрона и ассоциированными шлицами долота и имеет торцевую поверхность оси, которая по меньшей мере частично входит в зацепление с опорным кольцом для ограничения осевого движения ведущего штыря в направлении первого конца.
