Abstract
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to methods of reburning of carbon oxide (CO), exhausted from liquid bath at carrying out of the process of decarbonization of iron-bearing smelt in the open-hearth furnace and two-bath steel-smelting unit. A method comprises the melting of mixture, blowing of bath oxygen through located at removing and bringing port of furnace roof lances with formation of a zone of exhausting of melting dust, reburning of carbon oxide in working space of the furnace, carrying out of pure boiling.
