Abstract
Даний винахід належить до етинілпохідних формули І, ІдеRпозначає феніл, 3-фторфеніл, 4-фторфеніл або 2,5-дифторфеніл;або до фармацевтично прийнятної кислотно-адитивної солі, в енантіомерно чистому вигляді з абсолютною конфігурацією, як показано у формулі І. Несподівано було виявлено, що сполуки загальної формули І є алостеричними модуляторами метаботропних глутаматних рецепторів підтипу 5 (mGluR5), які проявляють покращені біохімічні, фізико-хімічні і фармакодинамічні властивості, в порівнянні із сполуками, відомими з рівня техніки.
