Abstract

Винахід стосується трансгенної рослини виду Solanum tuberosum або її частини, в геном якої стабільно інтегровані дволанцюгова перша ДНК і дволанцюгова друга ДНК для надання патогеностійкості проти ооміцета Phytophthora infestans, причому нуклеотидні послідовності кодувального ланцюга згаданих першої ДНК і другої ДНК є повністю або частково зворотно-комплементарними одна відносно одної, так що з них може бути одержана дволанцюгова РНК. Винахід також стосується способу одержання вказаної трансгенної рослини та композиції для зовнішнього застосування на рослинах, яка містить дволанцюгову РНК.
