Emitter is installed over frame antenna and is equipped with conductive frame formed with basis and conductor connected to it. Basis of emitter is arranged as ring, and conductor is arranged with possibility of its turn with respect to vertical axis. Generator is connected with first pole to conductor, and with the second pole, through resistor, to basis.
