Винахід відноситься до біотехнології і генетичної інженерії, зокрема, до способів одержання людської MnO2-дисмутази для терапевтичних цілей, наприклад, як антизапальний засіб. Спосіб полягає у виділенні з плацентарної або печінкової тканини людини мРНК, отриманні полі (А)+РНК, синтезі двухланцюгової кДНК, конструюванні банку кДНК, виділенні послідовності ДНК і кодуванні Мn2О-дисмутази.
