Abstract
Винахід стосується галузі медицини, зокрема акушерства, і може бути використаний для ранньої діагностики плацентарної недостатності. Спосіб діагностики реалізують шляхом імуноферментного дослідження крові. В сироватці крові вагітної визначають рівень антифосфатидилсеринових антитіл. При підвищенні рівня Ig М- і (або) Ig G-антитіл до 0,208±0,06 одиниць оптичної щільності і вище, вимірюваної при 492 нм, діагностують плацентарну недостатність.
