Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности, к хирургическим способам, и может быть использовано в ортопедии и травматологии. Способ костной пластики при замещении дефекта трубчатой кости включает в себя чрезкостную остеоперфорацию кости в разных направлениях и введение трансплантата после санации деструктивного участка. Остеоперфорацию кости выполняют путем формирования проникающих пересекающихся каналов под углом 45° к кортикальному слою кости со стороны ее здоровых тканей.
