Abstract

Method for reveal of Helicobacter pylori in biological substratum includes placement of substratum to incubation medium consisting of urea, indicator, buffer solution, with its exposition in the medium up to 24 hours. The medium is before diluted 20-25 times with distillated water. Exposition of bio-substratum in medium is performed at 373C. One evaluates the result by change of colour of medium after exposition.
