Abstract
The proposed invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery and traumatology. A method for bone plastics at shin amputation is provided by bone plastics of shin bone ends. From amputated large shin bone a transplant is made which length is equal to a distance between the extreme points of shin bones. The cut is sawn through in it which width corresponds to the half of forward and back size of the large shin bone. At the end of the large shin bone in the frontal area the slot is formed with width equal to the thickness of the cortical layer of a transplant and length of 1 cm. The transplant is installed into the slot. The rare surface of the large shin bone is installed into formed cut, where the remnant of the small shin bone is also placed.
