Abstract

The respirator relates to the means of the individual protection of the respiratory tract against the dust and the aerosols. The half mask of the respirator is designed with the folds as the pleated item. The folds cover all the surface of the half mask. The nose-holder is located below the upper fold. The manufacturing of the respirator comprises the pleating of the material followed by the cutting-out. The material is cut in such a way that the axis of the symmetry is perpendicular to the direction of the folds. The technical result consists in increasing of the filtering surface with keeping relatively small volume under the mask, varying in the size of the folds and the filtering surface, partial regeneration during operation, reducing the number of the manufacturing stages.
