Abstract
Винахід може бути використаний при виготовленні робочих валків чистових прокатних клітей, переважно дротових і дрібносортних станів. Прокатний валок містить вал із конічною посадковою поверхнею, на який встановлена прокатна шайба зі зносостійкого матеріалу, гільзу, розташовану між шайбою і валом із внутрішньою конічною посадковою поверхнею. Гільза виконана розрізною уздовж осі по довжині спряженої ділянки на n рівних частин, де n - ціле число, із шириною паза розрізу, рівною 0,2-0,5 мм. Винахід дозволяє зменшити зусилля розпресування елементів валка при підвищенні надійності кріплення прокатної шайби.
