Abstract

Способ получения гидравлического вяжущего включает приготовление сырьевой смеси, в которой суммарное содержание оксидов кремния Si2, кальция СаО, магния MgO, алюминия Al2O3, двух- и трехвалентного железа FeO и Fe2О3 составляет не менее 70 %, ее термическую обработку в присутствии восстановителя нагреванием до 1300-1500оС, нагревание полученного расплава до 1800оС и отделение железосодержащего продукта, охлаждения расплава до 1500оС и его грануляцию, после чего осуществляют помол полученного продукта. При этом в составе гранулята предусматривают следующее соотношение оксидов: (СаО+MgO)/Si2 - 0,5-1,7; Аl2О3/SіО2 - 0,3-0,6. Уменьшается энергоемкость готовой продукции, загрязнение окружающей среды.
