Abstract
Винахід відноситься до металургії і стосується обробки катанки для виробництва високоміцного дроту. Після прискореного охолодження катанки з температури прокатного нагрівання її нагрівають для аустенізації на глибину 0,2-0,8 мм, далі здійснюють охолодження зі швидкістю 5-10°С/с до температури 600-550°С. Технічний результат: заміна зернистої структури сорбіту в поверхневому шарі катанки на пластинчасту феритно-цементитну суміш при збереженні пластинчастої феритно-цементитної структури в серцевині.The invention relates to metallurgy and concerns the processing of wire rod for the production of high-strength wire. After accelerated cooling of the wire rod from the rolling heating temperature, it is heated for austenization to a depth of 0.2-0.8 mm, then cooling is carried out at a rate of 5-10°C/s to a temperature of 600-550°C. Technical result: replacement of the granular structure of sorbite in the surface layer of the wire rod with a lamellar ferrite-cementite mixture while maintaining the lamellar ferrite-cementite structure in the core.
